Abstract
Description
本出願は、2010年01月06日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2010−0000928号及び2011年01月06日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2011−0001467号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、全て本出願に援用される。
本発明は、バッテリーパックの制御技術に関し、より詳しくは、車両用バッテリーパックのフル放電時、外部電源供給手段と連結される非常状態でバッテリーを制御する方法及びシステムに関する。
Claims (21)
- 非常時にバッテリーパックを制御する装置であって、
非常充電及び補助バッテリー装着が可能な車両用バッテリーパックに備えられてなるものであり、
メインバッテリーパックに電源を印加する外部充電端子と、前記外部充電端子の電圧を測定する第1電圧測定部と、前記外部充電端子と前記メインバッテリーパックとの連結をスイッチングする非常充電スイッチとを備えてなる非常充電手段と、
コンタクタを介して車両に電源を印加する補助バッテリー連結端子と、前記補助バッテリー連結端子の電圧を測定する第2電圧測定部と、前記補助バッテリー連結端子と前記コンタクタとの連結をスイッチングする補助バッテリースイッチとを備えてなる補助バッテリー連結手段と、及び
前記第1電圧測定部で電圧を測定するとき、前記非常充電スイッチを連結して非常充電モードに切り換え、前記第2電圧測定部で電圧を測定するとき、前記補助バッテリースイッチを連結して補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換える非常制御手段とを備えてなる、バッテリー制御装置。 - 前記非常制御手段が、
前記非常充電モードまたは前記補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換えるとき、前記メインバッテリーパックに連結された充放電制御スイッチの連結を遮断するものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリー制御装置。 - 前記非常制御手段が、
前記非常充電モードに切り換えるとき、前記メインバッテリーパックの電圧を確認し、充電電圧が所定基準値に達した場合、前記非常充電スイッチの連結を遮断するものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリー制御装置。 - 前記非常制御手段が、
非常充電が完了し、前記非常充電スイッチの連結が遮断される場合、車両コンピューティングシステムに非常充電完了アラーム信号を伝送するものである、請求項3に記載のバッテリー制御装置。 - 前記非常制御手段が、
前記補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換えるとき、前記第2電圧測定部を通じて連結された補助バッテリーの電圧を測定して補助バッテリーの充電残量情報を算出し、該情報を車両コンピューティングシステムに伝送するものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリー制御装置。 - 前記非常制御手段が、
前記補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換えるとき、連結された補助バッテリーから充電残量情報を受信し、該情報を車両コンピューティングシステムに伝送するものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリー制御装置。 - 前記非常制御手段が、
前記非常充電モードまたは前記補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換えるとき、車両コンピューティングシステムにモード切換情報を伝送するものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリー制御装置。 - 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のバッテリー制御装置を備えてなる、バッテリー管理システム。

- 車両用バッテリーパックであって、
非常状況において非常充電及び補助バッテリーの装着によってバッテリーを運用するものであり、
1つ以上のバッテリーセルが組合せされたメインバッテリーパックと、
前記メインバッテリーパックのセル電圧を測定し、前記メインバッテリーパックを制御するバッテリー管理システムと、
前記バッテリー管理システムの制御に従って前記メインバッテリーパックの充放電電源をスイッチングする充放電制御スイッチと、
前記メインバッテリーパックに連結されて直接充電電源を印加できる外部充電端子が備えられた非常充電モジュールと、
メイン電源ラインのコンタクタに連結されて直接車両に電源を印加する補助バッテリー連結端子が備えられた補助バッテリー連結モジュールと、及び
前記非常充電モジュールの外部充電端子から電圧が感知されれば、非常充電モードに切り換え、前記補助バッテリー連結モジュールの補助バッテリー連結端子から電圧が感知されれば、補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換える非常制御モジュールと備えてなる、制御機能を有するバッテリーパック。 - 前記非常制御モジュールが、
前記充電モードまたは前記補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換えるとき、前記充放電制御スイッチの連結を遮断するものである、請求項10に記載の制御機能を有するバッテリーパック。 - 前記充放電制御スイッチが、
前記メインバッテリーパックと前記車両電源入力端とを連結するメイン電源ライン上に位置する、請求項11に記載の制御機能を有するバッテリーパック。 - 前記補助バッテリー連結モジュールの補助バッテリー連結端子が、
前記メイン電源ライン上に前記充放電制御スイッチと前記車両電源入力端との間に位置するコンタクタに連結される、請求項12に記載の制御機能を有するバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリー管理システムの制御に従って前記メインバッテリーパックに充電電源を印加するメイン充電端子と、及び
前記メインバッテリーパック、前記バッテリー管理システム、前記充放電制御スイッチ、前記非常充電モジュール、前記補助バッテリー連結モジュール、前記非常制御モジュール及び前記メイン充電端子の組立体が内部に組み込まれるパック筐体とをさらに備えてなる、請求項10に記載の制御機能を有するバッテリーパック。 - 非常制御システムにより非常状況にバッテリーを運用する制御方法であって、
非常充電及び補助バッテリー装着が可能な車両用バッテリーパックに備えられてなるものであり、
(a)メインバッテリーパックに連結されて充電電源を印加する外部充電端子と、コンタクタに連結されて車両に電源を印加する補助バッテリー連結端子と、に電圧が印加されたか否かを判別する段階と、
(b)前記外部充電端子に電圧が印加された場合は、非常充電モードに切り換え、前記外部充電端子を介して供給される電源で前記メインバッテリーパックを充電する段階と、及び
(c)前記補助バッテリー連結端子に電圧が印加された場合は、補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換え、連結された補助バッテリーから供給される電源で前記メイン電源ラインを介して車両に電源を供給する段階とを含んでなる、バッテリー制御方法。 - 前記段階(b)または前記段階(c)において、
非常充電モードまたは補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換えるときは、車両コンピューティングシステムにモード切換を知らせる情報を伝送する、請求項15に記載のバッテリー制御方法。 - 前記段階(b)が、
(1)前記外部充電端子に電圧が印加された場合、非常充電モードに切り換え、前記メインバッテリーパックの充放電制御スイッチをターンオフさせる段階と、
(2)前記外部充電端子に設けられた外部充電スイッチをターンオンさせ、前記メインバッテリーパックに充電電源を供給する段階と、
(3)前記メインバッテリーの充電電圧をチェックして所定基準値に達するまで充電する段階と、及び
(4)前記メインバッテリーの充電電圧が所定基準値に達した場合、前記外部充電スイッチをターンオフさせて非常充電を完了する段階とを含んでなる、請求項15に記載のバッテリー制御方法。 - 前記段階(4)の後に、
車両コンピューティングシステムに非常充電完了を知らせる情報を伝送する、請求項17に記載のバッテリー制御方法。 - 前記段階(c)が、
(5)前記補助バッテリー連結端子に電圧が印加された場合、補助バッテリー連結モードに切り換え、前記メインバッテリーパックの充放電制御スイッチをターンオフさせる段階と;及び
(6)前記補助バッテリー連結端子に設けられた補助バッテリースイッチをターンオンさせ、連結された補助バッテリーから供給される電源を前記メイン電源ラインを介して車両に供給する段階とを含んでなる、請求項15に記載のバッテリー制御方法。 - 前記段階(6)の後に、
(7)前記補助バッテリーの電圧をチェックして充電残量を算出する段階と、及び
(8)前記補助バッテリーから算出された充電残量情報を車両コンピューティングシステムに伝送する段階とをさらに含んでなる、請求項19に記載のバッテリー制御方法。 - 前記段階(6)の後に、
(9)前記補助バッテリーから充電残量情報を受信する段階と、及び
(10)受信された前記補助バッテリーの充電残量情報を車両コンピューティングシステムに伝送する段階とをさらに含んでなる、請求項19に記載のバッテリー制御方法。
