Abstract
Description
この構成により、導管のすべての部分に対するUV放射が、反射によって高められる。
好ましくは、内側反射面は、UV光源から遠ざかるにつれて一点に集まる。
反射面を有し、排出口にUVを反射するように配された蛇口が設けられていてもよい。
実施例はまた、他の多くのタイプの液体、流体、または他の流動性物質にも用い得る。
UV放射を制御するために、UV光センサまたはUVモニタが用いられてもよい。
他の多くの構成、配置、ランプ数も自明である。
Claims (27)
- 細長いUV光源と、浄化すべき水またはその他の流体用の導管とからなり、前記導管がUV透過性材料から形成されたものである浄化装置において、前記導管は、注入口と排出口を有し、その一部が少なくとも前記UV光源の一部に巻きつくように配され、これにより前記導管内の水または流体を殺菌するものであって、さらに前記UV光源に巻きついた前記部分を越えて延びる前記導管の1つまたはそれ以上の部分にUV放射を反射せしめる反射手段を有する。
- 前記反射手段は、UV放射を前記UV光源に巻きついていない前記導管の部分に反射するように適合させた表面を有するキャップからなる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記キャップは、前記導管の前記注入口および/または排出口の少なくとも一部にUV放射を反射するように配された少なくとも1つの内側面を有する請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記キャップの前記内側反射面は、前記導管の前記排出口に向けて先細になっている請求項2または3記載の装置。
- 前記内側反射面は、前記UV光源から遠ざかるにつれて一点に集まる請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記内側反射面は、前記UV光源から遠ざかるにつれて放射を集中させるように配された請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記キャップは、一方向にある大きさを持ち、それはその他の方向における大きさよりも大きい請求項2〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記キャップは、断面がほぼ扇形状である請求項2〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記キャップの前記内側反射面は、底面、上面、そして前記上面と底面の間に延びる側面を有し、ここで少なくとも前記上面および/または側面が前記排出口に向けて先細になっている請求項2〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記反射キャップは、前記導管の半径方向外側範囲を越えて広がる反射経路をもたらす請求項2〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 反射面を有する蛇口が設けられ、前記排出口にUV放射を反射するように配されている請求項2〜10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記蛇口は、前記キャップの一部からなる請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記蛇口は前記キャップに接続され、連続する屈折経路を形成する請求項11または12記載の装置。
- 前記導管は前記蛇口内へと延びるが、前記蛇口の端部の手前で止まり、前記導管の前記排出口は、前記蛇口の排出口よりも引っ込んでいる請求項11、12または13記載の装置。
- 前記蛇口内へと延びる前記導管の前記部分は、前記蛇口によって前記UV光源からの直接放射から守られている請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記導管の前記巻きつき部分を覆うように取り付けられ、これにより前記導管へと放射を反射し返す内側UV反射面を有するチャンバを含む先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 請求項2〜15のいずれかに従属したとき、前記チャンバは前記キャップ内で終わる請求項16記載の装置。
- 前記導管は、UV透過性材料、例えば石英から形成されている先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記反射面の少なくとも一部を形成する1つまたはそれ以上のミラーを含む先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記導管の前記注入口および排出口は、前記装置の概ね同一の端部に設けられている先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記導管の前記注入口および排出口は、前記装置の概ね対向する端部に設けられている請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記導管は、前記UV光源に対して概ね長手方向に配された1つまたはそれ以上の折りたたみ部を含む先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記導管は、前記UV光源の少なくとも一部を半径方向に取り囲むように適合させたタンクである先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記UV光源は、2つまたはそれ以上のUV光源からなる先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記UV光源からの放射によって直接影響を受けることなく別源泉の物質を直接分配可能ならしめるために、第2源泉の流動性物質用の容器を含む先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2源泉の物質用の前記導管は、少なくともある程度の反射放射を受けるように配されている請求項25記載の装置。
- 前記キャップは、断面が第1の曲率半径を有する第1の湾曲端部と、第2の、より大きい曲率半径を有する第2の湾曲端部とを有する請求項2〜26のいずれかに記載の装置。
