Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の排水処理装置10は、排水24が導入される処理タンク12と、処理タンク12に貯留された排水24に浸漬された濾過膜16と、濾過膜16の下方でオゾン化空気30を発生させる散気部28とを備えている。よって、稼働状況下にて、濾過膜16に付着した汚泥層22に直にオゾン化空気30が接触するので、汚泥層22に含まれる菌が適度に殺菌され、ファウリングの発生等が抑止される。

Claims (5)
- 活性汚泥を含む排水が貯留される処理タンクと、
前記排水に浸漬される濾過膜と、
オゾンを含む空気であるオゾン化空気を、前記排水の内部にて前記濾過膜の下方で発生させる気体発生手段と、を備え、
前記気体発生手段は、前記濾過膜に付着した前記活性汚泥から成る汚泥層の表面に、前記オゾン化空気が接触する様に、前記オゾン化空気を発生させることを特徴とする排水処理装置。 - 前記処理タンクの内部には複数の前記濾過膜が配置され、
前記気体発生手段は、前記濾過膜同士の間の下方で前記オゾン化空気を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水処理装置。 - 前記濾過膜は、第1濾過膜と、前記第1濾過膜に隣設された第2濾過膜とを有し、
前記オゾン化空気は、前記第1濾過膜の濾過面に堆積した汚泥層と、第2濾過膜の濾過面に堆積した汚泥層の、両方に接触しながら上昇することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の排水処理装置。 - 前記気体発生手段から発生した前記オゾン化空気の直径を大きくする気体拡大手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の排水処理装置。
- 前記オゾン化空気に前記オゾンが含まれる割合は10ppm以上30ppm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項4の何れかに記載の排水処理装置。
