Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の表示装置は、導光板、導光板の側面に配置される光源、光源及び導光板の間に介される光変換部材、導光板及び光変換部材に密着する第1密着部材、及び光源及び光変換部材に密着する第2密着部材を含む。第1密着部材及び第2密着部材により光源及び導光板の間に空気層が除去され、導光板への入射効率が向上できる。

Claims (17)
- 導光板と、
前記導光板の側面に配置される光源と、
前記光源及び前記導光板の間に介される光変換部材と、
前記導光板及び前記光変換部材に密着する第1密着部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記第1密着部材の内部に配置される多数個の散乱粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光源及び前記光変換部材に密着する第2密着部材と、
前記第2密着部材の内部に配置される多数個の散乱粒子と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1密着部材の屈折率は前記導光板の屈折率を基準に±0.1以内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光源は、
光を発生させる発光ダイオードチップと、
前記発光ダイオードチップを囲む充填材とを含み、
前記第2密着部材の屈折率は前記充填材の屈折率を基準に±0.1以内であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光変換部材は、
前記光源から出射される光の波長を変換させる多数個の光変換粒子と、
前記光変換粒子を囲むホストと、
前記光変換粒子及び前記ホストを収容するチューブと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1密着部材及び前記第2密着部材は前記チューブに密着することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 導光板と、
前記導光板の側面に配置される光源と、
前記光源及び前記導光板の間に介される光変換部材と、
前記光源から出射されて前記光変換部材を透過する前の光または透過された後の光の経路を変更する散乱粒子と、
を含むことを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記散乱粒子は、酸化チタンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記酸化チタンはアナターゼ型酸化チタンであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記散乱粒子の直径は100nm乃至400nmであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記散乱粒子を囲む密着部材を含み、
前記散乱粒子は前記密着部材に0.00001wt%乃至10wt%の割合で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光源は青色光を出射し、
前記光変換部材は前記青色光を緑色光及び赤色光に変換することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の表示装置。 - 第1光を出射する光源と、
前記光源から出射される第1光の一部を第2光及び第3光に変換する光変換部材と、
前記第1光を散乱させる多数個の散乱粒子と、
前記第1光、前記第2光、及び前記第3光が入射される導光板と、
を含むことを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記第1光を選択的に反射させる反射部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の表示装置。
- 前記散乱粒子は前記光変換部材及び前記導光板の間のみに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の表示装置。
- 前記散乱粒子は前記光源及び前記光変換部材の間及び前記光変換部材及び前記導光板の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の表示装置。
