Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell module and a method for manufacturing a laminated glass using the solar cell module manufactured thereby.
The solar cell module is generally manufactured by a “vacuum laminating method”. Specifically, first, as shown in FIG. 1, a
However, this manufacturing method currently in use has a disadvantage that the vacuum laminating apparatus is expensive and the laminating method is a batch type, resulting in poor productivity.
。 In order to solve the above problems, a method of laminating using a hot roll has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in this method, since the sealing resin is melted and laminated with a heated roll, in order to give sufficient heat to melt, the feed speed of the roll must be slowed down, and the productivity is increased. Absent. Further, the sheet-shaped sealing material has difficulty in following the unevenness of the sealing surface of the solar cell element, and there is a defect that bubbles are accumulated at the unevenness boundary of the solar cell element.
。 In addition, a method has also been proposed in which a sealing resin melted by heating is used, and the surface of the sealing resin is smoothed with a pressure roll while the sealing resin is in a molten state, and the film thickness is controlled and then laminated ( For example, see Patent Document 2.)
However, in this method, in order to increase productivity, a heating device or the like that melts the sealing resin in advance before lamination is necessary, and the manufacturing cost of the device including the heating and supplying device for the sealing resin is increased. There were drawbacks.
In addition, a method of applying polyisobutylene, which is a liquid resin, as a sealing resin using an extruder has been proposed (Patent Documents 3 and 4).
However, as pointed out in Patent Document 2, this method has a problem of uneven thickness of the sealing resin and a defect of generation of bubbles due to uneven thickness.
In view of the circumstances as described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell module that enables high-throughput production with simple production equipment and can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost.
In addition, when the sealing resin is crimped to the solar cell element or the surface material or the protective material, the followability of the sealing resin to the unevenness of the sealing surface of the solar cell element is improved, and there is no residual voids or bubbles. An object of the present invention is to provide a highly reliable solar cell module with excellent sealing properties.
The manufacturing method of the solar cell module according to the present invention is a liquid at room temperature using a die over the back side of the solar cell element placed on the back side of the surface material and the back side of the surface material around the solar cell element. The back surface side sealing resin is applied, and then, using a roll laminator, there is a sealing step of bonding a protective material through the back surface side sealing resin.
In this method of manufacturing a solar cell module, since a normal temperature liquid sealing resin is used as the sealing resin for sealing the solar cell element, the sealing resin is sealed in comparison with the case where a sealing resin made of a thermoplastic resin is used. A heating device for heating the stop resin is not necessary, and an increase in equipment cost and running cost can be suppressed, and a processing time for heating and melting can be omitted, so that productivity can be improved. Moreover, since the protective material is pasted by the roll laminator via the back surface side sealing resin, the surface of the back surface side sealing resin can be suppressed and the surface of the protective material can be made flat, and the roll laminator can be pressed. Since the protective material can be bonded together while extruding air bubbles mixed in the back surface side sealing resin by the roll, it is possible to effectively prevent the bubbles from remaining on the back surface side sealing resin.
Here, before the sealing step, the surface side sealing resin in the room temperature liquid is applied to the back surface of the surface material using a die, and then the solar cell element is mounted on the applied surface side sealing resin. A surface-side resin coating step is provided, and in the sealing step, a back-side sealing resin is applied on the solar cell element and the surface-side sealing resin applied to the surrounding surface material, and then It is also a preferred embodiment to use a roll laminator to bond a protective material via the back side sealing resin. In this case, the entire surface of the solar cell element can be covered with a liquid sealing resin, and deterioration of the solar cell element due to contact with outside air or the like, and damage of the solar cell element due to contact with other objects can be prevented.
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing resin is hardened by heat or ultraviolet rays. In this case, after sealing the solar cell element with a liquid sealing resin, the sealing resin can be cured by heating or irradiating with ultraviolet rays. It is also possible to use a moisture-curable liquid sealing resin or a two-component liquid sealing resin.
It is preferable that the sealing resin has a viscosity at room temperature of 1 to 1000 Pa · s. If it is such viscosity, a protective material can be bonded together efficiently via a back side sealing resin with a roll laminator, and the productivity of a solar cell module can be improved.
The solar cell element is preferably a spherical solar cell element. Such a solar cell element is preferable because it can reduce fluctuations in the amount of power generation due to the irradiation angle of light with respect to the solar cell module, and can efficiently generate power even when light is obliquely irradiated to the solar cell module.
In a preferred embodiment, the protective material is made of a flexible material. In this case, the protective material can be attached while pressing the protective material against the liquid resin with a pressure roll of a roll laminator.
The protective material is supplied while applying tension to the pressure roll of the roll laminator, and the roll laminator applies the protective material while spreading the sealing resin through the protective material with the pressure roll. Matching is also a preferred embodiment. In this case, since the protective material can be bonded to the sealing resin while extruding bubbles mixed in the liquid sealing resin by the pressure roll of the roll laminator, it is possible to effectively prevent the bubbles from remaining in the sealing resin. .
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing resin is supplied to the die by a pressure feed pump and a constant flow rate device so as to prevent contact with the outside world so that bubbles do not enter. By comprising in this way, it can prevent more effectively that a bubble mixes in sealing resin.
The die may be provided with a reservoir portion of the sealing resin supplied to the inside so that the sealing resin is uniformly applied in the width direction. In this case, the quality of the solar cell module can be improved by reducing the variation in the thickness of the sealing resin.
It is also a preferred embodiment that the surface material and the protective material are made of a release film or a substrate having a release function. In this case, the sealing material obtained by peeling off the surface material and the protective material, which is formed by curing the sealing resin, and the solar cell element are bonded between the plate glasses to form a laminated glass, or to the plate glass. A window glass can be formed by bonding.
The surface material and the protective material are preferably made of a thermoplastic resin film. In this case, laminated glass can be produced by, for example, disposing plate glass on both sides of the solar cell module, heating and melting the surface material and the protective material, and fusing the surface material and the protective material to the plate glass. .
The manufacturing method of the laminated glass which has the 1st electric power generation function which concerns on this invention uses a release film or the base material which has a mold release function as a surface material and a protective material, and is a solar cell by the manufacturing method of the said solar cell module. A module is manufactured, and an adhesive sheet made of a thermoplastic resin is laminated on the front and back surfaces of the intermediate body obtained by peeling the surface material and the protective material of the solar cell module, and a sheet glass is laminated on the outside of both adhesive sheets, The laminated body is loaded into a chamber of a vacuum laminating apparatus, the inside of the chamber is evacuated, the laminated body is heated and pressurized, and both glass sheets are bonded to the intermediate body by the adhesive sheet.
The manufacturing method of the laminated glass which has the 2nd electric power generation function which concerns on this invention uses a release film or the base material which has a mold release function as a surface material and a protective material, and is a solar cell by the manufacturing method of the said solar cell module. A module is manufactured, and sheet glass is laminated on the front and back surfaces of the intermediate body obtained by peeling off the surface material and the protective material of the solar cell module, and this laminated body is loaded into a chamber of a vacuum laminating apparatus, and the inside of the chamber is evacuated. Then, the laminated body is heated and pressurized, and both glass sheets are bonded to the intermediate body by the sealing resin.
In the manufacturing method of the laminated glass which has the said 1st and 2nd electric power generation function, it is preferable to form the groove | channel for deaeration in the front and back surfaces of an intermediate body by the said surface material and a protective material at fixed intervals. It is. If comprised in this way, the bubble remaining between a solar cell module and plate glass can be prevented, and the quality laminated glass with which the bubble does not remain can be manufactured.
A method for producing a laminated glass having a third power generation function according to the present invention uses a thermoplastic resin film as the surface material and the protective material, and produces a solar cell module by the method for producing a solar cell module, Sheet glass is laminated on the front and back surfaces of an intermediate body made of a solar cell module, and this laminated body is loaded into a chamber of a vacuum laminating apparatus, the inside of the chamber is evacuated, the laminated body is heated and pressurized, and the intermediate It adheres both glass plates to the body.
According to the method for manufacturing a solar cell module according to the present invention, high-throughput production is possible with simple production equipment, and the manufacturing cost of the solar cell module can be greatly reduced. That is, in the process from supplying the sealing material to laminating, it is not necessary to use a vacuum device or a heating device, and it is possible to increase the throughput because it is a continuous device rather than a batch production. In particular, productivity can be improved by providing a roll-to-roll laminating process in the sealing process of the flexible solar cell module.
Also, because of roll lamination using room temperature liquid sealing resin, the followability of the sealing resin to the unevenness of the sealing surface of the solar cell element is improved, and there is no residual voids or bubbles and excellent sealing performance A highly reliable solar cell module can be provided. In particular, in the case of a crystalline solar cell, the solar cell element takes the form of a string in which the crystalline solar cell elements are connected, so that not only the irregularity of the cells but also the irregularity problem arising from the gap between the solar cells. Therefore, sealing with a liquid resin according to the present invention is effective.
Furthermore, in the case of a crystalline solar cell, when manufacturing a building material-integrated solar cell module in which a solar cell element is incorporated in a laminated glass, the above-described unevenness problem prevents the solar cell element from being damaged. Various proposals have been made to solve the problem of filling the sealing material, but if the solar cell element previously sealed according to the present invention is used, the productivity is improved and the reliability is high. A solar cell module can be manufactured. In this case, instead of the surface material and the protective material, the surface material and the protective material can be obtained by using a base material that has been subjected to a release treatment or a base material having a release function and using a module in which the solar cell element is sealed only with a sealing resin The effect of manufacturing without using is also expected.
Further, when a crystalline solar cell is incorporated into a building material such as a tile or an automobile body, a potting method using a liquid resin, a SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) manufacturing method, or the like is used. If there is no problem in filling the gaps or gaps with the resin, the productivity is improved and a highly reliable solar cell module can be manufactured.
Further, since it can be applied to a sealing process of an organic thin film solar cell using an organic semiconductor, it can be applied to a sealing process of an organic EL (electroluminescence) element having the same structure in principle. It is possible to improve the productivity and provide a highly reliable module.
According to the method for producing a laminated glass having a power generation function according to the present invention, since the solar cell module produced by the production method is used, a laminated glass having a good quality power generation function that is inexpensive and has few residual bubbles. Can be produced.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 2, 20 is a solar cell module, 21 is a surface material, 22 is a solar cell element, 23 is a first sealing resin (front surface side sealing resin), and 24 is a second sealing resin (back surface side sealing resin). , 25 is a sealing resin, 26 is a protective material, 27 is a die, 28 is a feed roll, 29 is a first pressure roll, and 30 is a second pressure roll. A roll laminator is composed of the
The manufacturing method of the
Next, the
Next, the second sealing
Next, a
In the
Moreover, in the hardening process of sealing

Further, as described above, in order to improve the productivity of the laminated glass solar cell, a base material subjected to a release treatment or a base material having a release function can also be used.
<Liquid sealing resin>
The
Here, the performance required as the sealing material of the
Examples of the material satisfying such requirements include compositions made of acrylic resins, epoxy resins, silicone resins, unsaturated polyester resins, and modified resins thereof. The viscosity of the

The die 27 used in the present invention is a coating nozzle composed of a slit nozzle having a uniform lip opening (slit width) in the width direction.

The structure and material of the roll are not particularly limited as long as the roll can be pressed uniformly without damaging the
Further, as described above, in order to maintain the thickness of the sealing

First, the first sealing
Next, the
Next, similarly to the application of the first sealing
Next, the

First, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the
However, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), using the
In addition, as the sealing
