Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るハードコーティング形成用シートは、一面に、(メタ)アクリロイル官能基を有するUV硬化型樹脂及び2価以上のポリカーボネートポリオールがブレンドされているハードコーティング組成物の熱硬化物を含有するコーティング層が形成されていることを特徴とする。

Description
(実施例1)
撹拌装置、冷却管、滴下ロット及び窒素導入管を備えた反応器に、グリシジルメタクリレート(GMA)110g、メチルメタクリレート(MMA)30g、スチレン60g、ブチルアセテート(BA)1500g及び2,2'―アゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)2.5gを投入した。
ポリカーボネートジオールを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でハードコーティング形成用シートを製造した。
ポリカーボネートジオールの代わりにアクリレートポリオールを用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でハードコーティング形成用シートを製造した。
(1)低温成形性評価
実施例1及び比較例1,2で製造されたハードコーティング形成用シートに、デコレーション効果付与のための印刷層及び接着剤層をコーティングした後、十分にエージングをした。その後、シートを−10℃の温度で、1時間、低温チャンバで保管し、取り出して直ぐ射出した後、UV硬化器に通過させてから成形性を評価した。
実施例1及び比較例1ないし2で製造されたハードコーティング形成用シートに、デコレーション効果付与のための印刷層及び接着剤層をコーティングした後、十分にエージングをした。その後、シートを射出した後、UV硬化器に通過させてからスリップ性を評価した。
表1は、実施例1及び比較例1ないし2によって製造されたハードコーティング形成用シートの物性評価結果を示したものである。
Claims (18)
- (メタ)アクリロイル官能基を有するUV硬化型樹脂及び2価以上のポリカーボネートポリオールがブレンドされていることを特徴とするハードコーティング用組成物。
- 前記ポリカーボネートポリオールは、
前記UV硬化型樹脂100重量部に対して0.1重量部ないし50重量部で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。 - 前記組成物は、
前記UV硬化型樹脂100重量部に対して1重量部ないし15重量部のUV開始剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。 - 前記組成物は、
前記UV硬化型樹脂100重量部に対して0.1重量部ないし2重量部の酸化防止剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。 - 前記組成物は、
滑剤、紫外線吸収剤、熱硬化用触媒、フィラー及びイソシアネート化合物から選択される1種以上の添加剤が、前記UV硬化型樹脂100重量部に対してそれぞれ40重量部以下でさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。 - 前記UV硬化型樹脂は、
エポキシ当量が200g/eqないし20,000g/eqであり、(メタ)アクリロイル当量が100g/eqないし1,000g/eqであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。 - 前記UV硬化型樹脂は、
重量平均分子量が5,000ないし100,000であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。 - 前記ポリカーボネートポリオールは、
数平均分子量が10,000以下であり、水酸基値(OH Value)が20ないし250であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。 - 前記ポリカーボネートポリオールは、
融点が80℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。 - エポキシ官能基を有する(メタ)アクリレート共重合体を製造する段階と、
前記(メタ)アクリレート共重合体に(メタ)アクリル酸モノマーを付加反応させ、アクリロイル官能基を有するUV硬化型樹脂を製造する段階と、
前記UV硬化型樹脂及び2価以上のポリカーボネートポリオールをブレンドし、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を製造する段階と
を含むことを特徴とするハードコーティング用組成物の製造方法。 - 前記(メタ)アクリレート共重合体は、
メチル(メタ)アクリレートとグリシジル(メタ)アクリレートが共重合されて製造されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のハードコーティング用組成物の製造方法。 - 一面に、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物の熱硬化物を含有するコーティング層が形成されていることを特徴とするハードコーティング形成用シート。
- 前記コーティング層は、
3μmないし10μmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハードコーティング形成用シート。 - 前記シートは、
前記コーティング層とシートとの間に離型層が形成されており、前記コーティング層上に接着層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハードコーティング形成用シート。 - 前記離型層は、
0.1μmないし5μmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のハードコーティング形成用シート。 - 前記シートは、
前記離型層と前記コーティング層との間又は前記コーティング層と接着層との間に、印刷層及び蒸着層のうち一つ以上の層がさらに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のハードコーティング形成用シート。 - 前記シートは、
前記一面と反対の他面に接着層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハードコーティング形成用シート。 - 前記シートは、
前記接着層とシートとの間或いは前記シートとコーティング層との間に、印刷層及び蒸着層のうち一つ以上の層がさらに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のハードコーティング形成用シート。
