Abstract
Description
そして、このシール剤塗布工程により得られるシール形状は、図11に示す様な断面円弧状の単純なものに限定され、先端が尖ったリップ形状を作成することは極めて困難であった。
請求項1記載の発明のカーボンプレート一体ガスケットの製造方法によれば、成形金型とカーボンプレートの間に、シール***物の余剰のゴムをガスケットの成形空所から排出する為のバリ溜り部がゴム絞り部を介して成形空所に連通するように設ける構成としている為、キュアインプレイスガスケット(CIPG)によりカーボンプレート一体ガスケットを成形するにおいて、カーボンプレートに損傷を与える事無く、精度良く任意のリップ形状のガスケットを得られると共に、良好な材料特性を維持した状態で、材料歩留まりも良好である。
また、請求項2記載の発明のカーボンプレート一体ガスケットの製造方法によれば、カーボンプレートに、ガスケットの本体部分を収納する溝部を形成すると共に、バリ溜り部をカーボンプレート側に設ける構成としている為、バリ処理が不要であると共に、ガスケットのカーボンプレートに対する接合がより強固に成る。
この間隙が大き過ぎると、成形空所31内にゴムが充填される前に、ゴムがバリ溜り部32側に流出してしまう為、ガスケット4内へのエア入りや、充填不足により、予定していたガスケット4の形状が得られない不都合が発生する。
一方、この間隙が小さすぎると、余剰のゴムがスムーズにバリ溜り部32側に流出出来ない為、成形空所31内の圧力が過大に上昇し、カーボンプレート1が破損する危険を招来する。
図3に示した第1の態様の成形金型と相違する点は、バリ溜り部32及びゴム絞り部33を2列(2段)にした点である。

Claims (3)
- 未硬化の液状ゴムをカーボンプレート(1)の表面に塗布して未硬化のシール***物(2)を製作し、ついで成形金型(3)と前記カーボンプレート(1)との間で前記シール***物(2)を圧縮して硬化させるリップ形状部(41)を備えたガスケット(4)を有するカーボンプレート一体ガスケットの製造方法において、
前記成形金型(3)と前記カーボンプレート(1)の間に、前記シール***物(2)の余剰のゴムを前記ガスケット(4)の成形空所(31)から排出する為のバリ溜り部(32)がゴム絞り部(33)を介して前記成形空所(31)に連通するように設けたことを特徴とするカーボンプレート一体ガスケットの製造方法。 - 前記カーボンプレート(1)に、前記ガスケット(4)の本体部分(42)を収納する溝部(11)を形成すると共に、前記バリ溜り部(32)を前記カーボンプレート(1)側に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のカーボンプレート一体ガスケットの製造方法。
- 前記バリ溜り部(32)と前記ゴム絞り部(33)を複数個設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のカーボンプレート一体ガスケットの製造方法。
