Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an anti-vibration connecting rod used as, for example, a torque rod for automobiles.
Conventionally, an anti-vibration connecting rod is generally known as a kind of rod member that is mounted across two members constituting a vibration transmission system such as a power unit and a vehicle body and connects the members to each other. It is applied to torque rods for automobiles. The anti-vibration connecting rod has a structure in which a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion attached to each one of two members to be connected are connected by a longitudinal connection portion, and should be connected. In order to reduce vibration transmission between the two members, at least one of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion is formed of a vibration isolating bush. This anti-vibration bush has a structure in which the inner shaft member and the outer cylinder member are elastically connected by the main rubber elastic body, and the anti-vibration effect is exhibited by utilizing the energy damping action caused by the internal friction of the main rubber elastic body. It has come to be. For example, it is shown in Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2005-163843 (patent document 1).
By the way, the outer cylinder member of the anti-vibration connecting rod and the anti-vibration bush fixed to the anti-vibration connecting rod is generally a highly rigid member made of iron, aluminum alloy, etc. Has been.
However, the connecting portion and the outer cylinder member formed of iron or the like are likely to increase in weight, and it may be difficult to sufficiently meet the demand for weight reduction while maintaining the strength. Furthermore, when the connecting portion and the vibration isolating bush are formed independently, it is necessary to attach the vibration isolating bush to the connecting portion by press-fitting the outer cylinder member into the connecting portion. Even in the structure in which the connecting portion and the outer cylinder member are integrally formed as shown in the literature 1, it is necessary to bond the main rubber elastic body to the outer cylinder member (application of adhesive, etc.). There was a risk that the number of steps would increase.
The present invention has been made in the background of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the solution to the problem is that it is possible to realize a significant weight reduction while ensuring sufficient strength, and the number of parts is small and can be easily manufactured. An object of the present invention is to provide a vibration-proof connecting rod having a novel structure.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a novel anti-vibration connecting rod manufacturing method that makes it possible to manufacture the anti-vibration connecting rod as described above easily and with stable quality.
That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the first attachment portion attached to one member constituting the vibration transmission system and the second attachment portion attached to the other member constituting the vibration transmission system include: The vibration isolator is connected to each other by a longitudinal connecting portion, and at least one of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion elastically connects the inner shaft member and the outer cylindrical member with a main rubber elastic body. In the anti-vibration connecting rod constituted by the bush, the connecting portion and the outer cylindrical member are integrally formed as a rod body, and the rod body is formed of carbon fiber reinforced plastic and forms the rod body. The matrix resin of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic to be used is an epoxy resin, and the main rubber ball of the vibration-proof bushing is subjected to heat treatment for curing the epoxy resin. Body that is bonded by vulcanization to the outer tubular member, and wherein.
According to the vibration-isolating connecting rod having the structure according to the first aspect, the main rubber elastic body of the vibration-isolating bush and the outer cylinder member of the rod main body can be bonded simultaneously with the molding of the rod main body. Therefore, an application process of an adhesive for bonding the main rubber elastic body and the outer cylinder member becomes unnecessary, and the vibration-proof connecting rod can be easily obtained.
In addition, since the matrix resin of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic forming the rod body is an epoxy resin that is also used as an adhesive, it is possible to sufficiently obtain the fixing strength between the main rubber elastic body and the outer cylindrical member.
Further, since the connecting portion and the outer cylinder member are integrally formed as a rod body, the number of parts can be reduced and the structure associated therewith can be simplified.
In addition, since the rod body is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic having an excellent mass specific strength, a significant weight reduction can be realized while sufficiently securing the strength of the rod body. As a result, it is possible to prevent the vibration state from deteriorating due to rigid body resonance in a mass-spring resonance system in which the rod body is a mass and the main rubber elastic body is a spring.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the vibration proof connecting rod having the structure according to the first aspect, the first attachment portion is constituted by a first bush serving as the vibration proof bush, and the second The mounting portion is composed of a second bushing as the vibration-proof bushing, and each of the outer cylindrical members of the first bushing and the second bushing is integrally formed with the connecting portion to constitute the rod body. It is what.
According to the second aspect, since both the first and second mounting portions are constituted by the vibration isolating bushes, the vibration isolating effect exhibited in each of the anti-vibration bushes is more excellent. Is realized. Further, since the outer cylinder members of the first and second bushes are both formed integrally with the connecting portion and fixed to the main rubber elastic body by heat treatment for curing the rod main body, fewer parts are required. It can be easily manufactured with a score.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the vibration-isolating connecting rod described in the first or second aspect, the connecting portion has a hollow structure, and the inner and outer peripheral shape of the cross section of the connecting portion is long. It is gradually enlarged from the middle part of the direction toward the first attachment part and the second attachment part.
According to the 3rd aspect, a further weight reduction is achieved, ensuring load resistance by making a connection part into a hollow structure.
In particular, the inner and outer peripheral shape of the cross section of the connecting portion is gradually enlarged from the intermediate portion in the length direction toward the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion, so that the load input portion is The weight is reduced while securing a large rigidity in the vicinity of the first and second mounting portions.
Moreover, the 4th aspect of this invention is the 1st attaching part attached to one member which comprises a vibration transmission system, and the 2nd attachment part attached to the other member which comprises a vibration transmission system, The vibration isolator is connected to each other by a longitudinal connecting portion, and at least one of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion elastically connects the inner shaft member and the outer cylindrical member with a main rubber elastic body. Further, the connecting portion and the outer cylinder member are integrally formed as a rod main body, and the rod main body is formed of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and the carbon fiber reinforced forming the rod main body. A method of manufacturing an anti-vibration connecting rod in which a plastic matrix resin is an epoxy resin, and a curing temperature of the main rubber elastic body as a curing agent for the epoxy resin; A carbon fiber reinforced plastic material forming the rod body by impregnating carbon fiber together with the epoxy resin with a high temperature curing agent that cures at the same temperature and a low temperature curing agent that cures at a temperature lower than the high temperature curing agent. Preparing the carbon fiber reinforced plastic material forming the rod body to a curing temperature of the low temperature curing agent to cure the low temperature curing agent and forming the rod body in a semi-cured state; The rod body molded in a semi-cured state is set in a cavity of a mold for vulcanization molding of the main rubber elastic body, and then the body rubber elastic body is filled into the cavity. At the same time, the high temperature curing agent is cured and the rod main body is molded into a completely cured state, thereby bonding the main rubber elastic body and the outer cylindrical member in the rod main body. And that step, to have characterized.
According to the method for manufacturing a vibration-isolating connecting rod according to the fourth aspect, the rod body can be molded in a semi-cured state by curing by heat treatment of the low-temperature curing agent, and then the high-temperature curing agent is cured by higher-temperature heat treatment. At the same time, the main rubber elastic body can be vulcanized. As a result, both the rod main body and the main rubber elastic body can be molded into a predetermined shape, and the rod main body and the main rubber elastic body can be specially formed by curing the high temperature curing agent and vulcanizing the main rubber elastic body. Adhesion can be performed without requiring an adhesion treatment.
In particular, by using a low-temperature curing agent and a high-temperature curing agent with different curing temperatures, the curing reaction can be controlled easily and accurately, and molding in a semi-cured state or vulcanization molding of the main rubber elastic body In this case, the molding in the completely cured state can be realized stably.
According to the present invention, since the rod body of the vibration-isolating connecting rod is formed of carbon fiber reinforced plastic having an excellent mass specific strength, the weight can be reduced while securing sufficient strength, and vibration due to rigid body resonance can be achieved. Deterioration of the condition is reduced. Furthermore, the outer cylinder member and the main rubber elastic body are bonded together by completely curing the epoxy resin of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic simultaneously with the vulcanization molding of the main rubber elastic body without requiring application of an adhesive or the like. A vibration-isolating connecting rod can be realized with a small number of parts and excellent mass productivity.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 to 4 show a
More specifically, the
On the other hand, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, even if the lightening
Further, a reinforcing
The
Therefore, in the
The
The main rubber
First, carbon fibers prepared in advance are put into the
Next, the molding die 42 is heated to the curing temperature (T 1 ) of the low temperature curing agent by the temperature adjusting means 46, and the temperature is maintained for a predetermined time, whereby the low temperature curing agent for the carbon fiber reinforced plastic material. And the
Next, as shown in FIG. 10, after the
Then, the main rubber
In this embodiment, the covering

Further, the
Moreover, the matrix resin of CFRP, which is a material for forming the
In this embodiment, two types of curing agents having different curing temperatures (a high temperature curing agent and a low temperature curing agent) are used as curing agents for the epoxy resin in order to more effectively realize the adhesion of the CFRP matrix resin (epoxy resin). ) Are mixed and used, and the curing temperature of the high-temperature curing agent is substantially the same as the vulcanization molding temperature of the main rubber
In addition, using a mixture of a low-temperature curing agent and a high-temperature curing agent, and curing those curing agents in sequence, the control of the curing reaction is facilitated, and both the semi-cured state and the fully cured state are stable. Can be realized. Therefore, the main rubber
