Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic induction heating cooker.
Conventionally, in an electromagnetic induction heating cooker, when a malfunction occurs, there is an error code indicating the rough content of the defect, or an error notification by a buzzer or voice to alert the user. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
Since the electromagnetic induction heating cooker is a cooking utensil, the user is very troubled when it fails. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out repairs immediately. However, conventionally, for example, even when there are a plurality of heating units, one of which is out of order and the other is usable, it is not possible to distinguish between them. For this reason, it is not convenient for users.
In addition, for the service person, only a rough content of a failure by an error code displayed when a failure occurs can be grasped, and a defective substrate or the like cannot be specified. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a plurality of types of substrates in advance, and in many cases, a plurality of types of substrates including a substrate that does not need to be replaced is replaced. For this reason, conventionally, there has been a problem in that it takes time and labor to replace an extra substrate, and the cost is high, resulting in high repair costs.
A first object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems, and is to enable a user to be notified of heat sources that cannot be used and heat sources that can be used when an error occurs.
A second object of the present invention is to enable a service person to be notified of a failure site.
An electromagnetic induction heating cooker according to the present invention includes a plurality of induction heating coils, a plurality of inverters for supplying a high-frequency current to the induction heating coils, and an IH fan for cooling the plurality of induction heating coils and the plurality of inverters. In the electromagnetic induction heating cooker according to the embodiment of the present invention, an AC voltage detection circuit 1 is provided in an AC 200 V power system as shown in FIG. Also, on the primary side (AC 200V side) of the power system to each device, there are AC input

FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing a failure determination operation of the electromagnetic induction heating cooker according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a display example when the electromagnetic induction heating cooker according to the embodiment of the present invention is normal. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a display example when a problem occurs in the electromagnetic induction heating cooker according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a display example at the time of maintenance display of the electromagnetic induction heating cooker according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, description will be given based on each step of FIG.
First, body preparation (initial setting) is performed in step S1. That is, the electromagnetic induction heating cooker supplies power when the power switch is operated, and turns on the power lamp. Further, when an encoder (not shown) of the right
Next, the control means 100 performs abnormality determination of the power system of the right induction heating coil 24 (step S3). As described above, the abnormality determination of the power system of the right
If it is determined in step S3 that the power system of the right
If it is determined in step S3 that the power system of the right
Next, the control means 100 checks whether or not there has been a restart (step S6). If there is a restart, the control means 100 uses it as a trigger to stop the audio output and to stop the right
As a result, the user can visually grasp the heat sources that cannot be used and the heat sources that can be used, and can contact the service center and request repairs while using the heat sources that can be used (step S8). This improves usability for the user.
Further, the person in charge of the service center sets the display unit (LCD) to the maintenance display (step S9). The maintenance display differs from the normal mode in that the failure device (for example, “right IH”), the code table (for example, “E8”), the board name (for example, the switching element of the switching element) stored in advance in the
In addition, although the failure determination operation | movement at the time of using the right
Further, when the current consumption value of the
In addition, here, an example has been described in which failure determination is performed when each device is used, but it is better to know the failure before using the electromagnetic induction heating cooker.
