Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態の充電管理装置の入力手段は、有料道路の複数のインターチェンジからの車両の流出入台数を示す交通需要データの入力を受け付ける。第1予測手段は、入力を受け付けた交通需要データを使用してシミュレーションを実行し、有料道路間に設けられた複数の充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を予測する。判断手段は、予測された各充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を比較し、所望の条件を満たしているか否かを判断する。生成手段は、判断手段による判断の結果が否を示すとき、円滑に充電可能な充電ステーションを示す充電推奨情報を生成する。出力手段は、判断手段による判断の結果が所望の条件を満たす旨を示すとき、生成された充電推奨情報を外部端末に出力する。

図1は第1の実施形態に係る充電管理装置の構成例を示す模式図であり、図2乃至図7,図9乃至図12は同実施形態に係る充電管理装置により用いられる各種情報の一例を示す模式図であって、図8は同実施形態に係る充電管理装置により用いられるシミュレーションモデルの一例を示す模式図である。図1に示す充電管理装置1は、交通需要データ入力部11、充電ステーション(Charge Station)状況予測部(以下、CS状況予測部と表記)12、条件判断部13、充電推奨情報生成部14及び充電推奨情報出力部15を備えている。以下に、充電管理装置1を構成する各部11乃至15の機能について詳細に説明する。
図17は第2の実施形態に係る充電管理装置の構成例を示す模式図であって、上記した第1の実施形態に係る充電管理装置とは異なり、図1に示した充電管理装置に電力供給入力部16を更に加えた構成となっている。

- 有料道路の複数のインターチェンジからの車両の流出入台数を示す交通需要データの入力を受け付ける入力手段と、
前記入力を受け付けた交通需要データを使用してシミュレーションを実行し、前記有料道路間に設けられた複数の充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を予測する第1予測手段と、
前記予測された各充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を比較し、所望の条件を満たしているか否かを判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が否を示すとき、円滑に充電可能な充電ステーションを示す充電推奨情報を生成する生成手段と、
前記入力を受け付けた交通需要データに加えて、前記生成された充電推奨情報を使用してシミュレーションを実行し、前記各充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を再度予測する第2予測手段と、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が所望の条件を満たす旨を示すまで、前記判断手段、前記生成手段及び前記第2予測手段による処理を繰り返し実行するように制御する制御手段と、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が所望の条件を満たす旨を示すとき、前記生成された充電推奨情報を外部端末に出力する出力手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする充電管理装置。 - 有料道路の複数のインターチェンジからの車両の流出入台数を示す交通需要データの入力を受け付ける第1入力手段と、
前記有料道路間に設けられた複数の充電ステーションが供給可能な電力量を示す計画電力供給量情報の入力を受け付ける第2入力手段と、
前記入力を受け付けた交通需要データと、前記入力を受け付けた計画電力供給量情報とを使用してシミュレーションを実行し、前記各充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を予測する第1予測手段と、
前記予測された各充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を比較し、所望の条件を満たしているか否かを判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が否を示すとき、円滑に充電可能な充電ステーションを示す充電推奨情報を生成する生成手段と、
前記交通需要データ及び前記計画電力供給量情報に加えて、前記生成された充電推奨情報を使用してシミュレーションを実行し、前記各充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を再度予測する第2予測手段と、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が所望の条件を満たす旨を示すまで、前記判断手段、前記生成手段及び前記第2予測手段による処理を繰り返し実行するように制御する制御手段と、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が所望の条件を満たす旨を示すとき、前記生成された充電推奨情報を外部端末に出力する出力手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする充電管理装置。 - 有料道路の複数のインターチェンジからの車両の流出入台数を示す交通需要データの入力を受け付ける第1入力手段と、
前記入力を受け付けた交通需要データを補正する実測交通需要データの入力を受け付ける第2入力手段と、
前記入力を受け付けた交通需要データを、前記入力を受け付けた実測交通需要データを用いて補正した後に、当該補正後の交通需要データを使用してシミュレーションを実行し、前記有料道路間に設けられた複数の充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を予測する第1予測手段と、
前記予測された各充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を比較し、所望の条件を満たしているか否かを判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が否を示すとき、円滑に充電可能な充電ステーションを示す充電推奨情報を生成する生成手段と、
前記補正後の交通需要データに加えて、前記生成された充電推奨情報を使用してシミュレーションを実行し、前記各充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を予測する第2予測手段と、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が所望の条件を満たす旨を示すまで、前記判断手段、前記生成手段及び前記第2予測手段による処理を繰り返し実行するように制御する制御手段と、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が所望の条件を満たす旨を示すとき、前記生成された充電推奨情報を外部端末に出力する出力手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする充電管理装置。 - 前記判断手段は、
隣接する各充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間を比較し、下流側の充電ステーションの充電待ち時間から上流側の充電ステーションの充電待ち時間を減算した値が閾値以下であるか否かを判断することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の充電管理装置。 - 前記生成手段は、
前記判断手段による判断の結果が否を示すとき、円滑に充電可能な充電ステーションでの充電待ち時間又は充電料金のうちの少なくとも一方を示す充電推奨情報を生成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の充電管理装置。
