1.装置
窒素酸化物分析器 SIGNAL4000
UVランプモデル VL−6LM 365および312nm波長‐exBDH
気密サンプルチャンバ
3チャネルガスミキサー‐exブルックスインスツルメンツ、オランダ
NO 酸化窒素
NO2 二酸化窒素
NOx NOおよびNO2混合物
水蒸気含有高圧空気
測定方法は以下の通りである。
(1)分析器をスイッチオンし、ポンプを排気する。排気パイプが大気に接続されるか確認する。
(2)ウォームアップする。分析器が運転を開始する前に、いくつかの内部コンポーネントが運転温度に達する必要がある。このプロセスは、典型的には、周囲温度でのスタートから60分を要し、運転条件が整うまで「開始手順中(スタートアップシーケンスアクティブ)」のメッセージが表示される。
(3)ウォームアップの後、ガス混合器へ空気およびテストガスの供給を開始する。
(4)製造者の指示に従い、テストガス供給のみにおいて分析器をキャリブレートする(ガス混合器の空気チャネルをゼロにする)。
(5)キャリブレーションの後、ガス混合器におけるテストガスの供給を止める。
(6)テストチャンバにテストサンプルを置き、チャンバを密閉する。
(7)空気およびテストガスの両方の栓を開き、分析器の出力に示されるように、それぞれをテストガスが要求されるレベルに到達するまで調整する。このレベルを記録する。
(8)テストガスレベルが所望のポイントになったときに、UVランプを点灯する。
(9)典型的には5分ほどかけて、照射サンプル値を平衡に達せさせる。
(10)分析器に示される値を記録する。
(11)「初期値」すなわちUVが無い状態、所定時間のUV照射後の「最終値」、Δ値すなわち初期−最終値、及び、%減少値、すなわちΔ値/初期値×100を報告する。
Claims (6)
- (a)NOx除去活性を有し、実質的に質量で少なくとも50%のアナターゼ結晶型からなり、1nmから150nmの範囲の平均サイズ及び少なくとも30m2/gの表面積を有する光触媒性二酸化チタン粒子と、
(b)前記(a)粒子の両者が分散され、下記化学式
を少なくとも備える組成物であって、
前記組成物中に(c)炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム及びそれらの混合物から選択されるHNO3除去活性を有する粒子が加えられることを含み、
(i)(a)及び(c)粒子は前記組成物中の全重量の20重量%未満存在し、
(ii)(c)HNO3除去活性を有する粒子の(a)光触媒性粒子に対する比率は0.05:2から0.2:0.8の範囲までであり、
(iii)HNO3除去活性を有する粒子と光触媒性二酸化チタン粒子は互いに密接に接触しない、
建設資材表面上に透光性コーティングを形成可能な組成物。 - (a)NOx除去活性を有し、実質的に質量で少なくとも50%のアナターゼ結晶型からなり、1nmから150nmの範囲の平均サイズ及び少なくとも30m2/gの表面積を有する光触媒性二酸化チタン粒子と、
(b)前記(a)粒子の両者が分散され、下記化学式
を備える分散系により得られ、
(c)炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム及びそれらの混合物から選択されるHNO3除去活性を有する粒子が塗布の前にさらに前記分散系に追加されることを含み、
(i)(a)及び(c)粒子は前記分散系中の全重量の20重量%未満存在し、
(ii)(c)HNO3除去活性を有する粒子の(a)光触媒性粒子に対する比率は0.05:2から0.2:0.8の範囲までであり、
(iii)HNO3除去活性を有する粒子と前記光触媒性二酸化チタン粒子は互いに密接に接触しない、
建設資材表面上に付着する改良された透光性薄膜。 - 結晶構造の前記二酸化チタン粒子は、平均サイズが5nmから20nmである

- 請求項1に記載の組成物を資材の表面上に塗布する段階と、前記組成物を乾燥又は硬化して前記資材表面上に薄膜コーティングを得る段階とを備える、前記資材の表面において大気汚染物質に対するセルフクリーニング特性を付与する方法。
