The first aspect of the present invention is a cooker body having a first heat source at the top, an intake port provided at the front or bottom of the cooker body, and a centrifugal type that blows and cools heat generating components in the cooker body. A fan case provided in the vicinity of the fan and having a fan intake port installed in a substantially vertical plane, an intake path from the intake port to the fan intake port, and provided forward in the cooker body. A cooking cabinet having a second heat source, and having a convex shape that protrudes from the bottom of the cooker body in the vicinity of the inlet and between the bottom of the cooking cabinet and the inlet. It is set as the structure which suppresses that the air from the cooking chamber side mixes.

Thereby, it becomes a structure which is hard to suck | inhale oil smoke, a vapor | steam, boiled juice which is a cooking product, etc. from the inlet with the air warmed when heating a cooking product. In addition, the heat generated in the cooking chamber warms the surrounding air, but by having the convex portion, the effect of preventing the warmed air from being mixed into the cooling air for cooling the heat generating components inside the cooking appliance is obtained. It is done. Thereby, it is possible to provide a cooking device that is easy to use, has high cooling efficiency for internal components, and is highly reliable and has a high commercial value.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.

(Embodiment 1)
1 and 2 are detailed views of the heating cooker according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

A cooker body 12 having a heat source 11, an inlet 13 provided at the bottom of the cooker body 12, a centrifugal fan 15 that blows and cools a heat generating component 14 in the cooker body, and the vicinity of the fan 15 The fan case 16 has a fan air inlet 17, the air inlet 13 and the fan air inlet 17 are installed at positions different from substantially the same plane, and an air intake path of the fan 15 is provided. Configure. The effect | action is demonstrated below about the intake structure of the heating cooker comprised as mentioned above.

In the case of a heating cooker that uses a flame such as a gas as a heat source, an induction heating coil that generates a magnetic field and heats a pan, or a heat source that generates Joule heat by passing an electric current through an electrical resistance The control board that controls the operation of the cooker is heated by the heat generated by the heat source. Furthermore, in a heating cooker that heats a pan with an induction heating coil, the induction heating coil and the control board self-heat due to the current flowing on the induction heating coil and the circuit of the internal control board and the electrical resistance of the circuit. In order to lower the temperature of the induction heating coil and the components on the control board to below the heat resistant temperature, a forced air cooling type cooling configuration is required in which the air outside the cooker is sucked, the internal components are cooled, and then exhausted.

When the object to be heated is placed and heated further above the heat source 11 provided on the upper part of the cooker body 12, the heat generated from the heat source is transmitted to the heat source and the vicinity of the object to be heated, and the air around the heat source is also warmed. The warmed air mainly diffuses upward or partially in the lateral direction. By providing the inlet 13 at the front or bottom of the cooker main body 12, that is, below the heat source 11, the air heated by the heat generated by the heat source is difficult to be sucked from the inlet 13, and cooling efficiency and The effect of increasing the durability of the internal parts can be obtained. Furthermore, it becomes a structure which cannot suck | inhale oil smoke, a vapor | steam, boiled juice which is a cooking thing, etc. from an inlet with the air heated when heating a cooking thing, and the effect which improves the durability of an internal component is acquired. Further, the fan intake port 17 is not provided in the vicinity of the intake port 13 but is installed at a position different from substantially the same plane, for example, in a substantially vertical plane, thereby forming an intake path from the intake port 13 of the fan 15 to the fan intake port 17. As a result, even if boiled soup or the like, which is a cooked product, is sucked into the air inlet 13, it immediately reaches the fan air inlet 17 and has an effect of reducing the possibility of entering the inside of the cooker.

The substantially vertical plane is preferably a plane in which the angle θ in FIG. 2 is 60 to 120 degrees. A heat generating component that needs to be cooled generally exists in this range with respect to the cooling fan.

Due to the positional relationship in which the intake port 13 is provided at the bottom of the cooker main body 12 or the front part in the vicinity thereof, the fan intake port 17 is provided above the intake port 13, and the intake path from the intake port 13 to the fan intake port 17. Inside air flows from below to above. Even if boiled soup or the like, which is a cooked product, is sucked from the intake port 13 through the intake port 13, there is an effect of reducing the possibility of falling into the inside of the cooker by dropping due to its own weight in the intake path.

Furthermore, by making the cross-sectional area of the intake path from the intake port 13 to the fan intake port 17 larger than the opening area of the intake port 13, the flow velocity of the air flowing through the path is reduced, and the weight of boiled juice or the like falls in the intake path Even if boiled soup or the like, which is a food product, is sucked from the air intake port 13 through the air intake port 13, the possibility of reaching the fan air intake port 17 and entering the inside of the cooker is reduced. The direction of the wind generated from the fan (impeller) is changed by the fan case, and then the centrifugal fan 15 configured to blow air to the heat-generating component on the control board is used. Even when the broth or the like enters, the moisture, which is the main component of the broth, is heavier than the air, and is thus blown out of the rotation center of the fan by the centrifugal force and adheres to the fan case 16. This has the effect of reducing the possibility of moisture adhering directly to the electronic components in the cooker.

Furthermore, in order to prevent cooking such as boiled juice adhering to the fan case 16 from accumulating, a discharge groove may be provided inside the fan case 16 and discharged outside the cooker body 12. The same effect can be obtained by using a multi-blade fan (sirocco fan), a turbo fan, a radial fan, or other centrifugal fans as the centrifugal fan 15. The same effect can be obtained not only in the built-in type cooking device incorporated in the kitchen but also in the stationary type cooking device installed on the table.

By setting it as the above structures, it becomes a structure which is hard to suck | inhale oil smoke, a vapor | steam, boiled juice which is a cooking item, etc. from the inlet with the air warmed when heating a cooking item. Thereby, it is possible to provide a cooking device that is easy to use and has high reliability and high commercial value.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 3 shows a detailed view of the cooking device according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Since the basic configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, only the difference in configuration will be described.

As shown in FIG. 3, it has legs 18 that support the cooker body 12, and the inlet 13 provided at the bottom has an upper side than the mounting surface of the legs 18 provided on the cooker body 12, Even if a large amount of cooked broth or the like flows down the cooker body, there is an effect of reducing the possibility of intrusion from the intake port provided upward. The leg 18 may be formed integrally with the bottom part by projecting a part of the bottom part of the cooker body 12. Moreover, it is good also as a structure which provides a leg as a separate body and fixes with fixing means, such as a screw. Furthermore, since the cross-sectional area of the flow path near the air inlet can be made relatively large, more air can be sucked. The same effect can be obtained not only in the built-in type cooking device incorporated in the kitchen but also in the stationary type cooking device installed on the table. Thereby, it can be set as the heating cooker with high commercial value which is high in the cooling efficiency of an internal component, and is rich in the durability of an internal component.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 4 shows a detailed view of a cooking device according to the third embodiment of the present invention. Since the basic configuration is the same as in the first and second embodiments, only the difference in configuration will be described.

As shown in FIG. 4, it has a cover 19 that covers the front of the cooker body 12, and a portion of the cover protrudes downward from the air intake so that a large amount of cooked broth can be cooked. Even if it flows downward from the front, the cover 19 is partially protruded, so that there is an effect of preventing the entrance of boiled juice and the like and reducing the possibility of entering from the intake port provided upward. Furthermore, when the cooker main body is installed on a sheet laid on the cooking table, the part where the cover 19 protrudes part presses the sheet, and the sheet is difficult to be sucked into the intake port. The same effect can be obtained not only in the built-in type cooking device incorporated in the kitchen but also in the stationary type cooking device installed on the table. Thereby, it is possible to provide a cooking device that is easy to use, has high cooling efficiency for internal components, and has high durability for internal components and high commercial value.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 5 shows a detailed view of the cooking device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. Since the basic configuration is the same as that of the third embodiment, only the difference in configuration will be described.

As shown in FIG. 5, a rib 20 is further provided from the cover 19 in the intake path from the intake port 13 to the fan intake port 17, so that a large amount of cooked broth or the like is downward from the front of the cooker body. Even if it flows in, the direction in which the cooling air flows can be changed by the rib 20 installed substantially vertically on the intake path. The direction in which air flows easily changes, but moisture, which is the main component of the broth, is heavier than air and adheres to the ribs 20 due to inertia. This has the effect of reducing the possibility of moisture adhering directly to the electronic components in the cooker. Even if the rib 20 is a resin material or a metal material, the same effect can be obtained. Further, even if the cover 19 and the rib 20 are formed integrally, the same effect can be obtained even if the rib 20 is separately fixed to the cover 19 using a fixing means such as a screw. The same effect can be obtained not only in the built-in type cooking device incorporated in the kitchen but also in the stationary type cooking device installed on the table. Thereby, it is possible to provide a cooking device that is easy to use and has high reliability and high commercial value.

(Embodiment 5)
FIG. 6 shows a detailed view of a heating cooker according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. Since the basic configuration is the same as that of the fifth embodiment, only differences will be described.

As shown in FIG. 6, a rib 21 is further provided from the fan case 16 to the intake path from the intake port 13 to the fan intake port 17, so that a large amount of cooked broth or the like is lowered from the front of the cooker body. Even if the air flows into the air, the direction in which the cooling air flows can be changed by the ribs 21 arranged substantially vertically on the intake path. The direction in which air flows easily changes, but moisture, which is the main component of the broth, is heavier than air and adheres to the ribs 21 due to inertia. This has the effect of reducing the possibility of moisture adhering directly to the electronic components in the cooking machine. Even if the rib 21 is a resin material or a metal material, the same effect can be obtained. Further, even if the fan case 16 and the rib 21 are formed integrally, the same effect can be obtained even if the rib 21 is separately fixed to the fan case 16 using a fixing means such as a screw. The ribs 21 may be arranged substantially concentrically with the fan intake port 17. The rib 21 is arranged in a substantially concentric circle shape of the fan intake port 17 and the same effect can be obtained even when the upper part is cut off. The same effect can be obtained not only in the built-in type cooking device incorporated in the kitchen but also in the stationary type cooking device installed on the table. Thereby, it can be set as the heating cooker with high commercial value which is easy to use and is rich in the durability of internal components.

(Embodiment 6)
FIG. 7 shows a detailed view of a heating cooker according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention. Since the basic configuration is the same as in the first to fifth embodiments, only the difference in configuration will be described.

As shown in FIG. 7, the cooker body 12 has a cooking chamber 22 that opens forward and is cooked by a second heat source, and is near the inlet 13 and between the bottom of the cooking chamber 22 and the inlet 13. Since the heat generated in the cooking chamber by the second heat source hits the surrounding air by having a convex shape, the warmed air is mixed into the cooling air for cooling the heat generating components inside the cooker The effect which prevents it is acquired. Even if the convex shape is formed by protruding the bottom of the cooker main body 12, it can be formed as a separate body and fixed by a fixing means such as a screw to obtain the same effect. The same effect can be obtained not only in the built-in type cooking device incorporated in the kitchen but also in the stationary type cooking device installed on the table. Thereby, it is possible to provide a cooking device that is easy to use, has high cooling efficiency for internal components, and is highly reliable and has a high commercial value.

(Embodiment 7)
FIG. 8 shows a detailed view of a cooking device according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention. Since the basic configuration is the same as in the first to sixth embodiments, only the difference in configuration will be described.

As shown in FIG. 8, by having a detachable air inlet filter 23 in the vicinity of the air inlet 13, boiled soup that is a cooked food or dust or dust drifting in the air from the air inlet 13 to the cooker body 12 together with air. It has the effect of reducing the possibility of suction and intrusion into the cooker. Furthermore, by making the air inlet filter 23 detachable, it is possible to obtain an effect that the filter can be easily cleaned and kept in a sanitary good state. The same effect can be obtained not only in the built-in type cooking device incorporated in the kitchen but also in the stationary type cooking device installed on the table. Thereby, it can be set as the heating cooker with high commercial value which was easy to use, was rich in the durability of the internal components, and was hygienically excellent.

As described above, the heating cooker according to the present invention can reduce the possibility of sucking boiled juice or the like that is a cooked product or dust and dust floating in the air and entering the cooker. Since it is easy to use and the durability of internal parts is high and it is possible to increase the commercial value, it can also be applied to other uses such as cooking equipment that constitutes the same forced air cooling system.
