Abstract
【解決手段】シャフト1に周方向に回動するよう取り付けた第1のギヤ2と、シャフト1に一体に回転するよう取り付けた第2のギヤ3と、第2のギヤ3に、第1のギヤ2に向き合うよう取り付けたストッパゴム33と、第1のギヤ2に、第2のギヤ3に向き合うよう押圧突起部24とを備え、ストッパゴム33は、第1のギヤ2の回転時に、押圧突起部24が第2のギヤ3の周方向に押し当てられて弾性変形し、第1のギヤ2の停止時に、押圧突起部24が離れて初期形状に復元するよう構成されたギヤ装置のダンパ構造であって、第1のギヤ2に、潤滑油が溜まる凹部25を、ストッパゴム33に向き合うよう形成している。

Claims (3)
- シャフトに周方向に回動するよう取り付けた第1のギヤと、
前記シャフトに一体に回転するよう取り付けた第2のギヤと、
前記第2のギヤに、前記第1のギヤに向き合うよう取り付けたストッパゴムと、
前記第1のギヤに、前記第2のギヤに向き合うよう設けた突起部とを備え、
前記ストッパゴムは、前記第1のギヤの回転時に、前記突起部が前記第2のギヤの周方向に押し当てられることにより弾性変形し、前記第1のギヤの停止時に、前記突起部が離れることにより初期形状に復元するよう構成されたギヤ装置のダンパ構造であって、
前記第1のギヤに、潤滑油が溜まる凹部を、前記ストッパゴムに向き合うよう形成したことを特徴とするギヤ装置のダンパ構造。 - 前記凹部は、前記第1のギヤの周方向に環状に延びるよう形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギヤ装置のダンパ構造。
- 前記凹部は、前記突起部に隣接する部位の幅が、他の部位の幅よりも広くなるよう形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のギヤ装置のダンパ構造。
