Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a resin glass bonding structure that forms a sunroof to a painted surface of a car body of an automobile such as a one-box car or a wagon car.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
That is, as shown in FIG. 6A, the
As a result, as shown in FIG. 7A, the adhesive strength of the
Regarding the adhesion of the glass to the vehicle body,
However, as described above, when the glass is the
In addition, since the two adhesive layers are both formed of a polyurethane-based adhesive, and the viscosities of these polyurethane-based adhesives are only different, the adhesive force to the vehicle body is a one-layer adhesive by the polyurethane-based adhesive. There is almost no difference from the case of layers. Therefore, both adhesive layers have a drawback that they are easily peeled off from the vehicle body surface. In this case, there is a problem that the water-stopping property cannot be maintained at the part where the adhesive layer is peeled off, and there is a possibility that rain leakage from the outdoor side of the adhesive layer to the indoor side may occur.
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to relieve the stress due to expansion or contraction of the resin glass, maintain the adhesion of the resin glass to the vehicle body, and prevent the leakage of the resin to the vehicle body of the automobile. It is to provide a glass adhesive structure.
In order to achieve the above object, the resin glass bonding structure for the automobile body of the invention according to
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an adhesive structure of resin glass for a vehicle body of an automobile according to the first aspect, wherein the adhesive layer is formed of a polyurethane-based adhesive, and the polyurethane-based adhesive forming the intermediate adhesive layer is It is characterized by being made of a polyurethane adhesive softer than the polyurethane adhesive forming the vehicle body side adhesive layer and the resin glass side adhesive layer.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the resin glass adhesion structure for a vehicle body of the invention according to the first or second aspect, wherein the shore hardness of the vehicle body side adhesive layer and the resin glass side adhesive layer is 50 Hs or more. And the Shore hardness of the intermediate adhesive layer is set to be less than 49 Hs.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to any one of the first to third aspects, the adhesive layer is obtained by multiplying the elastic modulus by strain. The thermal stress at 90 ° C. is set to be less than 0.44 MPa.
In the invention according to any one of
According to the present invention, the following effects can be exhibited.
In the resin glass bonding structure for an automobile body of the present invention, the peripheral portion of the resin glass is bonded to the coating film on the surface of the automobile body through an adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer is formed of the vehicle body side adhesive layer and the resin glass. An intermediate adhesive layer is interposed between the side adhesive layer and the side adhesive layer. This intermediate adhesive layer is formed of a soft material that is softer than the vehicle body side adhesive layer and the resin glass side adhesive layer. For this reason, when the resin glass expands or contracts at a high temperature or a low temperature and a stress based on the expansion or contraction acts on the adhesive layer, the intermediate adhesive layer of the adhesive layer is deformed corresponding to the stress. Therefore, the intermediate adhesive layer can absorb stress based on expansion or contraction of the resin glass. As a result, the adhesion force of the vehicle body side adhesive layer to the coating film on the vehicle body surface is maintained.
Therefore, according to the adhesive structure of the resin glass to the vehicle body of the present invention, it is possible to relieve stress based on the expansion or contraction of the resin glass, maintain the adhesive force of the resin glass to the vehicle body, and prevent rain leakage. There is an effect that can be.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments embodying the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 4, a
The
The
Here, the polyurethane adhesive will be described.
This polyurethane-based adhesive is an adhesive in which an isocyanate group is crosslinked and cured while forming a urethane bond in the presence of water to form a polymer. This polyurethane adhesive includes a one-component type and a two-component type in which a curing agent is separated. The polyurethane as the main component of the polyurethane adhesive is formed by reacting a polyol and a polyisocyanate so that an isocyanate group or an active hydrogen group remains at the terminal.
As the polyol, polyether polyol, polyester polyol or polymer polyol is used. The polyether polyol is a product obtained by addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide such as ethylene oxide or propylene oxide to a compound having a plurality of active hydrogens. Examples of the compound having a plurality of active hydrogens include polyhydric alcohols and alkanolamines. Examples of the polyhydric alcohol include ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, pentaerythritol and the like.
The polyester polyol is a condensate of polyhydric alcohol and polybasic carboxylic acid, a condensate of polyhydric alcohol and hydroxycarboxylic acid, or the like. As the polyhydric alcohol, the compounds mentioned in the section of the polyether polyol are used. As the polybasic carboxylic acid, adipic acid, maleic acid, phthalic acid or the like is used.
The polymer polyol is obtained by graft polymerization of an ethylenically unsaturated compound such as acrylonitrile or styrene on the polyether polyol or polyester polyol. The weight average molecular weight of the polymer polyol is preferably about 100 to 10,000. These polyether polyols, polyester polyols, and polymer polyols can be used alone or in appropriate combination.
On the other hand, examples of the polyisocyanate include 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, phenylene diisocyanate, xylene diisocyanate, diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate, and hydrogenated compounds thereof. These polyisocyanates can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
The molar ratio of the isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate to the active hydrogen group of the polyol is preferably about 0.6 to 1.4. If this molar ratio is within this range, gelation can be suppressed when the polyurethane-based adhesive is cured.
In addition to the main components described above, additive components such as fillers, pigments, dispersants, antioxidants, plasticizers, silane coupling agents, and the like can be blended in the polyurethane adhesive according to a conventional method.
The polyurethane adhesive as described above can be used to form the
As the long-chain polyol, a high molecular weight compound such as the polyether polyol, polyester polyol, polymer polyol or the like is used. Examples of the chain extender include polyether polyols, polyester polyols, polymer polyols, and the like, low molecular weight compounds, low molecular weight polyamines, and low molecular weight amino alcohols.
The Shore hardness of the vehicle body side
In addition, the
Here, the thermal stress will be described.
In general, the reaction force (f, Newton) of an elastic body such as a spring is proportional to the elongation (y, meter) from the natural length of the elastic body according to the Hooke's law expressed by the following equation (a).
f=k×y ・・・(a)
f = k × y (a)
However, k is a spring constant.
Moreover, when an elastic body is connected in series, a spring constant is represented by following Formula (b).
1 / k = 1 / k1 + 1 / k2 (b)
However, k is a spring constant of the whole elastic body, and k1 and k2 are spring constants of each elastic body.
In the case of the
F=E×ε ・・・(c)
F = E × ε (c)
However, E is an elastic modulus (MPa).
In addition, since the
1 / E = 1 /
However, E is an elastic coefficient of the
The elastic modulus E1 when the vehicle body side
1/E=1/6.6+1/(0.87×6.6)+1/6.6
1 / E = 1 / 6.6 + 1 / (0.87 × 6.6) + 1 / 6.6
From this equation, E = 2.12.
Further, with respect to the strain ε, since the
F=2.12×0.21=0.44
Therefore, the thermal stress F of the
F = 2.12 × 0.21 = 0.44
Next, the adhesive force M (MPa) of the
That is, M = s × (F + N). Therefore, the adhesive force M (MPa) of the
Therefore, if the adhesive force M of the
Next, an effect | action is demonstrated about the adhesion structure of the
When the
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the
The effects exhibited by the above embodiment will be described together below.
(1) In the bonding structure of the
