Description

The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing panel and sound-insulating wall equipment provided, for example, on roads and railways, and more specifically, a sound-insulating panel in which a first sound-absorbing material is arranged in a first sound-absorbing space and arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction. In the wall equipment, a sound-absorbing panel is arranged above the topmost one of the soundproof panels arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction, and a second sound-absorbing space is provided inside the second sound-absorbing material. A sound transmitting surface is provided with a second outer frame body that can form a partition wall that separates the sound source from the sound source, and a plurality of sound insertion holes that allow sound to enter and exit from the second sound absorbing space and the outside thereof. The present invention relates to a sound absorbing panel formed on a sound source side surface portion and a back surface portion of the second outer frame body, and a soundproof wall facility using the sound absorbing panel.

Conventionally, the soundproofing wall equipment has only the soundproofing panels arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction, and the sound absorbing material installed in each of the sound absorbing spaces has the same sound absorbing performance with a constant surface density. The sound source side surface portion of each soundproof panel is formed on the sound transmission surface, whereas the back surface is provided with a rigid surface and has a sound insulation wall function (for example, Patent Documents) 1).
For this reason, there is a large difference in sound pressure between the sound source side and the back side of the sound insulation panels arranged in the vertical direction, and the energy of the accelerated sound in the region near the top edge of the sound insulation equipment causes a diffraction phenomenon, resulting in a sound insulation wall. There was a problem that the diffracted sound spread to the housing side on the back side of the facility.
Therefore, in order to solve the problem, a second sound-absorbing space is provided inside the sound-insulating panel arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction, and is further disposed above the top-most object, and includes a second sound-absorbing material. The sound is provided with a second outer frame body that can form a partition wall that separates the sound source and the periphery of the sound source, and has many sound insertion holes that allow sound to enter and exit the second sound absorbing space and the outside thereof. There has been a proposal that a transmission surface is provided with a sound absorbing panel formed on a sound source side surface portion and a back surface portion of the second outer frame (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

International Publication No. 2012/102278

In the conventional sound absorbing panel described above, it is possible to reduce the diffracted sound that is diffracted near the upper edge of the uppermost one of the soundproof panels arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction.
However, since the soundproof wall equipment provided with the sound absorbing panel is installed in a place exposed to rain, a cap for rain protection is provided on the ceiling of the sound absorbing panel in order not to deteriorate the sound absorbing performance. .
And since there is a cap for preventing rain, there is a possibility that the sound pressure difference becomes large before and after the cap, and the function of reducing the sound diffraction phenomenon may be hindered.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and prevent the sound on the sound source side from spreading to the back side of the soundproof wall equipment without reducing the sound absorption performance due to rain.

The first characteristic configuration of the sound absorbing panel according to the present invention is that the soundproofing panel in which the first sound absorbing material is housed in the first sound absorbing space is arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction, and is arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction. Arranged above the topmost one of the soundproof panels to form a second sound-absorbing space with a second sound-absorbing material inside, and to form a partition that separates the sound source from the sound source. A sound transmitting surface provided with a large number of sound insertion holes for allowing sound to enter and exit from the second sound absorbing space and the outside of the second sound absorbing space, and a sound source side surface of the second outer frame. And a sound absorbing panel formed on the back surface, wherein the sound transmitting surface is also provided on a ceiling portion of the second outer frame body, and the second sound absorbing material with respect to the inner surface of the second outer frame body A gap is provided between the upper and lower vertical surfaces of the front and back and the upper surface of the second sound absorbing material. There is to covered by the water-repellent member 21 with sex.

According to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, generally, in the space above the upper end edge of the uppermost soundproof panel, the flow velocity of air particles that transmit sound tends to be accelerated closer to the upper end edge.
Therefore, for example, most of the sound generated on the sound source side such as a road is absorbed by the first sound absorbing material provided in the first sound absorbing space of each of the soundproof panels arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction, and the soundproofing of the plurality of stages is performed. The vibration energy is attenuated while the sound to be diffracted from the upper edge of the uppermost panel of the panel to the back side is absorbed by the second sound absorbing material.
In addition, a sound transmission surface is also provided on the ceiling of the second outer frame body, and a gap is formed between the upper and lower vertical surfaces of the second sound absorbing material and the upper surface with respect to the inner surface of the second outer frame body. And the upper part of the second sound absorbing material is covered with a water-repellent water repellent member, so that the air flow trying to pass through the second sound absorbing material is blocked by the ceiling portion of the second outer frame body. Thus, since a large sound pressure difference with the vicinity of the ceiling is prevented, it is possible to prevent the sound diffraction phenomenon that the sound on the sound source side spreads to the back side of the soundproof wall equipment.
In addition, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the second sound absorbing space by forming the ceiling portion of the second outer frame body on the sound transmitting surface by covering the second sound absorbing material with a breathable water repellent member. As a result, it is possible to prevent the sound on the sound source side from spreading to the back side of the soundproof wall equipment while maintaining the sound absorbing performance.

According to a second characteristic configuration of the present invention, the water repellent member is supported so as to form a water gradient on which at least one of the top and bottom vertical surfaces of the second sound absorbing material flows down rainwater. It is an aqueous cloth.

According to the second characteristic configuration of the present invention, the rainwater that tries to enter the second sound absorbing space through the ceiling of the second outer frame body flows down while being received by the water repellent member having a water gradient. Thus, it is possible to prevent the second sound absorbing material from containing rainwater and reducing the sound absorbing performance.

The 3rd characteristic structure of this invention exists in the place which formed the eaves part extended in an outward side rather than the said up-and-down vertical surface of a said 2nd sound-absorbing material in the downstream of the water gradient in the said water-repellent member.

According to the third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the rainwater received by the water repellent member flows along the water gradient, and further flows down the eaves part and falls downward, so that the second sound absorbing material is wetted by the rainwater. Thus, it is possible to further prevent the water absorption and the sound absorption performance from being deteriorated.

According to the fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the water-repellent member is protected by the second outer frame body by disposing the water-repellent member below the ceiling of the second outer frame body, Long-term water repellency can be maintained.

According to a fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, a drainage groove for draining rainwater that has entered the inside of the second outer frame body along the longitudinal direction of the outer frame body is provided below the bottom of the second sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing material support portion that supports the formation is formed in the second outer frame body.

According to the fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the rainwater that has entered the second sound absorbing space prevents the second sound absorbing material from getting wet by the water repellent member, and the rainwater that has flowed downwards into the second outer frame body. The drainage groove provided can be discharged in the longitudinal direction of the outer frame, and it is possible to prevent the second sound-absorbing material supported by the sound-absorbing support part from absorbing water and lowering its sound-absorbing performance.

A sixth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the second sound absorbing material is molded from a porous material made of polyester fiber wool.

According to the sixth characteristic configuration of the present invention, since the second sound absorbing material is formed of the polyester fiber wool of the porous material, the sound absorbing material can be provided at a low cost at a low cost.

A seventh characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the surface density of the second sound absorbing material is set to 0.9 to 100 kg / m 2 and the flow resistance value is set to 400 to 4000 N · s / m 3 .

According to the seventh characteristic configuration of the present invention, the sound absorption performance can be maintained high.

According to an eighth characteristic configuration of the soundproof wall equipment of the present invention, the soundproofing panel in which the first sound absorbing material is arranged in the first sound absorbing space is arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction and in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction. A second outer frame that forms a second sound-absorbing space with a second sound-absorbing material inside and further forms a partition that separates the sound source and the periphery of the sound source on the top of the panel. A sound transmitting surface provided with a number of sound insertion holes that allow sound to enter and exit from the second sound absorbing space and the outside thereof, on the sound source side surface portion and the back surface portion of the second outer frame body The sound transmitting surface is also provided on the ceiling of the second outer frame body, and the upper and lower vertical surfaces on the front and back of the second sound absorbing material with respect to the inner surface of the second outer frame body, and the upper surface A sound absorbing panel is provided with a gap in between and the second sound absorbing material covered with a breathable water-repellent member. In the place it was.

According to the eighth characteristic configuration of the present invention, generally, in the space above the upper end edge of the uppermost soundproof panel, the flow velocity of the air particles that transmit sound tends to be accelerated closer to the upper end edge.

[First embodiment]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the panel 1 is arranged on a concrete foundation outer wall 2 and stacked on a soundproof panel 1A stacked in a plurality of levels in the vertical direction, and further on the topmost object of the soundproof panel 1A. Each soundproof panel 1A and second sound absorption panel 1B has both left and right ends fitted into respective longitudinal grooves of the H-steel 10 for panel support adjacent in the horizontal direction. is there.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the soundproof panel 1 </ b> A forms a first sound absorbing space 4 </ b> A in which a first sound absorbing material 3 </ b> A made of glass wool is internally provided, and separates a road serving as a sound source from the periphery of the road. The first outer frame 5A made of a metal plate capable of forming a partition wall is provided, and a sound transmission surface having a louver structure in which a large number of sound introduction holes 6 are formed in the first sound absorbing space 4A to be able to take in outside sound. In addition, a sound insulating plate made of iron plate with no holes is provided on the back surface portion 8 on the side opposite to the sound source side of the first outer frame body 5A. The sound generated from the road side is configured not to escape to the back side of the soundproof wall.
5 to 8, reference numeral 14 denotes a panel-supporting H-shaped steel after the sound-absorbing panel 1B is installed on the panel-supporting H-shaped steel 10 and a fixing spring steel material is driven in between the H-shaped steel from above. 10 is a notch through which a wire (not shown) connected to 10 is passed, and 15 in the figure is an eyebolt that passes simultaneously with the notch 14, and prevents the sound absorbing panel 1 B from falling off the panel-supporting H-shaped steel 10. .

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 9, the sound absorbing panel 1 </ b> B has a second sound absorbing space 4 </ b> B in which the second sound absorbing material 3 </ b> B is housed, and a partition that separates the sound source and the periphery of the sound source. 2 A sound transmitting surface provided with a plurality of sound introduction holes 6 provided with an outer frame body 5B and capable of taking outside sound into the second sound absorbing space 4B, and a sound source side surface portion 7 of the second outer frame body 5B; It is formed on the back surface portion 8. The second sound absorbing material 3B is formed such that the flow resistance value and the surface density thereof become smaller toward the upper end side, and a gap is provided between the second sound absorbing material 3B and the inner surface of the second outer frame body 5B.
The first outer frame body 5A and the second outer frame body 5B are each composed of two or more sheet metal members, and the plurality of sheet metal members are assembled together in a box shape by rivets, bolts and nuts, adhesion, welding, or the like. Formed.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, the uppermost sound absorbing panel 1B is provided with a second outer frame body 5B capable of forming a partition that separates the road from the periphery of the road, and is provided outside the second sound absorbing space 4B. This is a punching metal made of aluminum provided with a number of sound introduction holes 6 that can freely take the sound of the other side, and the three surfaces of the second outer frame body 5B, the front surface, the upper surface, and the rear surface, are formed. Further, in the second sound absorbing space 4B, the second sound absorbing material 3B is formed of polyester (PET) wool, which is a porous sound absorbing material, and the second sound absorbing material 3B has its flow resistance value and surface closer to the upper end side. It is formed so as to have a low density, and it is not in close contact with the inner surface of the second outer frame body 5B made of punching metal, and an air layer is provided with a gap of 1 mm or more between the inner surface. is there.
The second sound-absorbing material 3B has a weather-resistant cloth 9 attached to the surface thereof to maintain the weather resistance, and the punching metal has an opening ratio of 50% or more in the vicinity of the upper edge of the soundproof wall equipment. Although the effect of suppressing the sound diffraction phenomenon is not changed, the panel rigidity is likely to be lowered.
In FIG. 9, 17 is a filling rubber that fills the gap between the upper end of the second sound absorbing material 3B and the lower surface of the upper end portion of the second outer frame body 5B to stably hold the second sound absorbing material 3B. It is a pressing member that holds the second sound absorbing material 3B stably by pressing the lateral intermediate portion of the second sound absorbing material, and a pressing member 18 having the same meaning is provided on the opposite surface of the second sound absorbing material 3B.
The lateral ends of the second sound absorbing material 3B are similarly restricted from moving in the front-rear direction by an angle member.

The trapezoidal longitudinal section has a thickness that is thinner toward the upper side, a minimum thickness of about 35 mm, and a maximum thickness of the lower end of about 70 mm. The vertical width l is about 100 to 1000 mm. 2 and 9, the upper and lower width is 440 mm, the upper end thickness is 40 to 50 mm, the lower end thickness is 60 to 70 mm, and the basis weight during molding is 1300 g / m 2 (minimum thickness portion) to 3700 g / Before and after m 2 (maximum thickness portion), the air flow resistance value is 4000 N · s / m 3 or less, the lower thick portion is about 3000 N · s / m 3 , and the upper thickness portion is about 300 N. -It is set to s / m 3 and is formed so as to continuously change in the vertical direction.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the conventional existing soundproof wall equipment, even if the first sound absorbing panel 1A at the uppermost stage is removed and replaced with the sound absorbing panel 1B, the sound generated on the road side is generated as a soundproof wall. It is possible to prevent it from spreading around the back side of the facility.

The vertical width of the second outer frame body 5B is smaller than the vertical width of the first outer frame body 5A.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 to 19, the uppermost sound absorbing panel 1B is provided with a second outer frame body 5B that can form a partition wall that separates the road from the periphery of the road, and is provided outside the second sound absorbing space 4B. This is a punching metal made of aluminum provided with a number of sound introduction holes 6 that can freely take the sound of the other side, and the three surfaces of the second outer frame body 5B, the front surface, the upper surface, and the rear surface, are formed. Further, in the second sound absorbing space 4B, the second sound absorbing material 3B is formed of polyester (PET) wool, which is a porous sound absorbing material, and the second sound absorbing material 3B is connected to the inner surface of the outer frame body made of punching metal. The air layer is provided with a gap of 1 mm or more between the inner surface without being in close contact with each other.

The second sound absorbing material 3B is formed by spraying polyester fiber on a belt conveyor and molding it on a mat. The second sound absorbing material 3B has a uniform thickness of about 35 to 80 mm in the vertical direction (35 mm thickness in FIG. 18) and the vertical width. Is 195 mm. The basis weight during molding is about 3000 g / m 2 , the surface density is 7000 g / m 2 or less, and the air flow resistance value is set to 4000 N · s / m 3 or less.
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 10, 11, and 19, the sound absorbing panel 1B is a panel adjacent in the lateral direction so as to be disposed above the uppermost one of the soundproof panels 1A stacked in a plurality of upper and lower stages. The second sound absorbing panel 1B is placed on the top plate 11 connected to the upper ends of the supporting H-shaped steels 10 and connected and fixed by the connecting member 12.
13 in the figure is a spacer that is interposed between the upper end portion of the soundproof panel 1A and the top plate 11 and fixes the first sound absorbing panel 1A.
Further, the gap between the sound absorbing panels 1B arranged along the road is closed by covering the gap cover member 19 across the ends of the adjacent sound absorbing panels 1B.

[Third embodiment]
A third embodiment of the sound absorbing panel 1B will be described with reference to FIGS.
The sound absorbing panel 1B has a second sound absorbing space 4B in which the second sound absorbing material 3B is housed, and a second outer frame 5B that can form a partition that separates the sound source and the periphery of the sound source. A sound transmitting surface provided with a large number of sound insertion holes that allow sound to enter and exit the sound absorbing space 4B and the outside thereof is formed on the sound source side surface portion 7 and the back surface portion 8 of the second outer frame body 5B. A sound transmission surface is also provided on the ceiling portion 20 of the second outer frame body 5B, and a gap is formed between the upper and lower vertical surfaces on the front and back surfaces of the second sound absorbing material 3B and the upper surface with respect to the inner surface of the second outer frame body 5B. The second sound absorbing material 3B is covered with a breathable water repellent member 21. That is, the second outer frame body 5B is made of perforated metal with holes, and sound transmitting surfaces are formed on the sound source side surface portion 7, the back surface portion 8, and the ceiling portion 20.

The water repellent member 21 is formed of a water repellent cloth, and is attached to the lower side of the second outer frame body 5B with an interval so as to form a water gradient on which the rainwater flows down on the back side of the sound absorbing panel 1B. The first punching metal 22 for supporting the cloth has a length over the entire width of the panel.
Moreover, the 2nd punching metal 23 which attaches the eaves part extended in the outward side rather than the up-and-down vertical surface of the 2nd sound-absorbing material 3B is attached to the downstream of the water gradient in the water repellent member 21, The 2nd punching metal The water-repellent member 21 extended on 23 is placed and supported, and rainwater flowing down on the water-repellent member 21 flows down along the water gradient and falls downward, so that the second sound absorbing material It prevents the 3B from getting wet with rain water and deteriorating the sound absorption performance.
In addition, the waterproof cloth as the water repellent member 21 is also stuck on the front surface and the back surface of the second sound absorbing material 3B.

Under the bottom of the second sound absorbing material 3B, as shown in FIGS. 22 and 24, rainwater that has entered the inside of the second outer frame 5B is drained along the longitudinal direction of the second outer frame 5B. A sound absorbing material support portion 25 that supports the drainage groove 24 to be formed is provided in the second outer frame body 5B. That is, even if rainwater enters the second sound absorbing space 4B and flows downward from a large number of sound insertion holes as sound transmitting surfaces formed in the ceiling portion 20 of the second outer frame body 5B, the second outer frame The drainage groove 24 provided in the body 5B can be discharged in the longitudinal direction of the second outer frame body 5B, and the second sound absorbing material 3B supported by the sound absorbing material support portion 25 absorbs water, and the sound absorbing performance is deteriorated. Can be prevented. Further, the drainage groove 24 guides and drains the second outer frame body 5B in the longitudinal direction (both left and right lateral directions), thereby preventing rainwater from entering the lower soundproof panel 1A.

[Example 1]
Next, the sound absorption effect of the third embodiment was compared with that of the first embodiment (Comparative Example 1).
As shown in FIGS. 30A, 30B, and 30C, the first sound absorbing panel 1BA of the first embodiment (Comparative Example 1) in which the ceiling portion 20 of the second outer frame body 5B is closed, and the ceiling portion. 20 A third sound absorbing panel in which the corners formed by the second sound absorbing panel 1BB provided with a punching metal that forms a sound transmitting surface on the entire surface and the upper surface and side surfaces of the second outer frame body 5B are left 25 mm, and the rest are punched metal. The graph of FIG. 31 shows the results of examining the effect of suppressing the sound diffraction phenomenon with the panel 1BC (third embodiment).
According to this, it can be seen that the second sound absorbing panel 1BB clearly has a high sound absorbing effect.
