Description
上記目的を達成するために、本発明に係る燃料噴射装置は、圧縮機からの圧縮空気に燃料を供給して燃焼させる装置であって、当該燃料噴射装置の径方向中心部に配置されて、燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するパイロット燃料噴射弁と、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁の外周に配置されて、前記燃焼室内に燃料と空気の予混合気を噴射するメイン燃料噴射弁と、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁の出口端部と前記メイン燃料噴射弁との間に配置されて、前記燃焼室内に前記圧縮空気を噴射する空気噴射ユニットとを備え、前記空気噴射ユニットは、該空気噴射ユニットを前記燃焼室から区画する隔壁板と、この隔壁板の下流側に設けられた保炎板と、前記保炎板と前記パイロット燃料噴射弁の出口端部との間に設けられて下流側に開口した第１開口と、前記隔壁板に設けられて前記保炎板と前記隔壁板との間の流入空間に圧縮空気を供給する第２開口とを有し、前記保炎板が、軸心に対して径方向外側斜め下流方向に傾斜した傾斜部を有する。
本発明の一実施形態において、前記保炎板は、前記傾斜部の上流側に連なり、軸心方向に延びて前記第１開口の外周を形成する周壁部を有することが好ましい。この構成によれば、第２開口から供給される空気が内径側に流入することなく、確実に径方向外側斜め下流方向に導出されるので、より確実に燃焼効率の向上とスモークの抑制を図ることができる。
本発明の一実施形態において、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁と前記メイン燃料噴射弁との間が、前記空気噴射ユニットの下流側に圧縮空気の貯留空間を形成する区隔壁により連結されており、前記区隔壁に、前記貯留空間に圧縮空気を導入する導入口が形成されていることが好ましい。この構成によれば、区画壁によって圧縮空気の貯留空間を形成し、この貯留空間を介して第１開口および第２開口から圧縮空気を噴射するので、第１開口および第２開口から噴射される空気の分布が均一化される。
Claims (4)
- 圧縮機からの圧縮空気に燃料を供給して燃焼させる燃料噴射装置であって、
当該燃料噴射装置の径方向中心部に配置されて、燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するパイロット燃料噴射弁と、
前記パイロット燃料噴射弁の外周に配置されて、前記燃焼室内に燃料と空気の予混合気を噴射するメイン燃料噴射弁と、
前記パイロット燃料噴射弁の出口端部と前記メイン燃料噴射弁との間に配置されて、前記燃焼室内に前記圧縮空気を噴射する空気噴射ユニットとを備え、
前記空気噴射ユニットは、該空気噴射ユニットを前記燃焼室から区画する隔壁板と、この隔壁板の下流側に設けられた保炎板と、前記保炎板と前記パイロット燃料噴射弁の出口端部との間に設けられて下流側に開口した第１開口と、前記隔壁板に設けられて前記保炎板と前記隔壁板との間の流入空間に圧縮空気を供給する第２開口とを有し、
前記保炎板が、軸心に対して径方向外側斜め下流方向に傾斜した傾斜部を有する燃料噴射装置。 - 請求項１において、前記保炎板は、前記傾斜部の上流側に連なり、軸心方向に延びて前記第１開口の外周を形成する周壁部を有する燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項１または２において、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁と前記メイン燃料噴射弁との間が、前記空気噴射ユニットの下流側に圧縮空気の貯留空間を形成する区隔壁により連結されており、前記区隔壁に、前記貯留空間に圧縮空気を導入する導入口が形成されている燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項１から３のいずれか一項において、前記パイロット燃料噴射弁に、圧縮空気を軸心回りに旋回させるスワーラが設けられている燃料噴射装置。
