Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a digital camera.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a digital camera including an image sensor unit that can be attached to and detached from a camera body. In such a digital camera, the image sensor unit includes an image sensor and its peripheral circuits, and is interlocked with the camera body through electronic contacts. Further, the imaging element unit has three reference surfaces, and is positioned for attachment by contacting the reference surface on the camera body side (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, it is difficult to obtain the positional accuracy of the imaging surface of the imaging device with respect to the camera body by simply bringing a general mechanical part into contact. In particular, it is difficult to ensure mounting accuracy in units of μm in a portion that is easily touched during normal handling, such as an exterior of an image sensor unit, due to a change in shape due to an external force, scratches, adhesion of dust, and the like.
The subject of this invention is providing the digital camera which can implement | achieve a higher mounting | wearing precision in the digital camera which can attach or detach an image pick-up element unit.

FIG. 1 is a conceptual cross-sectional view of a camera 1 which is an embodiment of a digital camera according to the present invention.
In the following drawings, an XYZ orthogonal coordinate system is provided for ease of explanation and understanding. In this coordinate system, when the photographer shoots a horizontally long image with the optical axis horizontal, the direction toward the left as viewed from the photographer at the camera position (hereinafter referred to as the positive position) is the X plus direction, The direction toward the upper side is the Y plus direction. Also, the direction toward the subject at the normal position is the Z plus direction. The Z plus direction is also referred to as the front side, and the Z minus direction is also referred to as the back side.

Next, with reference to FIG. 2 to FIG. 6, the
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
The
The front side of the unit
Here, the optical flat means that the surface unevenness is about 1 to 1/10 of the light wavelength (for example, the light wavelength is 500 nm and the surface unevenness is about 100 nm) and is optical. In other words, it can be called a plane (it does not act as a lens) and is a plane formed with high accuracy.
In general, since the flatness of glass is higher than that of metal, the unit-
The unit-
The unit-

The dust-off function removes dust and the like adhering to the low-

Next, the mounting
As shown in FIG. 3, the mounting
The
The body-
The body-
The body-
The outer shape of the body
The
The
The
That is, the position of the image
The
The positional accuracy required for the
The fixing
The
In the mounting
The unit-
Here, when the optical flat surfaces are overlapped and completely adhered to each other, if one is used as a reference, the position of the other surface is also regulated by a variation of about 100 to 200 nm from the reference side. Therefore, the position of the

In such a structure, the filter box 44 (the

When the
Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the

For this reason, as shown in FIG. 7, a sticking prevention shape is provided on either or both of the unit-
