Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fuel cell system used as a power source for an electric vehicle or the like.
Conventionally, as this type of technology, for example, a fuel cell system described in
However, in the fuel cell system described in
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the water flowing to the ejector together with the fuel off-gas discharged from the fuel cell, thereby suppressing the freezing blockage of the flow path in the ejector. It is to provide a fuel cell system.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in
According to the configuration of the invention described above, in the fuel cell, power is generated by receiving supply of the fuel gas and the oxidant gas. At this time, moisture is generated inside the fuel cell, and fuel off-gas containing moisture is discharged from the fuel cell. The fuel off-gas flowing from the fuel cell to the first fuel circulation channel is sucked into the ejector by the negative pressure generated by the ejector by the fuel gas flowing through the fuel supply channel, and circulates to the fuel cell through the fuel supply channel. Is done. Further, the fuel off-gas that has flowed from the fuel cell to the second fuel circulation channel is circulated to the fuel cell by being pumped by the fuel pump. Here, since the flow path structure constituted by the arrangement of the first fuel circulation flow path and the second fuel circulation flow path is provided, it is included in the fuel off gas discharged from the fuel cell and flowing to the first fuel circulation flow path. The moisture is less than the moisture contained in the fuel off-gas that is discharged from the fuel cell and flows to the second fuel circulation passage. Accordingly, the moisture contained in the fuel off-gas flowing to the ejector via the first fuel circulation channel is relatively reduced.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the flow path structure is configured such that the inlet of the first fuel circulation passage and the inlet of the second fuel circulation passage are fueled. It is intended that the connection to the battery is individually made and the inlet of the first fuel circulation channel is arranged on the top side in the top and bottom direction with respect to the inlet of the second fuel circulation channel.

The first fuel circulation channel is once extended from the branch portion of the common channel toward the top side in the vertical direction, and the second fuel circulation channel is directed toward the ground side in the vertical direction. The purpose is to extend it once.

In order to achieve the above object, according to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the first fuel according to the third aspect, wherein a part of the fuel supply channel upstream of the ejector is between the branch portion and the ejector. The purpose is to be adjacent to the circulation channel so that heat can be exchanged.

According to the fuel cell system of this embodiment described above, the

<Fifth Embodiment>
Next, a fifth embodiment of the fuel cell system according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

According to the fuel cell system of this embodiment described above, in addition to the functions and effects of the fourth embodiment, the following functions and effects are obtained. That is, a part of the first hydrogen
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and a part of the configuration can be changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the invention.

(2) In the fourth and fifth embodiments, the gas-
