[First embodiment]
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing the configuration of the coreless motor of the first embodiment. 1A is a cross section of the
The
The

In the step shown in FIG. 4C, the
FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing the configuration of the coil back
FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing another configuration example of the coil back

FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram showing eddy current loss in this embodiment. Here, the structure of the coil back
FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram showing the relationship between the thickness of the
The above results are considered to be due to the following reasons. The eddy current is generated in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the magnetic flux of the rotating

Here, a solid line is a present Example and a broken line is a comparative example (the following is the same in FIGS. 12-15). This embodiment and the comparative example have substantially the same no-load rotational speed, but a larger starting torque can be obtained. FIG. 12 is an explanatory diagram comparing the relationship between torque and current in the coreless motor of the present embodiment and the cored motor of the comparative example. In this embodiment, if the torque is the same, less current is required than in the comparative example, and if the current is the same, a larger torque than in the comparative example can be obtained.
FIG. 13 is an explanatory diagram comparing the relationship between torque and input power of the coreless motor of the present embodiment and the cored motor of the comparative example having the same volume. In this embodiment, if the same torque is to be obtained, less input power is required than in the comparative example, and more torque can be obtained if the input power is the same. FIG. 14 is an explanatory diagram comparing the relationship between torque and output power (work) between the coreless motor of the present embodiment and the cored motor of the comparative example. FIG. 15 is an explanatory diagram comparing the relationship between torque and efficiency (= output power / input power) of the coreless motor of the present embodiment and the cored motor of the comparative example having the same volume. This example is more efficient than the comparative example if the torque is the same. From the above, it can be said that the motor (coreless motor) of the present embodiment can be operated at a higher torque than the motor with a core of the comparative example, and can realize higher performance.
As described above, according to the first embodiment, the coil back
In the present embodiment, the coil back

[Fourth embodiment]
FIG. 19 is an explanatory view schematically showing the configuration of the coreless motor of the fourth embodiment. 19A is a cross section of the
The
The
The
The
Further, the
FIG. 20 is an explanatory view schematically showing the relationship between the central portion and the position of the electromagnetic coil. The central portion 113 (effective length region 113) overlaps the region between the two coil ends 101A and 101B in the disk-shaped
In this embodiment, the bearing 240 of the
FIG. 21 is an explanatory diagram comparing the present embodiment and the modification with respect to no-load current and no-load power. FIG. 21A shows the result in the modified example, and FIG. 21B shows the result in the present example. The motor of the modification is different from the present embodiment shown in FIGS. 19 and 20 in that the

[Fifth embodiment]
In the above description, a motor with a radial gap structure has been described as an example, but the same application is possible even with a motor with an axial gap structure. FIG. 23 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration of an axial gap type motor that is the fifth embodiment. The
[Sixth embodiment]
FIG. 24 is an explanatory diagram showing the sixth embodiment. The sixth embodiment is an axial gap type motor. FIG. 24A shows a cross-sectional view of the axial gap type motor 10 (hereinafter, also simply referred to as “
The following points are different from the fifth embodiment. The
The coil back
FIG. 25 is an explanatory view showing a method for manufacturing the coil back

FIG. 26 is an explanatory diagram showing the seventh embodiment. The seventh embodiment is an axial gap type motor. FIG. 26A shows a cross-sectional view of the axial gap type motor 10 (hereinafter also simply referred to as “
The
The
According to this embodiment, heat generated in the coil back
[Eighth embodiment]
FIG. 27 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration example of the coil back yoke. A coil back
FIG. 28 is a graph showing the relationship between the motor rotation speed and eddy current loss in the eighth embodiment. The eddy current loss was performed by the method shown in FIG. Here, the line X indicates the characteristics when the

[Tenth embodiment]
FIG. 30 is an explanatory diagram showing the tenth embodiment. The tenth embodiment is a linear motor. The

[Eleventh embodiment]
FIG. 31 is an explanatory diagram showing the eleventh embodiment. The eleventh embodiment is a

[Twelfth embodiment]
FIG. 32 is an explanatory diagram showing the twelfth embodiment. 32A is a diagram viewed from the direction of the rotation shaft 230 (z direction), and FIG. 32B is a diagram viewed from a direction (x direction) perpendicular to the direction of the
Since the coil back
The
In the first and twelfth embodiments, the number of
As described above, according to the twelfth embodiment, the coil back
[Thirteenth embodiment]
FIG. 33 is an explanatory diagram showing a model of magnetic field analysis. FIG. 33A is a diagram viewed from a direction (x direction) perpendicular to the direction of the
In a conventional simulation by magnetic field analysis, a model is used in which the magnetic flux density on the surface of the
FIG. 35 is an explanatory diagram showing the measurement result of the relationship between the distance from the permanent magnet surface to the magnetic sensor and the magnetic flux density. In this embodiment, as a material for the coil back
As described above, the measured values show that the magnetic flux density can be increased when the coil back
