Abstract
【解決手段】パワートレイン組立体10は、出力シャフト12とCVJ組立体14とにより構成されている。CVJ外部レース24に取り付けられた密閉リング56に取り付けられた外縁部と、内縁部51及び内部円筒面52とを有するブート50を備える密閉組立体48とが設けられる。CVJ内部レース34のスプラインボア42に対して出力シャフト16のスプラインエンド18を軸方向に挿入することにより、ブート50の内縁部51が拡張して、出力シャフト16の円筒シャフト面と摩擦係合し、内縁部51をシャフトショルダー20と内部レースショルダー46との間で圧縮し、直接密封を行う。

Claims (9)
- 円筒シャフト面と、径方向ショルダーと、スプラインエンドとを形成する形成する出力シャフトと、
内部レースと、外部レースと、それらの間のボール部材とを有するCVJ組立体であって、内部レースが内部スプラインボアとフェース面とを形成するCVJ組立体と、
CVJ外部レースに取り付けられた外縁部と、第1および第2の径方向フェースと内部円筒面とを形成する内縁部とを有するブートを備える密閉組立体と、を備え、
CVJ内部レーススプラインボアに対して出力シャフトスプラインエンドを軸方向に挿入することにより、内縁部が拡張して、出力シャフト円筒シャフト面と摩擦係合し、ブート内縁部が、内部レースのフェース面と出力シャフトの径方向ショルダーとの間で軸方向に挟持されるとともに、内部レースと出力シャフトの両方と重なること
を特徴とする自動車パワートレインシステムに使用するためのパワートレイン組立体。 - 前記密閉組立体は密閉リングを有し、前記外縁部は前記密閉リングに接着または他の手段で取り付けられ、前記密閉リングが前記CVJ組立体の外部レースに圧入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワートレイン組立体。
- 前記出力シャフトと前記内部レースは、それぞれ環状溝を形成し、組立体が組立状態にあるときに前記溝におけるサークリップの嵌合を受け入れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワートレイン組立体。
- 前記外部レースは、溶接によってプロペラシャフト管に接合される管状部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワートレイン組立体。
- 前記内部レースのフェース面は円錐台状ショルダーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワートレイン組立体。
- 前記内部レースのフェース面は円筒ボア部を介して径方向ステップから軸方向に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワートレイン組立体。
- 前記内縁部の一部は前記円筒ボア部内に延長していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパワートレイン組立体。
- 前記円筒ボア部内に延長する前記内縁部の一部は、軸方向スリーブ延長部であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のパワートレイン組立体。
- 前記出力シャフトは、トランスミッションまたはトランスファーケースに連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワートレイン組立体。
