Hereinafter, the operation of this embodiment will be described.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing a procedure up to the counting operation of the counting means included in the monitoring device controller of the elevator monitoring device provided in the present embodiment.

When the car 20 travels with passengers and arrives at a predetermined floor and stops, the door 21 is opened for the passengers to get off. The monitoring device control unit 32 of the elevator monitoring device 30 provided in the present embodiment transmits the operating state of the open end detection device 22 that operates when the door 21 is opened to the open end via the transmission / reception unit 12 of the elevator control device 10. If the operation is not performed (NO in step S1 in FIG. 2), step 1 is performed again.

If it is activated (YES in step S1), it is determined that the door 21 is fully open, and the process proceeds to step S2.

In step S2, it is confirmed by a signal from the load sensor 25 output via the transmission / reception unit 12 whether or not a predetermined number of passengers are in the car 20 or not (NO in step S2). Ends the process.

If it is determined from the output of the load sensor 25 that more than a predetermined number of passengers are in the vehicle (YES in step S2), the process proceeds to step S3, where the output state of the door close command signal is monitored and not output. (NO in step S3), step S3 is performed again. If the door close command signal is output (YES in step S3), the process proceeds to step S4.

In step S <b> 4, the operating state of the door sensor 26 is monitored by a signal from the door sensor 26 output via the transmission / reception unit 12. When the door sensor 26 is activated (YES in step S4), the process proceeds to step S5, and the operating state of the closed end detection device 23 is monitored. When it is determined in step S5 that the closed end detection device 23 is not operating (NO in step S5), the process returns to step S4. That is, monitoring is continued until the door 21 is completely closed. If the closed end detection device 23 is activated (YES in step S5), the process is terminated.

In step S6, the operating state of the open button 24 is monitored by the open button operation detecting means included in the monitoring device control unit 32. If the open button 24 is activated (YES in step S6), the process is terminated. If not activated (NO in step S6), the process proceeds to step S7.

In step S7, the operating state of the closed end detection device 23 is monitored, and if it does not operate (NO in step S7), the process returns to step S6. That is, monitoring is continued until the door 21 is completely closed. If the closed end detection device 23 is activated in step S7 (YES in step S7), the process proceeds to step S8.

In step S8, the open button operation failure counter is counted up and the result is stored in the storage unit 31. That is, the number of times that the open button 24 has become inoperative for a set period, for example, one month, included in the monitoring device control unit 32 and counted by the above-described counting means constituting the open button inoperative counter is stored in the storage unit 31. Is remembered.

FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the operations of the count value comparison means and the determination means included in the monitoring device controller of the elevator monitoring device provided in the present embodiment.

For example, at a predetermined time such as the end of the month, the current count value counted by the counting means and the previous count value are read from the storage unit 31 by the count value comparison means included in the monitoring device control unit 32 of the elevator monitoring device 30. The calculation for obtaining the difference between the current count value and the previous count value is performed. That is, as shown in step S11 of FIG. 3, a calculation is performed to obtain the difference between the open button malfunction counter value for the current month and the open button malfunction counter value for the previous month. In addition, it is determined by the determination means included in the monitoring device control unit 32 whether the above-described difference is equal to or greater than a predetermined value. If it is determined that the above-described difference is less than the predetermined value (NO in step S11), the process ends. That is, the open button 24 is regarded as normal, and it is not necessary to confirm the operation of the open button 24.

If it is determined that the above-described difference is greater than or equal to a predetermined value (YES in step S11), it is determined by this determination means that the open button 24 is in an inoperative state. When this determination is made, for example, in step S12, the monitoring device control unit 32 notifies the monitoring center 40 via the communication unit 34 and the communication line 50 that the malfunction of the open button 24 has been detected.

The operator of the monitoring center 40 that has received the notification instructs the maintenance staff of the elevator to confirm the operation of the open button 24. The maintenance staff confirms the operation of the open button 24 and performs work such as replacement of the open button 24 if necessary.

According to the failure diagnosis apparatus according to the present embodiment configured as described above, the operation is performed by the operation of the counting means, the count value comparison means, and the determination means included in the monitoring device control unit 32 of the elevator monitoring device 30 as described above. It can be detected that the open button 24 provided in the car 20 is in an inoperative state. That is, the operation failure state of the open button 24 can be detected at low cost by the control process in the monitoring device control unit 32 without requiring a special device.

In the above-described embodiment, when the determination unit included in the monitoring device control unit 32 of the elevator monitoring device 30 determines that the open button 24 is in an inoperable state, the monitoring device control unit 32 communicates with the communication unit 34. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, in response to an operation failure confirmation request signal for the open button 24 from the monitoring center 40, the count value comparison means and the determination means included in the monitoring device control unit 32 of the elevator monitoring device 30 operate, and the determination result is transmitted to the communication line. The information may be transmitted to the monitoring center 40 via 50.
