Abstract
【解決手段】端子装着孔4の周縁が金属端子2の軸方向CDに突出された壁面を有する第1の壁部5を金属封口板1に、また、金属端子2の軸23と交叉する壁面を有し壁面の端縁を軸方向CDに突出させた第2の壁部6を軸23の外周面に、それぞれ環状に設けるとともに、ガスケット3に埋設させてなる密閉型電気化学デバイス用封口体である。

Description
図1から図3において、金属封口板1は、矩形状の板材で、アルミニウム(その合金を含む)やステンレスなどの金属材でできている。その中央位置には、打ち抜き加工により、丸孔または角孔が形成されており、その孔が端子装着孔4となり、その周縁には下方すなわち下面1a方向に環状に突出した第1の壁部5が形成されており、その外周面は端子装着孔4の部位においては、端子装着孔4の内周面となっている。さらに、この環状に突出した第1の壁部5は絞り加工によりその先端の端縁5Aがエッジ形状となり、金属端子2と反対方向に湾曲されており、金属封口板1の下面1aと端縁5Aの部位とで入り江状の空間5Bを形成している。
図4および図5は、第1の壁部の異なる実施形態で、図7に示す密閉型電気化学デバイス本体に適用する密閉型電気化学デバイス用封口体を示し、実施形態1と同様な端子2を用い、ガスケット3を介して実施形態1とは異なる金属封口板11を用いている。

Claims (4)
- 金属封口板の端子装着孔に合成樹脂材でできたガスケットを介して金属端子の軸を配置させるように前記金属封口板と金属端子とをガスケットに一体に成形した密閉型電気化学デバイス用封口体において、前記端子装着孔の周縁を前記金属端子の軸方向に突出させた壁面を有する第1の壁部を前記金属封口板に環状に設け、金属端子の軸と交叉する壁面を有し前記壁面の端縁を前記金属端子の軸方向に突出させた第2の壁部を前記金属封口板の端子装着孔の内周壁に対面するように前記金属端子の軸の外周面に環状に設けるとともに、これら第1の壁部および第2の壁部を前記ガスケットに埋設させたことを特徴とする密閉型電気化学デバイス用封口体。
- 前記第1の壁部は、前記端子装着孔の周縁を金属端子の軸から離れた方向に湾曲するようにカーリング加工をして、前記金属端子の軸方向に環状に突出させて壁面としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉型電気化学デバイス用封口体。
- 前記第1の壁部は、前記金属封口板の端子装着孔の周縁が環状のエッジとなるように環状の凹溝加工をして前記端子装着孔の内周面を壁面としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉型電気化学デバイス用封口体。
- 前記第2の壁部は、軸方向に離間した複数個のテーパ状の壁面からなり、それぞれの壁面の端縁が基部よりも幅広となるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一つに記載の密閉型電気化学デバイス用封口体。
