Claims (23)
- 針ガードであって、
軸を中心として円周方向に位置付けられる、複数の正面パネルと、
前記軸を中心として、前記複数の正面パネルと実質的に共線形の第1の位置に、円周方向に位置付けられる、複数の後面パネルであって、前記複数の正面パネルに移動可能に結合される、複数の後面パネルと、
前記複数の正面パネルおよび前記複数の後面パネルと同軸方向に、前記複数の後面パネルに隣接して位置付けられ、バネを圧縮状態に保定するように構成される、ハブであって、前記複数の正面パネルおよび前記複数の後面パネルは、第2の位置に折畳可能であり、前記複数の後面パネルの移動は、前記バネの解放をトリガし、前記バネは、前記複数の正面パネルおよび前記複数の後面パネルを展開し、前記複数の正面パネルおよび前記複数の後面パネルを前記第1の位置に復帰させるように偏向される、ハブと、
を備える、針ガード。 - 前記バネは、前記複数の後面パネルおよび前記複数の正面パネルと前記複数の後面パネルとの間の結合部を覆って延在し、前記正面パネルおよび前記後面パネルを前記第1の位置に係止する、請求項1に記載の針ガード。
- 前記ハブは、前記バネに動作可能に結合され、前記複数の正面パネルと前記複数の後面パネルとの間の結合部を覆って位置付け可能であり、前記正面パネルおよび前記後面パネルを前記第1の位置に係止する、制御リングを含む、請求項1に記載の針ガード。
- 前記ハブは、針を伴う注射器および注射器に結合可能な針コネクタのうちの1つに結合可能である、請求項1に記載の針ガード。
- 前記針コネクタは、ルアーコネクタである、請求項4に記載の針ガード。
- 前記複数の正面パネルと前記複数の後面パネルとの間の結合部は、ヒンジである、請求項1に記載の針ガード。
- 前記複数の正面パネルに固定して結合される、環状カラーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の針ガード。
- 前記複数の後面パネルのそれぞれ上にトリガリブをさらに備え、前記ハブはさらに、それぞれラッチフックを伴う、複数のラッチアームを備え、前記バネを圧縮状態に保定し、前記ラッチアームは、前記トリガリブが前記バネに係合すると、前記ラッチフックを前記バネの延在経路から移動させるように偏向される、請求項1に記載の針ガード。
- 前記ハブはさらに、それぞれラッチフックを伴う、複数のラッチアームを備え、前記バネを圧縮状態に保定し、前記ラッチアームは、前記制御リングに動作可能に結合され、前記複数の後面パネルが前記制御リングに係合すると、前記ラッチフックを前記バネの延在経路から移動させるように偏向される、請求項3に記載の針ガード。
- 前記ハブはさらに、前記制御リングに動作可能に結合される、複数のラッチアームを備え、前記バネを圧縮状態に保定し、前記複数のラッチアームは、前記複数の後面パネルが前記複数のラッチアームに係合すると、前記制御リングから係脱し、前記バネを解放する、請求項3に記載の針ガード。
- 注射器アセンブリであって、
注射器と、
前記注射器の遠位端から延在する針と、
前記注射器の遠位端に結合される、折畳式パネル針ガードと、
を備える、注射器アセンブリ。 - 前記針を覆って位置付けられる、保護キャップをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記注射器は、その遠位端上にゴムストッパを伴い、近位端から、前記注射器内に摺動可能に受容される、プランジャを含む、請求項11に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記注射器は、針ハブ内に環状陥凹を含み、前記折畳式パネル針ガードは、前記陥凹に係合し、前記注射器に結合する、請求項11に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記折畳式パネル針ガードは、第1の複数のヒンジでともに結合される、複数の正面パネルおよび複数の背面パネルを備え、前記複数の正面パネルおよび前記複数の背面パネルは、第1の実質的に共線形位置から、第2の圧潰位置に移動可能である、請求項11に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記折畳式パネル針ガードは、第2の複数のヒンジで前記正面パネルに取着される、カラーを含む、請求項15に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記折畳式パネル針ガードは、第3の複数のヒンジで前記背面パネルに結合される、ガード基部要素を含む、請求項16に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記折畳式パネル針は、前記複数の正面パネルおよび前記複数の背面パネルを前記第2の圧潰位置から前記第1の共線形位置に展開し、前記複数の正面パネルおよび前記複数の背面パネルを前記第1の共線形位置に係止し、前記針を遮蔽するように偏向される、バネを含み、前記折畳式パネル針はさらに、前記バネを圧縮状態に保定するためのハブを含む、請求項17に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記ハブはさらに、前記バネに動作可能に結合可能であり、前記第1の複数のヒンジを覆って位置付け可能であり、前記複数の正面パネルおよび前記複数の後面パネルを前記第1の共線形位置に係止する、制御リングを含む、請求項18に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記複数の後面パネルのそれぞれ上にトリガリブをさらに備え、前記ハブはさらに、それぞれラッチフックを伴う、複数のラッチアームを備え、前記バネを圧縮状態に保定し、前記ラッチアームは、前記トリガリブが前記バネに係合すると、前記ラッチフックを前記バネの延在経路から移動させるように偏向される、請求項18に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記ハブはさらに、それぞれラッチフックを伴う、複数のラッチアームを備え、前記バネを圧縮状態に保定し、前記ラッチアームは、前記制御リングに動作可能に結合され、前記複数の後面パネルが前記制御リングに係合すると、前記ラッチフックを前記バネの延在経路から移動させるように偏向される、請求項19に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記ハブはさらに、前記制御リングに動作可能に結合される、複数のラッチアームを備え、前記バネを圧縮状態に保定し、前記複数のラッチアームは、前記複数の後面パネルが前記複数のラッチアームに係合すると、前記制御リングから係脱し、前記バネを解放する、請求項19に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記保護キャップに結合され、前記折畳式パネル針ガードを覆って位置付けられる、キャップシースをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
