Claims (19)
- 監視すべき領域を画定する壁(8)の開口(2)内に取り付けられるように構成された温度監視装置(1)において、
前記開口(2)内に嵌合させるように構成された1つのフレーム(4)であって、前記開口上に取り付けられるための手段と、前記壁(8)上に前記フレームを取り付け、且つ前記開口(2)において前記壁が密閉されることを保証する密閉手段と、を有する、フレーム(4)と、
前記1つのフレーム(4)内に収容されるとともに、赤外線を受信し、且つ該赤外線を電気信号に変換するように構成されたヒートセンサ(5)と、を備える、温度監視装置(1)。 - 前記フレーム内に収容され、前記監視すべき領域から前記ヒートセンサ(5)に向けて送られる赤外線をフォーカスするために、前記フレームに強固に連結される光学システム(6)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記光学システム(6)は、前記温度監視装置の前壁を形成し、前記壁(8)と前記監視すべき領域との間に位置決めされるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記フレーム(4)に密接して取り付けられ、前記光学システム(6)を位置決めするための中央孔を有する支持ディスク(7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記光学システム(6)は、前記支持ディスク(7)に対して前方に突出することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記光学システム(6)は、広角レンズであることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記フレーム(4)内に収容され、前記ヒートセンサ(5)からの信号を処理するためのカード(9)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記処理カード(9)に連結され、前記監視すべき領域におけるオーバーヒートを報知するアラームを生成するように構成された、組み込み警告システムを備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記フレーム(4)内に収容され、前記温度監視装置の後面まで延在する、赤外線画像を表示するための手段(10)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記温度監視装置の後面を覆うように配置された、前記表示手段(10)の取り外し可能な保護カバー(11)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 電力供給コネクタを受け入れるように構成されたコネクタ(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- USBポート(18)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記ヒートセンサは、非冷却型のセンサであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 本体(4a)と、前記開口内に挿入されるように構成された、円筒状のネジ状リング(4b)と、を有するフレーム(4)と、
前記ネジ状リング(4b)上に取り付けられるように構成されたナット(12)であって、前記フレーム(4)の前記本体(4a)と、該ナット(12)との間で前記壁(8)を挟み込む、ナット(12)と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の温度監視装置(1)。 - 前記壁(8)と、前記フレーム(4)の前記本体(4a)との間において、前記ネジ状リング(4b)上に取り付けられ、前記開口(2)において前記壁(8)の密接性を確保するOリング(13a)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 前記壁(8)に取り付けられ、前記壁(8)と前記ナット(12)との間に挿入される、自己接着性の平坦なシール(13b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の温度監視装置(1)。
- 開口(2)と、該開口(2)に固定された、少なくとも1つの請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の温度監視装置(1)と、を有する壁(8)を備える、筐体。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の温度監視装置(1)を、監視すべき領域を画定する壁(8)の開口(2)内に取り付けるための方法であって、
前記フレームを前記開口内に嵌合させるステップと、
前記温度監視装置(1)を前記壁(8)上に取り付けるステップと、を備える、方法。 - 前記温度監視装置(1)は、光学システム(6)が前記監視すべき領域に向けて突出するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
