Description

Claims (15)
- 長手方向体および先端を含む髄内デバイス(102;402)であって、長手方向体が近位端から遠位端まで延在し、先端が長手方向体の近位端に取り付けられる髄内デバイスと;
関節域に対する支持を提供するために骨の一部の中に埋め込み可能なプレート(104;404)であって、プレート(104;404)が髄内デバイス(102,402)に係合可能であるプレートと
を含む、骨の関節近くで骨折を固定するためのシステム(100;400)であって、
A)プレート(104;404)が、実質的にU字形状であり;かつ
B)プレート(104;404)が、中間部と、中間部から延在する一対のアームとを含み、一対のアームが、それらの間に空間を形成し、空間が、髄内デバイス(102;402)の先端を収容するようにサイズ設定され、成形される、システム。 - プレートが、骨に埋め込み可能な第1部分と、骨の表面に固定可能な第2部分とを含み、第1部分が、実質的にU字形状であり、かつ、中間部と、中間部から延在する一対のアームとを含み、一対のアームが、髄内デバイスの先端を収容するようにそれらの間に空間を形成し、第2部分が、骨の骨折を固定するようにサイズ設定され、成形される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- プレートの第1部分が、第2部分がある面に実質的に垂直な面内にある、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 第2部分が複数の開口部を含み、複数の開口部が、それらを通して骨固定エレメントを収容するようにサイズ設定され、成形される、請求項2または3に記載のシステム。
- 髄内デバイスの先端が複数の凹部を含み、各凹部が、先端の周囲の少なくとも一部のまわりに延在し、凹部が、好ましくは前記一対のアームの間の中間部においてプレートの内表面を収容するようにサイズ設定され、成形される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 髄内デバイスが、髄内デバイスの先端を通して横に延在する1つ以上の開口部を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 骨の骨折を固定するために髄内デバイスの開口部内に挿入可能な骨固定エレメントを更に含む、6に記載のシステム。
- 骨固定エレメントが係止先端ねじであり、髄内デバイスの開口部が、好ましくはねじ山を有する、請求項6または7に記載のシステム。
- 前記髄内デバイスが、少なくとも2つの開口部を有し、前記少なくとも2つの開口部の中心軸が、互いに平行でなく、好ましくは、関節表面に対する支持を提供するために外側に張り出すかまたは収束する、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プレートが、共に190〜320mm2、好ましくは210〜270mm2の表面積を有する上表面および下表面を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プレートが、−プレートの面内において測定される−髄内デバイスの直径の2倍、好ましくは3倍の最小直径を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プレートが、プレートを髄内デバイスに留めるための手段を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プレートの前記一対のアームが、スナップ式マウントとして、好ましくはサークリップリングとして構成される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- システムが、好ましくはアームが異なる方向に配向された髄内デバイスの異なる高さにおいて髄内デバイスに係合可能な幾つかのプレートを含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記髄内デバイスが、好ましくは1つ以上の横手係止孔を有する髄内釘である、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
