Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of large line capacity and significant deterioration in high frequency characteristics of a conventional winding component using rectangular wire, which are caused by a narrow spacing between conductors due to close winding of insulation-coated conducting wire and by the large area of facing surfaces of neighboring conducting wires.SOLUTION: A winding component is made by an alpha-wound or edgewise-wound conducting wire having a rectangular cross section with insulation coating applied on its surface. Projecting portions are formed on at least one of the surfaces which face each other in the overlapping direction of the conducting wire. Thereby, the line capacity is reduced and high frequency characteristics are enhanced.

Description

The present invention relates to a winding component using a rectangular wire and wound with the rectangular wire.

Unnecessary gaps between the windings can be reduced, and the proportion of the conductor (space factor) in the winding cross section can be increased. Instead of a circular round line, a rectangular wire with a square cross section is used.
The flat wire is drawn by drawing a bus bar made of a copper wire having a circular cross section through a wire drawing die until a predetermined cross sectional area is obtained, and the cross section is rolled into a square shape by a rolling roller. After the annealing, an insulating coating such as polyurethane is applied and dried, and finally heated to burn the insulating coating.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of a conventional winding component. FIG. 4A shows a so-called edgewise-wound winding component 50a wound in the width direction of the conducting wire 51 using a conducting wire 51 having a quadrangular cross section as a winding, and FIG. Sectional drawing of 4 (a) is shown.
FIG. 4C shows a so-called alpha-winding winding component 50b in which a conducting wire 51 having a square cross section is used as a winding and wound in the thickness direction of the conducting wire 51, and FIG. Sectional drawing of (c) is shown.
The conductor 51, which cross section is a conductor to cover the substantially rectangular conductor 52 with an insulating coating 53 of thickness d 0 is used. As shown in FIG. 4 (d) 4 and (b), when manufactured winding parts lead 51 using a flat wire, the spacing between the conductors and the conductor of the winding becomes 2d 0.

Generally, in a winding component, when the distance between the conductors of the windings is close, the line capacity between adjacent windings increases and the high frequency characteristics deteriorate. In particular, in a winding component using a rectangular wire, the conductive wire is tightly wound, so that the distance between the conductors is short, and the area of the facing surface of the adjacent winding is large, resulting in an increase in line capacitance. There is a tendency. For this reason, there is a problem in that the high frequency characteristics are greatly deteriorated in the winding component using the rectangular wire.
Although it is possible to increase the gap between the conductors of the winding by increasing the thickness of the coating, the limit of the thickness of the coating is about 30 μm. Moreover, since the thickness of the coating is increased by applying the resin a plurality of times, the cost increases. Further, the terminal part of the winding part needs to be peeled off in order to be electrically connected to other parts, but there is also a problem that peeling becomes difficult as the covering becomes thick.
An object of the present invention is to provide a winding component having improved high-frequency characteristics by reducing line capacitance.
