Abstract
Description
The present invention includes an article storage shelf in which storage units for storing articles are arranged in a plurality of rows in the vertical direction and in a plurality of rows in the horizontal direction, and a travel path set on the front side of the article storage shelf. A travelable stacker crane and a control means for controlling the operation of the stacker crane to transfer articles between the storage units are provided, and the stacker crane transfers the articles between the storage units. A travel stop position is set for each of the rows of the plurality of rows of storage units, and the control means executes an earthquake countermeasure process for controlling the operation of the stacker crane to avoid damage due to an earthquake. Concerning the automatic warehouse equipment that is configured.
As a conventional example of the above automatic warehouse equipment, when the swing prediction information acquisition means acquires the swing prediction information, the stacker crane in operation is decelerated at a deceleration for emergency stop in order to stop immediately at the shortest system distance. There is something that stops as it is. (For example, refer to paragraphs “0052” to “0058” and FIGS. 4 and 5 of
In the conventional automatic warehouse equipment, when the swing prediction information acquisition means acquires the swing prediction information, the stacker crane that is running is decelerated at a deceleration for emergency stop and stopped as it is, depending on the braking distance, The stacker crane may stop at a position that coincides with the column pair of the article storage shelf that is configured by standing a plurality of column pairs consisting of a pair of front and rear columns spaced apart in the shelf width direction. If the article storage shelf and the stacker crane are shaken by an earthquake in such a state, the article storage shelf and the stacker crane may come into contact with each other and the equipment may be damaged. In particular, when the earthquake is close, there is a high possibility that the shaking due to the earthquake will be large, the shaking between the article storage rack and the stacker crane may be large, and the possibility of damage to the equipment is also increased.
As described above, in the conventional example, when the swing prediction information acquisition means acquires the swing prediction information, the stacker crane during traveling operation is decelerated at a deceleration for emergency stop to stop the stacker crane during traveling operation. In addition, depending on the stop position of the stacker crane, there is a risk that the equipment storage shelf and the stacker crane come into contact with each other and the equipment is damaged when the earthquake shakes.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic warehouse facility capable of avoiding damage due to earthquake shaking as much as possible.
To achieve this object, the first characteristic configuration of the automatic warehouse facility according to the present invention is an article storage shelf in which storage units for storing articles are arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction and in a plurality of rows in the horizontal direction. And a stacker crane that can travel along a traveling path set on the front side of the article storage shelf, and a control means that controls the operation of the stacker crane to transfer articles between the storage sections. A travel stop position is set for each row of the plurality of rows of storage units, and the control means avoids earthquake damage In an automatic warehouse facility configured to execute an earthquake countermeasure process for controlling the operation of the stacker crane as much as possible,
The article storage shelf is configured by standing up and down a plurality of pairs of front and rear columns, which are arranged side by side in the shelf depth direction on the front side and the back side of the shelf, and spaced apart in the width direction of the shelf. The storage unit is configured to be positioned between the support pair in the width direction, and is provided with swing prediction information acquisition means for receiving swing prediction information notifying that a shake due to an earthquake occurs, and the control means includes In the case where the stacker crane is running, when the shaking prediction information acquisition means acquires the shaking prediction information, the stacker crane is operated to stop the stacker crane at the running stop position as the earthquake countermeasure processing. In that it is configured to control.
According to this characteristic configuration, when the stacker crane is running, when the swing prediction information acquisition unit acquires the swing prediction information, the control unit executes the earthquake countermeasure process, so that the stacker crane has the travel stop position, That is, traveling stops at a position for transferring the article to and from the storage unit.
The article storage shelf is configured by standing up and down a plurality of pairs of front and rear columns arranged side by side in the shelf depth direction on the front side and the back side of the shelf with a space in the width direction of the shelf. The stacker crane stopped at the travel stop position, which is a position for transferring articles to and from the storage section, is located between the pair of columns in the article storage shelf. The lifting platform on which the means or the transfer device is mounted is in a state of being positioned between adjacent strut pairs.
The lifting platform is wider in the lateral direction of the travel path than other parts of the stacker crane, for example, one or a pair of lifting masts that guide the lifting and lowering of the traveling carriage and the lifting platform. As for the device, for example, it may be wider in the lateral direction of the travel path than the lifting platform as in the case of a slide fork device, so the lifting platform and the transfer device mounted on the lifting platform may be If the article storage shelf and the stacker crane are greatly shaken due to a shake caused by an earthquake, the article storage shelf and the stacker crane can be prevented from contacting each other and damaging the equipment as much as possible. .
Thus, according to this invention, it came to obtain the automatic warehouse equipment which can avoid the damage by the shake of an earthquake as much as possible.
According to a second characteristic configuration of the automatic warehouse facility according to the present invention, as the earthquake countermeasure process, the control means includes the stacker crane out of the traveling stop positions positioned forward in the traveling direction from the stacker crane during traveling operation. The travel stop position that can be stopped is determined based on a set braking condition, and the travel stop position that is closest in the travel direction is selected from the travel stop positions determined to be stopable, and the stacker crane is In order to stop at the selected travel stop position, the operation of the stacker crane is controlled.
According to this characteristic configuration, when the stacker crane is traveling and operating, when the swing prediction information acquisition unit acquires the swing prediction information, for example, when the stacker crane is stopped by the earthquake countermeasure process Because the braking distance of the stacker crane can be predicted according to the set braking conditions such as deceleration of the vehicle, the control means can only predict the braking distance predicted from the travel position of the stacker crane when the prediction information acquisition means acquires the swing prediction information. The travel stop position located further forward from the front position in the travel direction can be distinguished from other travel stop positions as travel stop positions at which the stacker crane can be stopped.
Then, the travel stop position closest to the travel direction is selected from the travel stop positions at which the stacker crane can be stopped, and the stacker crane is stopped at the selected travel stop position. The stacker crane can be stopped at the travel stop position in as short a time as possible after obtaining the prediction information, and damage due to earthquake shaking can be avoided as much as possible.
According to a third characteristic configuration of the automatic warehouse facility according to the present invention, when the swing prediction information acquisition unit acquires the swing prediction information, the control unit is damaged by an article dropped from the storage shelf when the swing prediction information is acquired. Therefore, the operation of the stacker crane is controlled so that the lifting platform is positioned at a damage suppressing lifting position that can be suppressed.
According to this characteristic configuration, when the shaking prediction information acquisition unit acquires the shaking prediction information, the lifting platform is positioned at the damage suppression lifting position. The damage suppression lifting position is a position where the lifting platform of the stacker crane can be prevented from being damaged by articles falling from the storage shelf, so that the lifting platform can be prevented from being damaged as much as possible by the items falling from the storage shelf due to the shaking of the earthquake. . The scratch suppression elevating position is, for example, a position where the article does not fall with respect to the lifting platform, or a position where damage to the lifting platform can be suppressed even if the article falls.
According to a fourth characteristic configuration of the automatic warehouse facility according to the present invention, the damage suppression raising / lowering position is set as a raising / lowering position in which the article is transferred to the uppermost storage part among the plurality of storage parts. It is at a point that is a position.
According to this characteristic configuration, when the swing prediction information acquisition unit acquires the swing prediction information, the lifting platform is the uppermost stage set as the lifting position for transferring articles to the uppermost storage section among the multiple stages of storage sections. It will be in the lift position. Since there is no article above the uppermost storage unit, as long as the lifting platform is located at the uppermost lifting position, even if the article falls from the storage shelf to the lifting platform due to the shaking of the earthquake Is an article stored in the uppermost storage unit, so it only collides with the lifting platform with a low fall speed, and an article with a high falling speed collides with the lifting platform due to the long fall distance. This can be avoided as much as possible. In this way, it is possible to avoid as much as possible that the elevator platform is damaged by articles falling from the storage shelf due to the shaking of the earthquake.
According to a fifth characteristic configuration of the automatic warehouse facility according to the present invention, the control unit is configured to manage whether or not an article is stored for each of the storage units, and the shake prediction information acquisition unit includes When acquiring the swing prediction information, the storage unit in the row corresponding to the travel stop position at which the stacker crane stops stops above the storage unit positioned at the uppermost stage in the storage unit in which articles are stored. The point is that the position is set as the damage-suppressing lift position.
According to this characteristic configuration, the control means manages whether or not articles are stored in each of the storage units, so whether or not articles are stored in each of the storage units in the row corresponding to the travel stop position. You can recognize whether or not. For this reason, when the vibration prediction information acquisition means acquires the vibration prediction information, the control means executes an earthquake countermeasure process to determine a travel stop position at which the stacker crane stops and stores a row corresponding to the travel stop position. The storage unit located in the uppermost stage among the storage units in which articles are stored can be determined. And a control means will position a raising / lowering stand in the position above an applicable storage part. In other words, the lifting platform is positioned at a position above the storage unit positioned at the uppermost stage among the storage units in the row corresponding to the travel stop position where the stacker crane stops. Become.
Therefore, after the swing prediction information acquisition means acquires the swing prediction information, the elevator base is moved by the article that falls from the storage shelf due to the shaking of the earthquake by positioning the elevator base in the up and down direction as much as possible. It is possible to avoid damage to equipment as much as possible by lowering the center of gravity of the stacker crane when shaking due to an earthquake occurs so that the center of gravity of the stacker crane can be lowered as much as possible to receive the shaking caused by the earthquake. it can. In addition, for example, when the elevator is raised and retracted, it will not be raised to a higher position than necessary, so the elevator's lifting distance will be as short as possible, and the elevator will stop when shaking occurs due to an earthquake. It is possible to prevent the inconvenience that the damage of the equipment is expanded as a result of the earthquake shaking during the lifting operation.
According to a sixth characteristic configuration of the automatic warehouse facility according to the present invention, when the control means acquires the shake prediction information, the swing prediction information acquisition means moves the elevator platform with the start of execution of the earthquake countermeasure processing. The operation is such that the operation of the stacker crane is controlled so as to be positioned at the damage suppression elevating position.
According to this characteristic configuration, when the shake prediction information acquisition unit acquires the shake prediction information, the control unit operates the stacker crane so as to position the lifting platform at the damage suppression lift position with the start of execution of the earthquake countermeasure process. Therefore, when the sway prediction information acquisition means acquires the sway prediction information while the stacker crane is running, the stacker crane is controlled to run at the travel stop position, and at the same time, The lifting operation is controlled so that the lifting platform is positioned at the damage suppressing lifting position. Thereby, after the shaking prediction information acquisition means acquires the shaking prediction information, when the longer time has elapsed between the time required for the stacker crane to stop traveling and the time required for the lifting platform to stop moving up and down, The stacker crane is in a travel stop state and is in a lift stop state.
Therefore, for example, both the traveling operation and the lifting operation of the stacker crane can be stopped in a shorter time compared to the case where the lifting platform is moved up and down to the damage suppressing lifting position after the stacker crane has stopped traveling. As a result, it is possible to prevent as much as possible the inconvenience that the damage caused to the equipment due to the earthquake caused by the earthquake during the running operation or the raising / lowering operation of the stacker crane.

The

The control means H of the
The traveling control unit Csh of the control means H stops the
Although the
Based on the set braking condition, the travel control unit Csh sets the travel stop position at which the
In other words, the travel control unit Csh determines the travel speed of the
As described above, the travel stop position closest to the travel direction is selected from the travel stop positions at which the
On the other hand, the lifting control unit Csv of the control means H can suppress the damage of the
For example, in FIG. 4, the
And among the
As described above, when the
Hereinafter, the control operation of the earthquake countermeasure process executed by the control means H will be described based on the flowcharts of FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 6, the control means H is in a standby state in the loop of
If the transfer operation is being performed, the process proceeds from
If the transfer operation is not in progress even if the transfer operation is in progress, the process proceeds from
When the transfer operation is being performed because the transfer operation is in progress, the process proceeds from
If the transfer operation for scooping is in progress, the process proceeds from
As shown in FIG. 7, the travel control for earthquake countermeasures is for earthquake countermeasures in which the travel control unit Csh of the control means H is set in the set braking condition from the current travel speed of the
As shown in FIG. 8, the earthquake countermeasure ascent / descent control is performed in
When the earthquake countermeasure lifting control is executed when the traveling operation is not being performed, in step # V2b, the
