Claims (15)
- 平面内に位置する多数の磁性ナノ構造を含む導電層であって、
前記多数の磁性ナノ構造がストリング状に配列されており、前記ストリングが互いに略平行で、複数の連続導電経路となっているもので、
前記多数の磁性ナノ構造の密度によって前記導電層に高い光透過性が実現されている、導電層。 - 前記多数の磁性ナノ構造が多数のナノワイヤであり、ナノワイヤが、(1)互いに略平行に配列され、かつ(2)前記導電層の平面内に長軸を有している、請求項1に記載の導電層。
- 前記多数の磁性ナノ構造のうちの少なくとも1つが、
非磁性導電中心部と、
磁性コーティングと
を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の導電層。 - 前記多数の磁性ナノ構造のうちの少なくとも1つが、
磁性材料を含む第1円筒状部分と、
前記第1円筒状部分に取り付けられた第2円筒状部分と
を含み、前記第1及び第2円筒状部分が同軸に配列されており、前記第2円筒状部分はカーボンナノチューブを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の導電層。 - 高い光透過性を示す連続導電膜を更に含み、
前記多数の磁性ナノ構造が前記連続導電膜に電気的に接続されており、且つ前記多数の磁性ナノワイヤの電気特性が、前記導電層のシート抵抗を決定付けている、請求項1に記載の導電層。 - 前記多数の磁性ナノ構造が、ナノ粒子、ナノワイヤ、及び複合ナノワイヤから成るグループから選択される、請求項1、3、又は5に記載の導電層。
- 基板上に高い光透過性を示す導電層を形成する方法であって、
多数の磁性ナノ構造を作製する工程と、
前記基板の上に前記多数の磁性ナノ構造を堆積させる工程と、
磁界を印加して、前記多数の磁性ナノ構造を、前記基板の表面に平行な複数の導電経路となるように形成する工程と
を含む、方法。 - 印加する前記工程の前に、前記基板の前記表面の平面を垂直に向ける工程を更に含み、前記基板は平板状であり、且つ前記磁界は前記基板の前記表面に平行である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 堆積させる前記工程が、前記基板の前記表面に、前記多数の磁性ナノ構造の懸濁液をスプレーする工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 堆積させる前記工程の後に、前記多数の磁性ナノ構造を導電金属でコーティングする工程を更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記多数の磁性ナノ構造を作製する前記工程が、
溶液中に銀金属ナノワイヤを形成する工程と、
前記銀金属ナノワイヤの各々を、導電金属でコーティングする工程と
を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記多数の磁性ナノ構造を作製する前記工程が、
磁性金属ナノワイヤを形成する工程と、
前記磁性金属ナノワイヤの端部にカーボンナノチューブを成長させる工程と
を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 堆積させる前記工程の後に、前記多数の磁性ナノ構造を、高い光透過性を示す連続導電金属でコーティングする工程を更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記基板が連続導電膜を含み、前記連続導電膜が高い光透過性を示し、且つ前記連続導電膜の上に前記多数の磁性ナノ構造を堆積させる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記多数の磁性ナノ構造が、ナノ粒子、ナノワイヤ、及び複合ナノワイヤから成るグループから選択される、請求項7、8、9、10、13、又は14に記載の方法。
