Claims (10)
- フィードバックモジュールと制御モジュールとスイッチングモジュールと蓄積モジュールとを有する充電回路であって、
前記フィードバックモジュールは、電源からの入力電流に基づき、前記制御モジュールに入力されるフィードバック信号を発生するように構成され、
前記制御モジュールは、前記フィードバック信号に基づき、前記スイッチングモジュールを制御する制御信号を発生するように構成され、
前記蓄積モジュールは、前記スイッチングモジュールがオンのとき、前記電源からの前記入力電流を受け取り、前記スイッチングモジュールがオフのとき、出力電流を提供してエネルギー蓄積要素を充電し、
さらに、前記制御モジュールは、前記フィードバック信号が基準信号より実質的に小さいとき、前記スイッチングモジュールのオン・オフ比を高くするように制御信号を調整し、または前記フィードバック信号が前記基準信号より実質的に小さいとき、前記スイッチングモジュールのオン・オフ比を低くするように前記制御信号を調整するように構成されている、充電回路。 - 前記フィードバックモジュールは、
前記電源と前記スイッチングモジュールとの間に配置され、前記入力電流が流れるインピーダンスと、
前記インピーダンスにかかる第1の電圧を測定し、前記第1の電圧にもとづき前記フィードバック信号を発生するように構成された電圧測定要素と、請求項1に記載の充電回路。 - 前記電圧測定要素は、前記インピーダンスにかかる前記第1の電圧を増幅し、前記増幅した第1の電圧を前記制御モジュールに前記フィードバック信号として出力するように構成された作動アンプである、請求項2に記載の充電回路。
- 充電制御モジュールをさらに有し、前記充電制御モジュールは、前記エネルギー蓄積要素にかかる充電電圧が所定電圧閾値より高いとき、前記蓄積モジュールを制御して前記エネルギー蓄積要素への充電を停止するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の充電回路。
- 前記充電制御モジュールは、前記エネルギー蓄積要素にかかる充電電圧を前記所定電圧閾値と比較して、前記エネルギー蓄積要素にかかる充電電圧が前記所定電圧閾値より高いとき、前記制御モジュールを制御して前記制御信号の発生を停止するように構成されたコンパレータである、請求項4に記載の充電回路。
- 前記エネルギー蓄積要素はスーパーキャパシタまたは高速充電可能Liイオンバッテリである、請求項1または2に記載の充電回路。
- 前記蓄積モジュールと前記エネルギー蓄積要素との間に配置され、前記電源がオフのとき、前記エネルギー蓄積要素から前記蓄積モジュールへの電流の逆流を防止するように構成された逆流防止モジュールをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の充電回路。
- 前記スイッチングモジュールはMOSFETまたはバイポーラジャンクショントランジスタである、請求項1に記載の充電回路。
- 前記蓄積モジュールインダクタである、請求項1に記載の充電回路。
- 前記制御信号はPWM信号またはPFW信号である、請求項1に記載の充電回路。
