Abstract
【解決手段】主流路1の途中に設けた弁座2と弁座2に離着座して主流路1を開閉する主弁体としての環状のリーフバルブ3とを有する主弁Mと、主流路1から分岐されるパイロット流路4と、パイロット流路4の途中に設けたオリフィス5と、パイロット流路4のオリフィス5よりも下流に接続されて内部圧力で主弁体であるリーフバルブ3を閉じる方向に附勢する背圧室Pと、パイロット流路4の背圧室Pへの接続点よりも下流に配置されて背圧室P内の圧力を制御するパイロット弁6と、パイロット弁6の開弁圧を調節するソレノイドSolとを備えたソレノイドバルブVにおいて、主弁Mの開弁時期とパイロット弁6の開弁時期に時間差を設け主弁Mの開弁時期をパイロット弁6の開弁時期より遅くした。

Claims (4)
- 主流路の途中に設けた弁座と当該弁座に離着座して上記主流路を開閉する主弁体とを有する主弁と、上記主流路から分岐されるパイロット流路と、当該パイロット流路の途中に設けたオリフィスと、上記パイロット流路の上記オリフィスよりも下流に接続されて内部圧力で主弁体を閉じる方向に附勢する背圧室と、上記パイロット流路の上記背圧室への接続点よりも下流に配置されて上記背圧室内の圧力を制御するパイロット弁と、上記パイロット弁の開弁圧を調節するソレノイドとを備えたソレノイドバルブにおいて、上記主弁の開弁時期と上記パイロット弁の開弁時期に時間差を設け上記主弁の開弁時期を上記パイロット弁の開弁時期より遅くしたことを特徴とするソレノイドバルブ。
- 上記主弁体が上記主流路の上流の圧力を受ける正面側受圧面積と、上記主弁体が上記背圧室の内部圧力を受ける背面側受圧面積との比によって、上記主弁の開弁時期と上記パイロット弁の開弁時期との時間差を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
- 上記弁座は、環状であって、上記主弁体は、環状のリーフバルブであって、上記背圧室は、筒状であって当該リーフバルブの背面側に設けられて上記リーフバルブの背面に当接する主スプールによって画成され、上記正面側受圧面積は、上記弁座のシート径により設定され、上記背面側受圧面積は、上記主スプールの内径により設定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
- 上記弁座の上記主弁体が着座する接触面を粗面としたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
