Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 海中の掘削、生産又は処理用の作動システムであって、
電流を供給されるようになされた速度可変型の電気モータと、
前記モータによって駆動される可逆型の液圧式ポンプと、
前記ポンプに接続された液圧式ピストン・アセンブリであって、第1のチャンバ、第2のチャンバ、及び前記第1と第2のチャンバを隔離し、且つ海中のシステム内のバルブを作動させるように構成されたピストンを含む液圧式ピストン・アセンブリと、
前記ポンプ及び前記液圧式ピストン・アセンブリに接続された流体リザーバとを含み、
前記ポンプ、前記液圧式ピストン・アセンブリ及び前記リザーバが実質的に閉鎖系の液圧式システムとして接続され、
外側の前記液圧式システムと内側の前記液圧式システムとの間の圧力差を正規化するように構成された圧力補償器を含む海中の作動システム。 - フェイルセーフ機構をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記フェイルセーフ機構が前記ピストンを第1の方向へ偏向させるバネ要素を含む、請求項2に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記フェイルセーフ機構が前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバとの間、又は前記第2のチャンバと前記リザーバとの間にフェイルセーフ・バルブを含み、前記フェイルセーフ・バルブが、電力故障の事態に前記ピストンの各々の側の前記第1及び第2のチャンバ内の流体圧力の均等化を可能にするために開くように構成される、請求項3に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記フェイルセーフ機構が2段階のアクチュエータを含む、請求項2に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記ポンプと前記液圧式ピストン・アセンブリとの間にフィルタをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記電気モータがブラシレスDCサーボモータを含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記電気サーボモータがステッパ・モータ、ブラシ・モータ及びインダクション・モータからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記液圧式ポンプが定容量形ポンプ、可変容量形ポンプ、2ポート型ポンプ、及び3ポート型ポンプからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記ポンプが2ポート又は3ポート型ポンプを含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記ピストンが、前記第1のチャンバに曝露される第1の表面積と前記第2のチャンバに曝露される第2の表面積を含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記第1の表面積が前記第2の表面積と実質的に等しい、請求項11に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記第1の表面積が前記第2の表面積と実質的に異なる、請求項11に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記液圧式ピストン・アセンブリが、
第1の端部壁を有する円筒であって、前記ピストンが前記円筒内に配置されてこれに沿って密封状態で摺動移動する円筒と、
共に移動するように前記ピストンに接続され、前記第1の端部壁を密封状態で貫通する部分を有する第1のアクチュエータ・ロッドとを含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。 - 前記円筒が第2の端部壁を有し、前記液圧式ピストン・アセンブリが、共に移動するように前記ピストンに接続され、前記第2の端部壁を密封状態で貫通する部分を有する第2のアクチュエータ・ロッドを含む、請求項14に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記バルブが海中の防噴装置内のストップ・バルブを含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記ストップ・バルブがシア・ラムを含む、請求項16に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記バルブが海中の生産又は処理システム内の制御バルブを含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記圧力補償器が前記流体リザーバ内のメンブレンを含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記圧力補償器がハウジング内のピストンを含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記バルブが海中の防噴装置、海中の生産ツリー若しくはウェルヘッド・システム、海中の処理若しくは分離システム、海中のタイ・イン・システム、海中のチョック、海中のフロー・モジュール、又は海中の配給システムからなる群から選択されるアセンブリ内にある、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記ポンプを前記第1及び第2のチャンバから選択的に隔離するように動作可能に構成された遮断バルブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記ピストンの位置を感知するように構成された位置センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
- 前記第1及び第2のチャンバ内の圧力を感知するように構成された圧力センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の海中の作動システム。
