Abstract
Description
本発明の実施形態は、水処理装置及び水処理方法に関する。 Embodiments described herein relate generally to a water treatment apparatus and a water treatment method.
昨今、工業の発達や人口の増加により水資源の有効利用が求められている。そのためには、工業廃水などの廃水の再利用が非常に重要である。これらを達成するためには水の浄化、すなわち水中から他の物質を分離することが必要である。 In recent years, effective use of water resources is required due to industrial development and population growth. For that purpose, reuse of wastewater such as industrial wastewater is very important. In order to achieve these, it is necessary to purify the water, ie to separate other substances from the water.
水中からほかの物質を分離する方法としては各種の方法が知られており、たとえば膜分離、遠心分離、活性炭吸着、オゾン処理、凝集、さらには所定の吸着材による浮遊物質の除去などが挙げられる。このような方法によって、水に含まれるリンや窒素などの環境に影響の大きい化学物質を除去したり、水中に分散した油類、クレイなどを除去したりすることができる。 Various methods are known as methods for separating other substances from water, such as membrane separation, centrifugation, activated carbon adsorption, ozone treatment, aggregation, and removal of suspended substances with a predetermined adsorbent. . By such a method, chemical substances having a great influence on the environment such as phosphorus and nitrogen contained in water can be removed, and oils and clays dispersed in water can be removed.
これらのうち、膜分離はもっとも一般的に使用されている方法のひとつであるが、水中に分散した油類を除去する場合には膜の細孔に油が詰まり易く、膜の寿命が短くなりやすいという問題がある。このため、水中の油類を除去するには膜分離は適切でない場合が多い。 Of these, membrane separation is one of the most commonly used methods. However, when oils dispersed in water are removed, the pores of the membrane are likely to be clogged with oil, which shortens the life of the membrane. There is a problem that it is easy. For this reason, membrane separation is often not appropriate for removing oils in water.
したがって、重油等の油類が含まれている水からそれらを除去する手法としては、例えば、水と重油との比重差に基づく重油の浮上性を利用し、水上に設置されたオイルフェンスにより水の表面に浮いている重油を集め、表面から吸引および回収する方法、または、重油に対して吸着性をもった疎水性材料を水上に敷設し、重油を吸着させて回収する方法等が挙げられる。 Therefore, as a method of removing them from water containing oils such as heavy oil, for example, the floating property of heavy oil based on the difference in specific gravity between water and heavy oil is used, and water is removed by an oil fence installed on the water. A method of collecting heavy oil floating on the surface of the water, sucking and collecting from the surface, or a method of laying a hydrophobic material having an adsorptivity to heavy oil on the water and adsorbing the heavy oil for recovery .
On the other hand, in recent years, an attempt has been made to adsorb oil to the oil adsorbent and remove it from water by immersing it in water in which oil is dispersed using an oil adsorbent. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a method for removing oil using porous powder. However, in this method, for example, when a filter having an adsorbent fixed in a column is disposed, and wastewater is allowed to flow through the column to collect oil in the wastewater, the adsorbent adsorbed on the filter is adsorbed. Since the water flow rate decreases as the amount of oil increased, it may be difficult to completely use the performance of the adsorbent.
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、廃水などの被処理水から、汚泥を発生することなく、油分を高効率かつ低コストに回収することが可能な水処理装置及び水処理方法を提供することである。 The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a water treatment device and a water treatment method capable of recovering oil from a treated water such as waste water without generating sludge at high efficiency and at low cost. It is.
The water treatment device of the embodiment includes an adsorbent storage tank that stores an oil adsorbent containing inorganic particles, a reaction tank for contacting water to be treated containing oil and an oxidizing agent, and the adsorbent storage tank. And a solid-liquid separation tank that is located downstream of the reaction tank and that has a horizontal surface with respect to the installation surface, and whose internal space is divided vertically by the filter. Further, the adsorbent is supplied from the adsorbent storage tank to the solid-liquid separation tank, and an adsorbent supply line for forming the adsorbent layer on the filter, and the solid-liquid separation from the reaction tank. A treated water supply line for supplying the treated water to the adsorbent layer of the tank.
(油分吸着材)
最初に、本実施形態の水処理装置及び水処理方法に用いる油分吸着材について説明する。
(Oil adsorbent)
First, the oil adsorbent used in the water treatment apparatus and the water treatment method of this embodiment will be described.
<無機粒子>
本実施形態における油分吸着材は、無機粒子によってコアが形成される。なお、本実施形態における“無機粒子”とは、金属粒子又は金属粒子以外の無機化合物粒子を意味するものである。
<Inorganic particles>
The oil adsorbent in the present embodiment has a core formed of inorganic particles. In the present embodiment, “inorganic particles” mean metal particles or inorganic compound particles other than metal particles.
Examples of the metal particles include metals such as aluminum, iron, copper, and alloys thereof. Examples of inorganic compound particles include magnetite, titanite, pyrrhotite, magnesium ferrite, cobalt ferrite, nickel ferrite, barium ferrite, fused silica, crystalline silica, glass, talc, alumina, calcium silicate, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate. And ceramic particles such as magnesia, silicon nitride, boron nitride, aluminum nitride, magnesium oxide, beryllium oxide, and mica.
特に磁鉄鉱、チタン鉄鉱、磁硫鉄鉱、マグネシムフェライト、コバルトフェライト、ニッケルフェライト、バリウムフェライト等の磁性粒子から上記コアを構成することにより、以下に説明する油分吸着材の再生を、磁力を用いることによって簡便に行うことができるようになる。 In particular, by constructing the core from magnetic particles such as magnetite, titanite, pyrrhotite, magnesium ferrite, cobalt ferrite, nickel ferrite, barium ferrite, etc., it is easy to regenerate the oil adsorbent described below by using magnetic force. To be able to do that.
上述した磁性粒子の中でも、水中での安定性に優れたフェライト系化合物からなる磁性粒子であればより好ましい。例えば磁鉄鉱であるマグネタイト(Fe3O4)は安価であるだけでなく、水中でも磁性体として安定し、元素としても安全であるため、水処理に使用しやすいので好ましい。 Among the magnetic particles described above, magnetic particles made of a ferrite compound having excellent stability in water are more preferable. For example, magnetite (Fe 3 O 4 ), which is a magnetite, is preferable because it is not only inexpensive, but also stable as a magnetic substance in water and safe as an element, so that it can be easily used for water treatment.
この場合、上述した粒子は、球状、多面体、不定形など種々の形状を取り得るが特に限定されない。また、望ましい粒径や形状は、製造コストなどを考慮して適宜選択すればよく、特に球状または角が丸い多面体構造が好ましい。 In this case, the above-described particles can take various shapes such as a spherical shape, a polyhedron, and an irregular shape, but are not particularly limited. Further, a desirable particle size and shape may be appropriately selected in consideration of production cost, and a polyhedral structure having a spherical shape or rounded corners is particularly preferable.
鋭角の角を持つ粒子であると、後に形成するコア表面の樹脂を傷つけてしまい、目的とする油分吸着材の形状を維持しにくく、その本来的な機能を有効に奏することができないためである。 This is because if the particles have acute corners, the resin on the core surface to be formed later is damaged, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the target oil adsorbent, and the original function cannot be effectively achieved. .
特にコアを構成する粒子が上述のような鋭角の角を持つ磁性粒子である場合、以下に説明するような磁力による油分吸着材の回収工程において、上記コアに磁力が作用し、磁力によって油分吸着材が再生出来る限りにおいて、Cuメッキ、Niメッキなど、通常のメッキ処理を施したり、腐食防止などの目的で表面処理を施したりして、上記鋭角の角を丸めて使用することもできる。 In particular, when the particles constituting the core are magnetic particles having an acute angle as described above, the magnetic force acts on the core in the oil adsorbent recovery process by magnetic force as described below, and the oil is adsorbed by the magnetic force. As long as the material can be regenerated, it can be used by rounding the acute corners by applying a normal plating process such as Cu plating or Ni plating, or by performing a surface treatment for the purpose of preventing corrosion.
なお、コアの総てが磁性粒子で構成される必要はない。すなわち、コアに磁力が作用し、磁力によって油分吸着材が回収出来る限りにおいて、非常に細かい磁性体粉末が樹脂等のバインダーで結合されたものであってもよい。また、磁性粉の表面がメチルトリメトキシシラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、フェニルトリメトキシシラン、フェニルトリエトキシシシランなどのアルコキシシラン化合物で疎水化処理されていてもよい。 Note that it is not necessary that all of the cores are composed of magnetic particles. That is, as long as a magnetic force acts on the core and the oil adsorbent can be recovered by the magnetic force, a very fine magnetic powder may be bonded with a binder such as a resin. Further, the surface of the magnetic powder may be subjected to a hydrophobic treatment with an alkoxysilane compound such as methyltrimethoxysilane, methyltriethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxysilane, or phenyltriethoxysilane.
Further, the case where the core is made of magnetic particles will be described in detail. The size of the core varies depending on the magnetic force of the processing equipment, the flow velocity, the adsorption method, the density of the magnetic particles, and various conditions. However, the average particle diameter of the magnetic particles in this embodiment is generally 0.05 to 100 μm. The average particle diameter of the magnetic particles can be measured by a laser diffraction method. Specifically, it can be measured by a SALD-3100 type measuring device (trade name) manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation. . In addition, when the term “average particle diameter” appears below and specific numerical values are described, the “average particle diameter” is determined by the laser diffraction method as described above, unless otherwise described. It is measured.
磁性粒子の平均粒子径が100μmよりも大きいと、水中での沈降が激しくなり、水への分散が悪くなる傾向があり、また粒子の実効的な表面積が減少して、油類などの吸着量が減少する傾向にあるので好ましくない。また粒子径が0.05μmより小さくなると、粒子が緻密に凝集し、処理液の上層に浮遊する状態となり、分散性が低下する傾向があるので好ましくない。 If the average particle diameter of the magnetic particles is larger than 100 μm, the sedimentation in water tends to be severe and the dispersion in water tends to be poor, and the effective surface area of the particles decreases, resulting in the adsorption amount of oils and the like. Is not preferable because it tends to decrease. On the other hand, if the particle diameter is smaller than 0.05 μm, the particles are densely aggregated and float in the upper layer of the treatment liquid, and the dispersibility tends to be lowered.
なお、上述した磁性粒子に関する要件は、上述したその他の無機化合物粒子や金属粒子に対しても、その種類によって多少のずれはあるものの、十分に適用することができる。 In addition, although the requirements regarding the above-mentioned magnetic particles are somewhat different depending on the type of the other inorganic compound particles and metal particles described above, they can be sufficiently applied.
<吸着層>
<Adsorption layer>
Adsorbent layers constituting the oil adsorbent, specifically, the above-described inorganic particles that are coated with the above-mentioned inorganic particles and exhibiting adsorptivity to the oil are firstly styrene resin, water-added styrene resin, butadiene resin, isoprene. Resin, acrylonitrile resin, cycloolefin resin, phenol resin, and alkyl methacrylate resin can be used. These resins are excellent in lipophilicity and oil resistance. Therefore, by constituting the adsorption layer from the resin, it is possible to efficiently adsorb and remove only the target oil from the treated water such as waste liquid and to have resistance to the treated water.
油分吸着材を構成する吸着層は、第2に、カップリング剤の縮合物とすることができる。この場合、磁性粒子の表面をカップリング剤で処理する。処理は、乾式及び湿式のいずれであってもよい。 Secondly, the adsorption layer constituting the oil adsorbent can be a condensate of the coupling agent. In this case, the surface of the magnetic particles is treated with a coupling agent. The treatment may be either dry or wet.
As coupling agents, silane coupling agents, that is, alkyltrisilanes such as methyltrimethoxysilane, ethyltrimethoxysilane, hexyltrimethoxysilane, dodecatrimethoxysilane octadecyltrimethoxysilane, ethyltriethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxy, etc. Epoxy such as silane, aromatic silane such as naphthalenetrimethoxysilane, γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, γ-glycidoxypropylmethyldiethoxysilane, β- (3,4-epoxycyclohexyl) ethyltrimethoxysilane Silane, vinyltriethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane, γ-methacryloxymethoxysilane and other vinylsilanes, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, N-Fe Le -γ- aminopropyl aminosilanes such as trimethoxysilane, may be mentioned mercaptosilane such as γ- mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane. In addition, coupling agents such as titanate, aluminum chelate, and zircoaluminate can also be used.
上述した吸着層の中でも、フェノール樹脂が最も好ましい。フェノール樹脂は表面にフェノール性水酸基を有するため、水となじみやすくハンドリングが優れる。また熱硬化性樹脂であるために、熱などの負荷に強いからである。 Among the adsorption layers described above, phenol resin is most preferable. Since the phenolic resin has a phenolic hydroxyl group on the surface, it is easy to blend with water and has excellent handling. Moreover, since it is a thermosetting resin, it is strong against loads such as heat.
<油分吸着材>
油分吸着材はポーラス体の粒子であることが好ましい。ポーラス体の粒子であると、ポーラス体同士の間の空隙を水が通過する時に、一般にはエマルジョンの形態となっている油分がポーラス体の内部に取り込まれ除去されるので、水が通過する通路が常に確保される状態になる。したがって、以下に説明する水処理装置及び水処理方法の、固液分離槽中のフィルターに対する通水速度を大きくすることができる。
<Oil adsorbent>
The oil adsorbent is preferably porous particles. In the case of porous particles, when water passes through the voids between the porous bodies, oil in the form of an emulsion is generally taken into and removed from the interior of the porous body. Is always secured. Therefore, the water flow rate with respect to the filter in the solid-liquid separation tank of the water treatment apparatus and the water treatment method described below can be increased.
なお、上記同様の理由から、油分吸着材の表面に開口したポーラスの平均ポーラス径が0.01μm〜1μmであることが好ましい。 For the same reason as described above, it is preferable that the average porous diameter of the porous opening on the surface of the oil adsorbent is 0.01 μm to 1 μm.
さらに、このポーラス体のかさ比重Aが1.0g/cc未満であり、かつ空孔率B及び真比重Cの関係が
(1−B)×C+B×0.7>1 (1)
であることが好ましい。なお、式中の0.7は吸着対象となる油のうち、比重が最も小さい油の比重である。これは、油分吸着材の比重(1−B)×Cと油分吸着材のポーラス部分に取り込まれた油分の比重との合計が、水の比重1よりも大きいことを示している。
Further, the bulk specific gravity A of this porous body is less than 1.0 g / cc, and the relationship between the porosity B and the true specific gravity C is
(1-B) × C + B × 0.7> 1 (1)
It is preferable that In addition, 0.7 in a type | formula is specific gravity of the oil with the smallest specific gravity among the oil used as adsorption | suction object. This indicates that the sum of the specific gravity (1-B) × C of the oil adsorbent and the specific gravity of the oil taken into the porous portion of the oil adsorbent is greater than the specific gravity 1 of water.
上記関係式から明らかなように、ポーラス体の内部には水が浸入しにくく、空気が入っていることが多いため、油を吸着しない状態では油分吸着材の比重は(1−B)×Cであり、水の比重1よりも小さくなっている場合が多く沈みにくいが、油分を吸着した後は、その分の比重B×0.7が加わるために水の比重1よりも大きくなって沈降するようになる。 As is clear from the above relational expression, water does not easily enter the porous body and air is often contained therein. Therefore, the specific gravity of the oil adsorbent is (1−B) × C in a state where no oil is adsorbed. In many cases, the specific gravity of water is smaller than 1, and it is difficult to sink. However, after adsorbing the oil, the specific gravity B × 0.7 is added, so the specific gravity of water becomes larger than 1 and settles. Will come to do.

<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a schematic configuration of a water treatment apparatus according to the present embodiment. Elements can be deleted as appropriate, and accordingly, cleaning and regeneration of the used adsorbent can be omitted. However, by arranging the adsorbent regeneration tank and the regenerated adsorbent supply line described above, it is also possible to clean and regenerate the used adsorbent, and to supply it initially without supplying a large amount of new adsorbent. It is possible to provide a water treatment apparatus and a water treatment method capable of operating for a long time by effectively using the adsorbent.

なお、本実施形態において、“油分”とは、水中に混和/分散している有機物のうち、一般に常温において液体であって、水に難溶性であり、粘性が比較的高く、水よりも比重が低いものをいう。例えば、動植物性油脂、炭化水素、芳香油、灯油、軽油、重油、機械油などである。 In the present embodiment, the “oil” is an organic substance mixed / dispersed in water, which is generally liquid at room temperature, is hardly soluble in water, has a relatively high viscosity, and has a specific gravity higher than that of water. Means low. For example, animal and vegetable oils and fats, hydrocarbons, aromatic oils, kerosene, light oils, heavy oils, machine oils and the like.
また、本実施形態において、“酸化剤”とは、一般に市販されている任意の酸化剤を用いることができるが、例えば過酸化水素水、オゾン水、次亜塩素酸及び次亜塩素酸のナトリウム塩、カリウム塩の他、過マンガン酸塩、クロム酸を例示することができ、取扱いが容易であって、かつ安価であることから、過酸化水素水及び次亜塩素酸ナトリウム等を用いることが好ましい。 In the present embodiment, as the “oxidizer”, any commercially available oxidizer can be used. For example, hydrogen peroxide, ozone water, hypochlorous acid, and sodium hypochlorite In addition to salts and potassium salts, permanganate and chromic acid can be exemplified, and since it is easy to handle and inexpensive, hydrogen peroxide water and sodium hypochlorite can be used. preferable.
次に、図1に示す水処理装置10を用いた水処理方法について説明する。
最初に、吸着材スラリー調整槽16内に給水ラインである配管22から水を供給するとともに、吸着材貯留槽11から油分吸着材Aを供給し、吸着材スラリー調整槽16内でスラリー状の油分吸着材Aを調整する。なお、スラリー状の油分吸着材Aを調整するためには、吸着材貯留槽11内に配設された攪拌機111を適宜用いて行う。
Next, a water treatment method using the
First, water is supplied into the adsorbent
Subsequently, the oil adsorbent A is supplied from the adsorbent
次いで、被処理水導入ラインである配管23から油分を含む被処理水W1を反応槽12内に導入するとともに、酸化剤供給槽122から上述したような酸化剤を反応槽12に供給する。すると、被処理水W1は酸化剤と接触することによりその粘性、すなわち含有する油分の粘性が低下するようになる。
Next, the water to be treated W1 containing oil is introduced into the
被処理水W1に対する酸化剤の供給量(添加量)は、被処理水W1(含有する油分)の粘性が低下し、以下に説明する酸化剤添加による作用効果が奏される限り特に限定されないが、好ましくは50ppm〜2000ppm、より好ましくは200ppm〜1000ppmとする。 The supply amount (addition amount) of the oxidant to the water to be treated W1 is not particularly limited as long as the viscosity of the water to be treated W1 (containing oil) is reduced and the effects of addition of the oxidant described below are exhibited. , Preferably 50 ppm to 2000 ppm, more preferably 200 ppm to 1000 ppm.
その後、被処理水供給ラインであるポンプ42、及び配管24を介して、被処理水W1を固液分離槽13中のフィルター131上に形成した吸着材層132に供給する。
Then, the to-be-processed water W1 is supplied to the
At this time, as described above, the viscosity of the water to be treated W1 (containing oil) is reduced by the addition of the oxidizing agent, so that the oil contained in the water to be treated W1 is the oil that constitutes the

Washing is performed before a predetermined time elapses and the amount of oil adsorbed in the water to be treated W1 in the oil adsorbent A constituting the

This slurry solution is stored in the
また、吸着材スラリー調整槽16で油分吸着材Aの濃度調整を行う場合、配管28より排出された処理水を単独あるいは水道水と混合して用いることができ、濃度調整槽の機能を有する。
When the concentration of the oil adsorbent A is adjusted in the adsorbent
本実施形態では、上述のように、使用済みの油分吸着材Aに対する再生槽14によって、固液分離槽13中に形成した吸着材層132を構成する油分吸着材Aを洗浄して再生した後、当該油分吸着材Aを再度固液分離槽13中に供給して吸着材層132を形成するようにしている。
In the present embodiment, as described above, after the oil adsorbent A constituting the
また、本実施形態によれば、廃水などの被処理水から、汚泥を発生することなく、油分を高効率かつ低コストに回収できることが分かる。 Moreover, according to this embodiment, it turns out that oil can be collect | recovered highly efficiently and low cost, without generating sludge from to-be-processed water, such as waste water.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a schematic configuration of the water treatment apparatus of the present embodiment. In this embodiment, the case where an adsorbent regeneration tank and a regenerated adsorbent supply line are provided to clean and regenerate the used adsorbent will be described.

Also in this embodiment, the definition of “oil” and the type and blending amount of “oxidizer” are the same as those in the first embodiment.
図2に示す水処理装置50は、再生槽14が固液分離槽13と、吸着材貯留槽11及び吸着材スラリー調整槽16を中継し、ポンプ42を介して配管36で接続されている代わりに、再生槽14が反応槽12とポンプ43を介して配管37で接続されており、ポンプ43及び配管37が再生済み吸着材供給ラインを構成し、吸着材貯留槽11が再生済み吸着材供給ライン上に配設されている点で相違する。
In the
したがって、図2に示す水処理装置50を用いた水処理方法は、図1に示す水処理方法と以下の点で相違する。
Therefore, the water treatment method using the
That is, the oil adsorbent A constituting the
For this reason, in the present embodiment, even in the
また、上述のように、吸着材層132には、その構成要素である(再生済みの)油分吸着材Aの供給と同時に被処理水W1が供給されるので、吸着材層132は、その形成過程において被処理水W1中の油分を吸着することになる。なお、吸着材層132の厚さは、油分吸着材Aの大きさ及び空孔率、フィルター131の材質などに依存するが、その形成初期においては例えば0.1μm程度であり、形成後期においては例えば10μmとなる。
Further, as described above, since the treated water W1 is supplied to the
As described above, the viscosity of the water to be treated W1 (containing oil) is reduced by the addition of the oxidizing agent, so that the oil contained in the water to be treated W1 is adsorbed to the oil constituting the
なお、本実施形態では、反応槽12自体が混合槽としても機能するので、濃度調整槽より吸着材スラリー調整槽16を省略している。

また、その他の特徴及び利点については、第1の実施形態と同様であるので、説明を省略する。 Other features and advantages are the same as those in the first embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.

FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a schematic configuration of the water treatment apparatus of the present embodiment. In this embodiment, the case where an adsorbent regeneration tank and a regenerated adsorbent supply line are provided to clean and regenerate the used adsorbent will be described.
本実施形態における水処理装置60は、反応槽12及び固液分離槽13間に使用済み吸着材供給ラインを構成する配管38が配設されている点、使用済み吸着材を再生槽14に供給するラインが反応槽12の下部から配設されている点を除き、基本的には図1に示す水処理装置10と同様の構成を採っている。

また、本実施形態でも、“油分”の定義、並びに“酸化剤”の種類及び配合量については、第1の実施形態と同様である。 Also in this embodiment, the definition of “oil” and the type and blending amount of “oxidizer” are the same as those in the first embodiment.
次に、図3に示す水処理装置60を用いた水処理方法について説明する。
最初に、第1の実施形態の場合と同様にして、固液分離槽13中のフィルター131上に、例えば厚さ0.1μm〜10μmの吸着材層132を形成する。
Next, a water treatment method using the water treatment device 60 shown in FIG. 3 will be described.
First, as in the case of the first embodiment, an
次いで、被処理水導入ラインである配管23から油分を含む被処理水W1を反応槽12内に導入するとともに、酸化剤供給槽122から上述したような酸化剤を反応槽12に供給する。すると、被処理水W1は酸化剤と接触することによりその粘性、すなわち含有する油分の粘性が低下するようになる。
Next, the water to be treated W1 containing oil is introduced into the
Then, the to-be-processed water W1 is supplied to the
固液分離槽13の吸着材層132及びフィルター131を通過した水は、処理水W2として配管28より外部に排出される。
The water that has passed through the
一方、上述のようにして被処理水W1中の油分を吸着した後の吸着材層132、すなわち油分吸着材Aは未だ十分な油分吸着能を有しているので、洗浄水供給ラインである配管26より洗浄水W3を固液分離槽13中の吸着材層132に対して供給し、吸着材層132を構成する吸着材の一部あるいは全部を剥離して、洗浄水W3とともに、使用済み吸着材供給ラインであるである配管38を介して反応槽12内に導入する。
On the other hand, since the
反応槽12内には、配管23より導入した被処理水W1が存在しているので、洗浄水W3とともに配管23を介して導入された使用済み油分吸着材Aαによって、被処理水W1中の油分が吸着除去される。なお、油分吸着材Aαによる油分の吸着を促進するために、適宜攪拌機121を使用する。油分を吸着した油分吸着材Aαは、上述した関係式(1)をほとんどの場合満足するので、反応槽12の底部に沈殿するようになる。
Since the treated water W1 introduced from the
Thereafter, the water to be treated W1 in the
Further, since the
上述したように、反応槽12内には、配管23より導入した被処理水W1が存在しているので、洗浄水W3とともに配管38を介して導入された使用済み油分吸着材Aβによって、被処理水W1中の油分が吸着除去される。油分を吸着した使用済み油分吸着材Aβは、上述した関係式(1)をほとんどの場合満足するので、反応槽12の底部に沈殿するようになる。
As described above, the water to be treated W1 introduced from the
Thereafter, the water to be treated W1 in the
In this way, supply of the water W1 to be treated from the
なお、上述した操作の繰り返しは、固液分離槽13中の吸着材層132の吸着能が低下して、反応槽12に供給した使用済み油分吸着材Aα等が底部に沈殿した時点で終了し、底部から順次引き抜いて再生する。
In addition, the repetition of the above-described operation is completed when the adsorbing capacity of the
固液分離槽13から反応槽12へ移送するタイミングは油分吸着量やフィルターのろ過流束などで管理することができ、例えば固液分離槽13中の吸着材層132における吸着材1g当たりの油分吸着量が0.2g以上となった時点、さらには吸着材層132及びフィルター131のろ過流束が2m/h以下となった時点で止めるようにする。
The timing of transfer from the solid-
Next, when the amount of the oil adsorbent Aα or the like precipitated at the bottom of the

A test was conducted in the same manner as in Example 1 except that sodium hypochlorite was not added. The oil concentration in this treated water W2 was less than 8 mg / L, but the filtration flux averaged 1.5 m / L. h, only 4 minutes.
