Description

(b) 前記充填剤組成物を、セルロース系繊維を含む水性懸濁液の中にポンプで導入する工程、ならびに
(c) 得られた懸濁液を脱水する工程
を含む、紙および板紙の製造方法。
[2] (a) 1以上の充填剤、1以上のアニオン性多糖および1以上のカチオン性剤を混合ゾーン中に導入して充填剤組成物を形成する工程、
(b) 前記充填剤組成物を貯蔵タンクの中にポンプで導入する工程
を含む、充填剤組成物の製造方法。
[3] (i) 製造する紙または板紙の厚み規格を提供する工程、
(ii) 製造されている紙または板紙の厚さを測定する工程、
(iii)測定した厚さを厚み規格と比較して、厚さの差異を識別する工程、および
(iv) 任意選択的に、充填剤組成物の用量を調節して紙または板紙の充填剤含有量を調節することにより、厚さの差異を小さくして厚み規格を満たす紙または板紙を提供する工程
をさらに含む、[1]に記載の方法。
[4] 前記1以上の充填剤および前記1以上のアニオン性多糖を前記混合ゾーン中で混合して充填剤プレミックスを形成する工程、次いで前記1以上のカチオン性剤を前記混合ゾーン中に導入して前記充填剤組成物を形成する工程を含む、[1]〜[3]のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

[17] 第一のカチオン性剤および第二のカチオン性剤をカチオン性剤プレミックスゾーン中で混合してカチオン性剤プレミックスを形成する工程、ならびに前記カチオン性剤プレミックスを前記混合ゾーン中に導入する工程を含む、[1]〜[16]のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[18] 前記1以上のカチオン性剤が、カチオン性ポリアミン、カチオン性ポリアミドアミン、カチオン性ポリエチレンイミン、カチオン性ジシアンジアミドポリマー、カチオン性アクリルアミド系ポリマー、カチオン性アクリレート系ポリマー、カチオン性ビニルアミン/ビニルホルムアミド系ポリマー、ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド系ポリマー、硫酸アルミニウム、アルミン酸ナトリウム、アルミン酸カリウム、ポリアルミニウムクロリド、ポリ硫酸アルミニウム、ポリ硫酸ケイ酸アルミニウム、およびこれらの混合物から選択される、[1]〜[17]のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[19] セルロース系繊維を含む前記水性懸濁液に1以上の濾水歩留剤を脱水前に添加する工程をさらに含む、[1]〜[18]のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[20] 前記充填剤組成物を前記セルロース懸濁液中に導入する工程、次いで1以上の濾水歩留剤を前記セルロース懸濁液に脱水前に添加する工程を含む、[1]〜[19]のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[21] 前記1以上の濾水歩留剤がケイ酸質材料、好ましくはシリカ系粒子を含む、[19]または[20]に記載の方法。
[22] 前記1以上の濾水歩留剤が、カチオン性ポリマー、好ましくはカチオン性アクリルアミド系ポリマーを含む、[19]〜[21]のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[23] 前記1以上の濾水歩留剤が、アニオン性ポリマー、好ましくはアニオン性アクリルアミド系ポリマーを含む、[19]〜[22]のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
Claims (23)
- (a) 1以上の充填剤、1以上のアニオン性多糖および1以上のカチオン性剤を混合ゾーン中に導入して充填剤組成物を形成する工程、
(b) 前記充填剤組成物を、セルロース系繊維を含む水性懸濁液の中にポンプで導入する工程、ならびに
(c) 得られた懸濁液を脱水する工程
を含む、紙および板紙の製造方法。 - (a) 1以上の充填剤、1以上のアニオン性多糖および1以上のカチオン性剤を混合ゾーン中に導入して充填剤組成物を形成する工程、
(b) 前記充填剤組成物を貯蔵タンクの中にポンプで導入する工程
を含む、充填剤組成物の製造方法。 - (i) 製造する紙または板紙の厚み規格を提供する工程、
(ii) 製造されている紙または板紙の厚さを測定する工程、
(iii)測定した厚さを厚み規格と比較して、厚さの差異を識別する工程、および
(iv) 任意選択的に、充填剤組成物の用量を調節して紙または板紙の充填剤含有量を調節することにより、厚さの差異を小さくして厚み規格を満たす紙または板紙を提供する工程
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記1以上の充填剤および前記1以上のアニオン性多糖を前記混合ゾーン中で混合して充填剤プレミックスを形成する工程、次いで前記1以上のカチオン性剤を前記混合ゾーン中に導入して前記充填剤組成物を形成する工程を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上の充填剤および前記1以上のアニオン性多糖を充填剤プレミックスゾーン中で混合して充填剤プレミックスを形成する工程、次いで前記充填剤プレミックスを前記混合ゾーン中に導入する工程を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合ゾーンがポンプ、スタティックミキサーまたは混合タンクである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤プレミックスゾーンがポンプ、スタティックミキサーまたは混合タンクである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプが可変ポンプ容量を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上の充填剤が無機充填剤を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上の充填剤が、炭酸カルシウム、好ましくは沈降炭酸カルシウムおよび粉砕炭酸カルシウムならびにそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上のアニオン性多糖が、アニオン性デンプン、アニオン性セルロース誘導体およびそれらの混合物、好ましくはセルロース誘導体から選択される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上のアニオン性多糖がカルボキシメチルセルロースを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上のアニオン性多糖が0.65までのアニオン性基の置換度を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上のカチオン性剤が2以上のカチオン性剤を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上のカチオン製剤がカチオン性有機ポリマーを含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上のカチオン製剤がカチオン性無機化合物、好ましくはポリアルミニウム化合物を含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第一のカチオン性剤および第二のカチオン性剤をカチオン性剤プレミックスゾーン中で混合してカチオン性剤プレミックスを形成する工程、ならびに前記カチオン性剤プレミックスを前記混合ゾーン中に導入する工程を含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上のカチオン性剤が、カチオン性ポリアミン、カチオン性ポリアミドアミン、カチオン性ポリエチレンイミン、カチオン性ジシアンジアミドポリマー、カチオン性アクリルアミド系ポリマー、カチオン性アクリレート系ポリマー、カチオン性ビニルアミン/ビニルホルムアミド系ポリマー、ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド系ポリマー、硫酸アルミニウム、アルミン酸ナトリウム、アルミン酸カリウム、ポリアルミニウムクロリド、ポリ硫酸アルミニウム、ポリ硫酸ケイ酸アルミニウム、およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- セルロース系繊維を含む前記水性懸濁液に1以上の濾水歩留剤を脱水前に添加する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤組成物を前記セルロース懸濁液中に導入する工程、次いで1以上の濾水歩留剤を前記セルロース懸濁液に脱水前に添加する工程を含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上の濾水歩留剤がケイ酸質材料、好ましくはシリカ系粒子を含む、請求項19または20に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上の濾水歩留剤が、カチオン性ポリマー、好ましくはカチオン性アクリルアミド系ポリマーを含む、請求項19〜21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上の濾水歩留剤が、アニオン性ポリマー、好ましくはアニオン性アクリルアミド系ポリマーを含む、請求項19〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
