Claims (5)
- 入口端、出口端、および流体が前記入口端から前記出口端まで流れるように配置および構成された複数のチャネルを備えた微粒子フィルタであって、
前記チャネルが微粒子を捕捉するように構成された多孔壁によって画成され、
前記多孔壁が、
約45%を超える全多孔率、
約13マイクロメートル〜約20マイクロメートルの範囲のメジアン細孔径、および
10マイクロメートル未満の細孔が約10%未満の多孔率を提供する細孔径分布
を有することを特徴とする、微粒子フィルタ。 - 前記全多孔率が約45%〜約60%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微粒子フィルタ。
- 前記メジアン細孔径が約13マイクロメートル〜約16マイクロメートルの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微粒子フィルタ。
- 前記細孔径分布が、10マイクロメートル未満の細孔が約6%未満の多孔率を提供する細孔径分布であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微粒子フィルタ。
- 前記細孔径分布が、10マイクロメートル未満の細孔が約2%未満の多孔率を提供する細孔径分布であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微粒子フィルタ。
