Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus of which small-size formation can be attained while its heat radiation is being kept and further to enable an integrated planer light source to be formed by a continuous arrangement without generating any shade.SOLUTION: A light-emitting part 30 is fixed to a cylindrical casing 20 by a fixing member 34. It has a band-like circuit board 31, several LED units 32 arranged along a longitudinal direction of the circuit board 31 and a cover 33 for covering each of the LED units 32. A power supply part 40 is stored in the casing 20 and the casing 20 is provided with a first opening 25 communicating with inside and outside portions in a direction crossing against a radiating direction of the light-emitting part 30, so that heat generated from the LED unit 32 and the power supply part 40 is not accumulated in the casing 20 and can be properly discharged and heat radiation characteristic can be kept. In addition, since the fixing member 34 is arranged near the central part of the light emitting part 30 rather than the LED unit 36 at the most longitudinal end part of each of the LED units 32, the fixing member 34 does not make any shade and an integrated planer light source can be formed.

Description

The present invention relates to a luminaire that can be provided with a continuous surface light source by being continuously arranged.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been a demand for a lighting fixture that can be installed in a limited narrow space and that can form a surface light source that is integrated with light by connecting light.
However, if the luminaire is reduced in size so that it can be installed in a narrow space, the heat dissipation area of the luminaire itself is also reduced, resulting in a reduction in heat dissipation.
Moreover, even if it is going to connect light, in the conventional fluorescent lamp etc., since a socket, metal fittings, etc. are arranged at the both ends, a space | interval arises and the surface light source which connected light and was integrated without a break is used. It was difficult to get.

Therefore, in recent years, a technique for providing a plurality of heat radiating fins in a lighting fixture has been proposed as a technology for achieving both reduction in size of the lighting fixture and improvement in heat dissipation (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In addition, as a technique for connecting light and forming a surface light source integrated seamlessly, a lighting fixture that can bridge and connect the end faces of LED substrates as light sources with a copper wire without using a connection terminal Has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

特開2008−210593号公報(第1図)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2008-210593 (FIG. 1) 特開2010−161046号公報(第5図)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2010-161046 (FIG. 5)

However, if the heat radiating fins are used as in the lighting apparatus described in Patent Document 1, the heat radiating fins are bulky, so that it is difficult to reduce the size, and the number of members increases. There is a problem such as increasing.
Moreover, in the lighting fixture of patent document 2, since the copper wire is provided on the LED substrate, when forming the surface light source integrated by combining a plurality of lighting fixtures, it is shielded by the copper wire. There is a problem that shadows occur.

The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems, and can be miniaturized while ensuring heat dissipation, and by continuously arranging it, an integrated surface light source can be formed without causing a shadow. It aims at providing the lighting fixture which can be performed.

It is what has been.

Moreover, the lighting fixture of this invention has two or more said fixing members, and each said fixing member is provided in the symmetrical position centering on the line along the longitudinal direction of the said light emission part.

Moreover, the lighting fixture of this invention is a thing in which the top part of the said fixing member with respect to the said housing | casing is lower than the output surface of the said LED unit.

In the lighting fixture of the present invention, the opening area of the first opening is 10% or more and less than 35% with respect to the surface area of the housing.

In addition, the lighting fixture of the present invention has a reflective member for supporting the light emitting unit and fixing the light emitting unit to the housing, and a gap is formed between the housing and the reflecting member. It is what.

Furthermore, the lighting fixture of this invention is provided in the opposite side to the irradiation direction of the said light emission part in the said housing | casing, and has a 2nd opening which connects the inside and outside of the said housing | casing.

In the present invention, the power supply unit is housed inside the housing, and the housing is provided with an opening that communicates the inside and the outside in a direction that intersects the irradiation direction of the light emitting unit, thus ensuring heat dissipation. be able to. In addition, since the fixing member is provided closer to the center of the light emitting unit than the LED unit at the end in the longitudinal direction of each LED unit, the fixing member does not become a shadow and an integrated surface light source is used.
Hereinafter, the lighting fixture of embodiment which concerns on this invention is demonstrated using drawing.
As shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C, a lighting apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention has, for example, a plurality (here, for example,) of mounting holes 12 provided in a ceiling surface 11 that is a mounting surface. 2) Can be used by connecting in the longitudinal direction.
In the following description, a case will be described in which the irradiation direction is downward and the opposite side to the irradiation direction is upward.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the lighting fixture 10 has a long and narrow rectangular tubular appliance body (housing) 20.
The instrument body 20 includes an upper housing 22 having a U-shaped cross section that opens downward (housing opening 21), and a mounting plate 23 that is horizontally attached to the inside of the upper housing 22. Both ends in the longitudinal direction of the instrument body 20 are closed by end plates 28 to prevent intrusion of dust or the like (see FIG. 2).
The upper housing 22 has a top plate 221 and a pair of left and right side plates 222 and 222, and the lower end of the side plate 222 is bent outward and has a locking portion 223.
When connecting the lighting fixture 10 by connecting the fixture main body 20 in the longitudinal direction, the top plates 221 of the adjacent lighting fixtures 10 can be connected using the connecting plate 29 from above (FIG. 1A). ), See FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1A and 2, the side plate 222 is provided with a first opening 25 that communicates the inside and outside of the instrument body 20 in the horizontal direction at an appropriate position.
The opening area of the first opening 25 is set to be 10% or more and less than 35% of the surface area of the instrument body 20.
Although the shape of the 1st opening 25 is not specifically limited, Even if it is the same opening area | region, it is preferable to provide several opening instead of one opening.
For example, if the first opening 25 is a long hole, the strength is reduced, so it is preferable to form a plurality of circles.
In addition, from the viewpoint of the strength of the instrument body 20, the first opening 25 is preferably provided in the left and right symmetrical positions on both side plates 222 with the LED unit 32 interposed therebetween, with the same opening area.

As shown in FIG. 1C, the top plate 221 is provided with at least two bolt holes 24 in the longitudinal direction.
Further, the top plate 221 is provided with a second opening 27 that communicates the inside and outside of the instrument body 20 in the vertical direction at an appropriate position. The second opening 27 can release heat inside the instrument body 20 and can be used for wiring such as a power supply line (not shown).

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower end portion of the anchor bolt 13 is attached to the bolt hole 24 with a nut 14.
The bolt hole 24 has a bolt hole (not shown), and a U-shaped reinforcing member 26 is attached to the lower surface of the top plate 221 to reinforce the top plate 221.
A power supply unit 40 is attached to the lower surface of the top plate 221, and the bolt holes 24 are provided avoiding the power supply unit 40.

As shown in FIG. 3, the light emitting unit 30 is attached to the lower side of the attachment plate 23 inside the instrument main body 20 via the reflection plate 50.
The reflecting plate 50 has an upper plate 51 and a pair of side plates 52 and has a U-shaped cross section. The lower surface of the upper plate 51 and the inner surface of the side plate 52 are painted, for example, white, and the light emitting unit 30. Reflects the light. The lower end of the side plate 52 is bent outward, and the tip is bent upward, and a frame portion 53 having an L-shaped cross section is provided.

The reflection plate 50 is a member having reflectivity, and is attached to the attachment plate 23 by a screw (fixing member) 34. At this time, a gap 35 is formed between the reflecting plate 50 and the mounting plate 23. In addition, as a reflective member applicable to this invention, what is utilized as a member provided with reflectivity is not restricted to a reflecting plate.
The gap 35 can be secured by providing a spacer (not shown) on the screw 34. Alternatively, the gap 35 may be formed by the upper end surface 531 of the frame portion 53 coming into contact with the ceiling when the screw 34 is tightened.

The light emitting unit 30 includes a circuit board 31 attached to the reflection plate 50, an LED unit 32 mounted on the circuit board 31, and a translucent cover 33 that covers the circuit board 31 and the LED unit 32.
The circuit board 31 is made of, for example, ceramic or aluminum and has a strip shape, and a plurality of LED units 32 are mounted along the longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the screw 34 is provided closer to the center of the light emitting unit 30 than the LED unit 36 at the end in the longitudinal direction of the LED units 32.
Further, the screw 34 is provided at a symmetrical position around the line CL along the longitudinal direction of the light emitting unit 30.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4B, although not symmetrical, it can be arranged in a staggered manner on both sides of the line CL along the longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 5, the height H <b> 1 of the top 341 of the screw 34 with respect to the instrument body 20 is lower than the height H <b> 2 of the emission surface 321 of the LED unit 32. That is, H1 <H2 is set. By doing so, the head portion 341 of the screw 34 becomes a wall and does not hinder the light emitted from the LED unit 32, so that it is possible to suppress the loss of light and maintain a high luminous flux.

The effect of the lighting fixture 10 which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 2, the light emitting unit 30 is attached to the cylindrical instrument body 20 with screws 34, and has a strip-shaped circuit board 31 and a plurality of LED units arranged along the longitudinal direction of the circuit board 31. 32 and a cover 33 that covers each LED unit 32.
As shown in FIG. 1A, FIG. 1B, and FIG. 2, the power supply unit 40 is accommodated inside the instrument body 20, and the side plate 222 of the instrument body 20 is directed to the irradiation direction of the light emitting unit 30. The first opening 25 that communicates the inside and the outside is provided in the horizontal direction that is the direction that intersects.

For this reason, the heat generated from the LED unit 32 and the power supply unit 40 can be appropriately radiated to the outside of the instrument main body 20 without staying in the instrument main body 20, and heat dissipation can be ensured.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4A, the screw 34 is provided closer to the center of the light emitting unit 30 than the LED unit 36 at the end in the longitudinal direction of the LED units 32.
For this reason, when the lighting fixture 10 is continuously arranged, the screw 34 does not become a shadow, and an integrated surface light source can be formed.

As shown in FIG. 4 (A), a plurality of screws 34 are provided, and each screw 34 is provided at a symmetrical position about the line CL along the longitudinal direction of the light emitting portion 30. Therefore, manufacturability and versatility. Rich.
Further, since the screws 34 are provided not on the circuit board 31 but outside the circuit board 31, no joint is formed when the circuit boards 31 are connected along the longitudinal direction. For this reason, continuous light can be realized.

As shown in FIG. 5, since the top 341 of the screw 34 with respect to the instrument body 20 is lower than the emission surface 321 of the LED unit 32, the shadow by the screw 34 is not possible.

As shown in FIG. 2, if the opening area of the first opening 25 is less than 10% with respect to the surface area of the instrument body 20, the heat dissipation is inferior, and if it is 35% or more, the rigidity of the instrument body 20 is insufficient.
For this reason, since the opening area of the 1st opening 25 was made into 10% or more and less than 35%, the opening area can be enlarged and heat dissipation can be improved, ensuring the rigidity of the instrument main body 20. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3, since the gap 35 is provided between the reflector body 50 that supports the light emitting unit 30 and is fixed to the instrument body 20 and the instrument body 20, heat dissipation is improved.
In addition, by providing the gap 35, the opening area of the first opening 25 of the instrument body 20 can be minimized and the strength of the instrument body 20 can be ensured.

As shown in FIG. 1 (C), since the second opening 27 that communicates the inside and outside of the instrument body 20 is provided in the top plate 221 of the instrument body 20 that is opposite to the irradiation direction of the light emitting unit 30, the instrument The air flow in the vertical direction can be formed in the main body 20 to further improve the heat dissipation.

The lighting fixture of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and appropriate modifications and improvements can be made.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case of a rectangular cylinder is illustrated as the cylindrical instrument body, but the present invention can also be applied to a cylinder.
