Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のユニオン継手1は、樹脂製の継手本体2及び該継手本体2に対して回転自在に装着されたユニオンナット3を主要部としている。そして、継手本体2の一端部にリブ21が形成され、また、ユニオンナット3に継手本体2のリブ21と係合可能な係止部32が形成されるとともに、係止部32に沿ってリブ21の外径よりも大きな内径で、その幅よりも小幅のガイド溝33が形成される。これにより、ユニオンナット3を必要以上に締め付けることによって、係止部32に押し付けられたリブ21の外周縁部が圧潰し、外方に膨出したとしても、その膨出部をガイド溝33に収容できる。

Claims (1)
- 樹脂製の継手本体及び該継手本体に対して回転自在に装着されたユニオンナットを主要部とするユニオン継手であって、継手本体の一端部にリブが形成され、また、ユニオンナットに継手本体のリブと係合可能な係止部が形成されるとともに、係止部に沿ってリブの外径よりも大きな内径で、その幅よりも小幅のガイド溝が形成されることを特徴とするユニオン継手。
