Claims (12)
- 箔状の包装材を備える電極積層体から実質的になり、前記包装材から少なくとも2つの導体が延出している、ガルバニ電池用のフレームにおいて、電池の製造時に電池の包装材と固着できるように構成されていることを特徴とするフレーム。
- 電池の製造時に電池の包装材と材料結合できるように構成されている請求項1に記載のフレーム。
- 電池の製造時に、更なる物質を追加せずに、電池の包装材と熱封止プロセスによって材料結合できるように構成されている請求項2に記載のフレーム。
- 電池ブロックの組立て時に、フレームを備える前記電池の面一の位置合わせを助ける構造を備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のフレーム。
- 電池ブロックの組立て時に通しボルトを貫入するための開口を有する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のフレーム。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のフレームを備えるガルバニ電池。
- 電極積層体が箔状の包装材内に閉じ込められ、前記包装材から少なくとも2つの導体が延出している、ガルバニ電池を製造する方法において、前記包装材を密閉するときにフレームが前記包装材と固着されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記フレームが前記包装材と材料結合される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記フレームが、電池の製造時に、更なる物質を追加せずに、熱封止プロセスによって電池の包装材と材料結合される請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記電池が、フレームの構造によって面一に位置合わせさせられる、請求項4に記載のフレームを備える複数のガルバニ電池から構成されるブロックを構築する方法。
- 前記ブロックが、開口を通して電池のフレームに貫入された通しボルトによって安定にされている、請求項5に記載のフレームを備える複数のガルバニ電池からブロックを組み立てる方法。
- 請求項10または11に記載の特徴を有する複数のガルバニ電池から構成されるブロックを組み立てる方法。
