Abstract

Claims (10)
- 歯列矯正装置の形態の成形体を脱脂するためのシステムであって、
焼結可能粒子および結合剤を含む複数の成形体、ならびに前記結合剤を前記成形体から除去することができる超臨界流体を含むように構成された圧力容器と、
前記圧力容器に連結され、流体化学物質を前記圧力容器へと供給するように構成された前記流体化学物質の供給源と、
前記流体化学物質を少なくとも前記流体化学物質の超臨界温度に加熱するように構成された熱源と、
前記流体化学物質を少なくとも前記流体化学物質の超臨界圧力に加圧するように構成されたポンプであって、前記超臨界圧力と前記超臨界温度との組み合わせが前記成形体の前記結合剤と接触する前記超臨界流体を形成するのに十分である、ポンプと、
前記流体化学物質および前記成形体から除去された前記結合剤を受けるように前記圧力容器に連結された収集容器であって、前記成形体から除去された前記結合剤を捕捉するように構成された収集容器と、
を含むシステム。 - 前記流体化学物質および前記結合剤を前記圧力容器から前記収集容器へと流すように、前記圧力容器を前記収集容器に連結する管をさらに含み、前記管の長さが0.762メートル未満である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記結合剤が前記管を通って流れるとき前記結合剤を加熱するためのヒーターをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力容器と前記収集容器との間で前記圧力容器に連結され、自動的に開閉するように構成された出口弁をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体化学物質の前記供給源と前記圧力容器との間で前記圧力容器に連結され、自動的に開閉するように構成された入口弁をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 歯列矯正装置を製造する方法であって、
焼結可能粒子および結合剤を含む複数の成形体を、少なくとも前記結合剤の一部を前記成形体から除去するように超臨界流体に露出するステップと、
前記超臨界流体が非超臨界流体へと移行すると、除去された前記結合剤を前記超臨界流体から収集するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記成形体を露出するステップの前および/または間に、
標準温度および標準圧力で流体として存在する流体化学物質を、前記流体化学物質の臨界温度以上に加熱するステップと、
前記流体化学物質を、前記超臨界流体を形成するように前記流体化学物質の臨界圧力以上に加圧するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記成形体を露出するステップが、圧力容器からの前記超臨界流体の流れがない期間、または前記圧力容器への前記超臨界流体の流れがない期間に前記成形体を前記圧力容器内の前記超臨界流体に露出するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記流れがない期間に前記成形体を前記超臨界流体に露出した後、前記成形体を露出するステップが、別の超臨界流体を前記圧力容器へと流すステップと、前記超臨界流体を前記圧力容器から流すステップとを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記超臨界流体がCO2を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
