Claims (12)
- 回転軸周りに回転できるドリルスピンドル(20)を駆動するための回転駆動部と、前記ドリルスピンドル(20)を回転させることによってある壁厚さに軸受けシェル(30)を切削するように、前記ドリルスピンドル(20)に取付けられた少なくとも1つの第1の切削カートリッジ(21)と、を有する、前記軸受シェル(30)の滑り面を機械加工するための工具であって、
前記第1の切削カートリッジ(21)は、前記ドリルスピンドル(20)の半径方向の構成成分を有する調整方向に調整手段によって調整されることができる一方、前記ドリルスピンドル(20)は前記回転駆動部によって回転され、
前記ドリルスピンドル(20)は、少なくとも1つの第2の切削カートリッジ(22)を有し、前記第2の切削カートリッジ(22)は、露出領域を形成するために設けられ、前記第2の切削カートリッジは、前記工具の送り方向に前記第1の切削カートリッジ(21)の前にある、
工具。 - 前記調整方向は、前記ドリルスピンドル(20)の軸に直交する、
請求項1に記載の工具。 - 2つの前記切削カートリッジ(21、22)は、互いに前記ドリルスピンドル(20)の180度反対側に取り付けられる、

軸受シェル。 - 前記目標輪郭は、前記軸受シェル(30)の前記軸方向における前記滑り面(31)の前記端部領域(32)に設けられる、
請求項6に記載の軸受シェル。 - 前記軸受シェル(30)は、前記軸方向の前記端部領域(32)において湾曲され、前記端部領域の間で平坦であり、前記滑り面(31)は、前記端部領域(32)において凸状に湾曲される、
請求項6又は7に記載の軸受けシェル。 - 前記軸受シェル(30)の前記滑り面(31)は、前記軸方向の全領域に渡って湾曲され、曲率が前記軸受シェル(30)の軸方向における前記端部領域(32)において最大であるとともに前記滑り面(31)の湾曲が凸である、
請求項6又は7に記載の軸受けシェル。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の工具を使用して軸受シェル(30)を機械加工する方法であって、
前記第1の切削カートリッジは、前記ドリルスピンドル(20)を回転させることによってある厚さに前記軸受シェル(30)を切削し、
前記第1の切削カートリッジは、前記軸受シェル(30)の前記滑り面(31)に目標輪郭を形成するように、切削プロセス中に前記調整方向に調整され、
前記露出領域が前記第2の切削カートリッジによって形成される、
方法。 - 前記第1の切削カートリッジの調整は、周期的に行われる、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の輪郭形成された軸受シェル(30)が製造されるように、調整が行われる、
