Abstract
Description
Embodiments described herein relate generally to a power plant and an operation method thereof.
Solar thermal power generation is a power generation method that uses sunlight as a heat source for steam power generation by collecting sunlight with a solar furnace using a lens or a reflector. Solar power generation does not use fuel and does not emit greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, and fuel costs are unnecessary, so operation costs can be kept low, and there is a risk of increased costs due to generation of toxic gases and rising fuel costs. Nor.
However, on the other hand, since solar thermal power generation is solar heat, a technique for appropriately responding to fluctuations in the heat source such as daytime / daytime / daylight fluctuation and climate change is required.
In order to generate stable power by compensating for such fluctuations in the heat source, as a conventional technique, a power generation system equipped with a heat storage system, a power generation system using an auxiliary combustion device such as a burner when the amount of sunlight is small, etc. Has been. Furthermore, a power generation system combining a solar thermal power generation system and another power generation system (for example, a gas turbine power generation system) has been devised.
FIG. 8 is a schematic system diagram showing the configuration of a conventional power plant. The power plant in FIG. 8 corresponds to a trough solar power generation system.
In the power plant of FIG. 8, solar heat is collected by the heat collecting mirror 1, and the
As shown in FIG. 8, the conventional power plant includes a water supply flow
When the heat medium temperature is likely to exceed the limit value, the mirror surface
In order to avoid complication of the explanation, although not shown in FIG. 8, a superheater water spray is arranged in the
Trough solar thermal power generation uses a curved mirror (collecting mirror) to concentrate sunlight on a pipe installed in front of the mirror, heats the liquid (heat medium) flowing through the pipe, and generates heat using that heat. It is a power generation method to be performed. If it is a power generation system provided with a heat storage system, when there is a sufficient amount of sunshine during favorable weather, the amount of surplus heat can be stored in the heat storage tank, and fluctuations in the heat source can be leveled.
However, in general, in a solar thermal power generation system designed in consideration of economy, the heat storage capacity rises when the heat storage limit is exceeded because the heat storage capacity is limited. In this case, the temperature of the heat medium is limited due to physical properties. Normally, the amount of solar heat to be recovered is limited by tilting the heat collecting mirror so that the heat medium temperature does not exceed the limit value. Yes.
However, during this period, the amount of solar heat recovered is not maximized, but is limited to a recovered amount that does not exceed the temperature limit of the heat medium. It is considered that the efficiency of the power plant can be improved by recovering this solar heat and generating more power with that amount of heat.
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the power generation plant which can collect | recover such surplus solar heat, and its operating method, when the surplus solar heat exceeding the restriction | limiting of heat storage capacity or heat-medium temperature exists. .
According to one embodiment, the power plant includes a heat collector that collects solar heat to heat the heat medium fluid, and a steam generator that generates heat by exchanging heat between the heat medium fluid and water. And a steam turbine for driving a generator by steam from the steam generator. Further, the plant separates the condenser exhausted from the steam turbine from the condenser, the condensate generated in the condenser, or the steam exhausted from any of the steam turbines. And a pump for transporting the drain. Further, the plant measures a temperature of the heat medium fluid heated by the heat collector, and outputs a signal that holds the measured value of the temperature, and based on the signal from the measuring device And a controller for controlling the flow rate of the pump.
Moreover, in the operating method of the power plant which is another embodiment, the angle of the heat collecting mirror which comprises the heat collector which collects solar heat and heats a heat-medium fluid is controlled to the angle by which maximum calorie | heat amount is collect | recovered. Further, in the method, the temperature of the heat medium fluid heated by the heat collector is measured while maintaining the angle of the heat collecting mirror at an angle at which the maximum amount of heat is recovered. Furthermore, in the method, the flow rate of the pump is controlled by a controller that controls the flow rate of the pump based on the signal from the measuring device that outputs a signal that holds the measured value of the temperature.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a schematic system diagram showing the configuration of the power plant according to the first embodiment. The power plant in FIG. 1 corresponds to a trough solar thermal power generation system, similar to the power plant in FIG.
In the power plant of FIG. 1, solar heat is collected by the heat collecting mirror 1 that constitutes the heat collector, and the
The steam generated in the
The steam exhausted from the
The power plant of FIG. 1 further includes a heat
The power plant in FIG. 1 further includes a
(1) Details of Operation Method of Power Plant Next, the operation method of the power plant according to the first embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the power plant according to the present embodiment includes a feed water flow
The water supply flow
The water supply flow
Here, the conventional power plant and the power plant of this embodiment are compared.
In conventional power plants, if there is surplus solar heat that exceeds the limits of heat storage capacity and heat medium temperature, tilt the heat collecting mirror to limit the amount of solar heat to be recovered so that the heat medium temperature does not exceed the limit value. deal with. However, this method has a problem that solar heat that is not recovered is wasted.
On the other hand, in the power plant of this embodiment, when the heat medium temperature exceeds a specified value, the water supply amount of the
In the present embodiment, when the amount of water supplied from the
In addition, the present embodiment has an advantage that the angle of the heat collecting mirror 1 can always be maintained at an angle at which the maximum amount of heat is recovered. The reason is that, in the case where surplus solar heat exists, in the conventional power plant, it is necessary to tilt the heat collecting mirror to lower the heat medium temperature, whereas in this embodiment, the amount of water supplied by the
Therefore, in this embodiment, the angle of the heat collecting mirror 1 is always maintained at an angle at which the maximum heat amount is recovered regardless of the presence or absence of excess solar heat. In this embodiment, when surplus solar heat exists, the water supply amount of the
(2) Effects of First Embodiment Finally, effects of the first embodiment will be described.
As described above, the power plant according to the present embodiment measures the temperature of the heated heat
Thereby, in this embodiment, when there is surplus solar heat exceeding the limits of the heat storage capacity and the heat medium temperature, such surplus solar heat can be recovered. Therefore, in this embodiment, it becomes possible to improve power plant efficiency by recovering such surplus solar heat and generating more power with the amount of heat.
In addition, in this embodiment, when surplus solar heat exists, on the relationship which increases the water supply amount of the
Further, the power plant according to the present embodiment includes one
Hereinafter, the second to seventh embodiments, which are modifications of the first embodiment, will be described focusing on differences from the first embodiment. 2 to 7, the same or similar components as those in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIG.
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 2 is a schematic system diagram showing the configuration of the power plant according to the second embodiment.
The power plant in FIG. 2 includes a high-
In FIG. 2, the steam generated in the

The steam reheated in the
The steam exhausted from the
(1) Details of Operation Method of Power Plant Next, with reference to FIG. 2, the operation method of the power plant according to the second embodiment will be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 2, the power plant of the present embodiment includes a feed water flow
The water supply flow
On the other hand, unlike the first embodiment, the feed water flow
(2) Effects of Second Embodiment Finally, effects of the second embodiment will be described.
As described above, the power plant according to the present embodiment measures the temperature of the heated heat
As a result, in the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, when there is surplus solar heat that exceeds the limits of the heat storage capacity and the heat medium temperature, it is possible to recover such surplus solar heat. Therefore, in this embodiment, like the first embodiment, it is possible to improve the power plant efficiency by recovering such surplus solar heat and generating more power with the amount of heat.
In addition, although the power plant of this embodiment is provided with three steam turbines, the number of steam turbines may be other than three. For example, the power plant of the present embodiment may include two steam turbines, a high-pressure turbine and a low-pressure turbine.
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 3 is a schematic system diagram showing the configuration of the power plant according to the third embodiment.
The power plant of FIG. 3 includes an
The branch point from the
Next, the operation of the feed water flow
The feed water flow
Specifically, the water supply flow
Finally, the effect of the third embodiment will be described.
When the water supply amount of the
Therefore, in this embodiment, in order to reduce the increase degree of the design pressure of the
(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 4 is a schematic system diagram showing the configuration of the power plant according to the fourth embodiment.
The power plant in FIG. 4 includes an
Next, the operation of the feed water flow
The feed water flow
Specifically, the feed water flow
Finally, the effect of the fourth embodiment will be described.
