Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 冷媒として二酸化炭素を有する形式の輸送冷凍システムを動作する方法であって、
通常の動作時に、第1の圧縮ユニットのみの動作によって前記輸送冷凍システムの冷媒を圧縮するステップと、
プルダウン条件での動作時のみに、前記輸送冷凍システムの質量流量を増加させるとともに、前記輸送冷凍システムの容量全体を向上させるように、前記第1の圧縮ユニットと同時に第2の圧縮ユニットを動作するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の圧縮ユニットは、単段コンプレッサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の圧縮ユニットは、単段コンプレッサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の圧縮ユニットおよび前記第2の圧縮ユニットは、二段コンプレッサの第1の段および第2の段を備え、さらに、前記第1の段および前記第2の段を選択的に切り換えて直列の関係または並列の関係で動作するように弁が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記弁は、前記第1の段および前記第2の段との間の弁と、前記第1の段および前記第2の段の各々と並列に接続された弁とであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 通常の動作時には、前記第1の段と前記第2の段との間の弁は開き、前記第1の段および前記第2の段の各々と並列に接続された弁は閉じ、プルダウン動作時には、前記第1の段と前記第2の段との間の弁は閉じ、前記第1の段および前記第2の段の各々と並列に接続された弁は開いていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 冷媒が直列に流れる関係で接続された圧縮ユニット、コンデンサ、膨張装置およびエバポレータを有し、かつ冷媒として二酸化炭素を用いて動作するように適合された蒸気圧縮システムを備えた輸送冷凍システムであって、
前記圧縮ユニットは、二段コンプレッサであるとともに弁装置を備え、該弁装置は、通常の動作時には、冷媒が直列の関係で2つの段を通して通流し、より大きな容量が望ましい動作の期間には、当該輸送冷凍システムの容量を増加させるために、冷媒が並列の関係で前記2つの段を通して通流するように選択的に切り換えることができることを特徴とする輸送冷凍システム。 - 前記弁装置は、前記2つの段の間に配置された第1の弁と、該2つの段の各々と並列に接続された第2の弁および第3の弁とを備え、通常の動作時には、前記第1の弁は開き、前記第2の弁および前記第3の弁は閉じ、大容量が望ましい期間には、前記第1の弁は閉じ、前記第2の弁および前記第3の弁は開いていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の輸送冷凍システム。
