Abstract

Claims (18)
- 第1ケース部と第2ケース部とを含むことで密閉された空間を形成し、前記第1ケース部と第2ケース部は、それぞれ第1密封部および第2密封部を備え、前記第1密封部と第2密封部とが前記密閉された空間を密封するために互いに接着されている電池ケースと、
前記密閉された空間内に位置し、第1極板および第2極板と、前記第1極板と第2極板との間に位置するセパレータとを含む電極アセンブリと、
前記密閉された空間内に位置する電解液と、
前記第1密封部および第2密封部の少なくとも1領域上に形成され、イオン性物質を含む収容部と、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記収容部は、ディープドローイングで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記収容部は、前記第1密封部上に形成されたリセスを含み、前記第2密封部は、前記リセスを覆うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1密封部は第1リセスを備え、前記第2密封部は第2リセスを備え、前記第1リセスと第2リセスがともに収容部を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1極板から引き出された第1電極タブと、前記第2極板から引き出された第2電極タブとは、前記第1および第2密封部を介して延び、
前記収容部は、前記第1電極タブと第2電極タブとの間の前記電池ケース領域内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記イオン性物質は、EMI−(CF3SO2)2N、BMI−(CF3SO2)2N、HMI−(CF3SO2)2N、EMI−PF6、BMI−PF6、EMI−BF4、BMI−BF4、HMI−BF4、EMI−CF3SO3、BMI−CF3SO3、およびHMI−CF3SO3(EMI:1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウム、BMI:1−ブチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウム、HMI:1−ヘキシル−3−メチルイミダゾリウム)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記イオン性物質は、イオン性化合物と、溶媒とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溶媒は、アルコール、アセトニトリル、カーボネートからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1密封部は、複数の層を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数の層は、内部樹脂層と、外部樹脂層と、前記内部樹脂層と外部樹脂層との間の金属層とを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記イオン性物質は前記内部樹脂層と接触し、前記バッテリが過熱した場合に、前記内部樹脂層は溶融して前記収容部と密閉された空間との間にチャンルを形成し、前記イオン性物質が前記密閉された空間に流動し、前記密閉された空間内に含まれている化学物質と接触することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記金属層は、アルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記内部樹脂層または外部樹脂層は、非導電性高分子物質からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記高分子物質は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアクリレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、およびポリビニリデンフルオライドからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1密封部および第2密封部の少なくとも1つには、1つ以上の追加収容部が形成され、前記追加収容部は、イオン性物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記収容部は、前記電池ケースの外部に隣接する第1密封部および第2密封部の縁よりも、前記密閉された空間に隣接する第1密封部および第2密封部の縁に相対的に近接して位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部は、第1半値幅と第2半値幅とからなる幅を有し、
前記第1半値幅は前記密閉された空間に隣接する角と前記幅の中央部から形成された領域であり、前記第2半値幅はバッテリケースの外部に隣接する角と前記幅の中央部から形成された領域であるとき、前記収容部は、前記第1半値幅領域内に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記収容部は、前記電池ケースの外部に隣接する第1密封部および第2密封部の縁よりも、前記密閉された空間に隣接する第1密封部および第2密封部の縁に相対的に近接して位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
