Claims (15)
- 凹部付き基板の凹部に発熱塗料を充填する第1のステップと、
第1のステップにおいて充填された発熱塗料を弾性パッドに転移させる第2のステップと、
第2のステップにおいて転移された発熱塗料を含む弾性パッドを用いて、前記発熱塗料を被コーティング体に転移させる第3のステップと、
を含む発熱塗料のコーティング方法。 - 第1のステップは、
(1)凹部付き基板の全面に発熱塗料をコーティングして前記凹部に塗料を充填するステップと、
(2)ステップ1において基板の全面に形成された発熱塗料から、凹部に充填されたもの以外の発熱塗料を除去するステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の発熱塗料のコーティング方法。 - 凹部の深さを50μm以下に調節する、請求項1に記載の発熱塗料のコーティング方法。
- 発熱塗料が炭素ナノチューブを含む、請求項1に記載の発熱塗料のコーティング方法。
- 発熱塗料が銀粒子をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の発熱塗料のコーティング方法。
- 銀粒子が炭素ナノチューブと共有結合を形成している、請求項5に記載の発熱塗料のコーティング方法。
- 発熱塗料がバインダーをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の発熱塗料のコーティング方法。
- 発熱塗料が溶媒をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の発熱塗料のコーティング方法。
- 弾性パッドがシリコンまたはシリコン重合体である、請求項1に記載の発熱塗料のコーティング方法。
- 被コーティング体に転移された発熱塗料を乾燥する第4のステップをさらに行う、請求項1に記載の発熱塗料のコーティング方法。
- コア部と、
前記コア部の外周面に形成された合成樹脂層と、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法により前記合成樹脂層の外周面に形成された発熱塗料層と、
を備える操向ハンドル。 - 発熱塗料層の厚さが50μm以下である、請求項11に記載の操向ハンドル。
- 発熱塗料層に接続された電極をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の操向ハンドル。
- 発熱塗料層の外周面に形成されたカバー層をさらに備える請求項11に記載の操向ハンドル。
- カバー層の外周面に形成された表面コーティング層をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の操向ハンドル。
