Abstract
【解決手段】一枚刃のドリルビット構造であって、ドリル刃の外側表面に、ねじれ溝を螺旋形成する。ねじれ溝は、ドリル刃の先端からシャンクに螺旋延伸し、且つ、ドリル刃の先端に弦形ブレードを形成する。弦形ブレードの外縁は、刃先縁と支持縁を含み、支持縁の両端部と回転軸線が連接して構成される角度は、180度以上である。ドリルビット切削加工量が少ないので、剛性が強く、また、弦形設計により、公知のねじれ溝設計が排屑不良を発生しやすい情況、磨損、及び折損問題を改善する。

Claims (3)
- 一枚刃のドリルビット構造であって、
シャンク、及び、前記シャンクに連接されるドリル刃を含み、前記ドリル刃の回転軸線を中心とし、前記ドリル刃の外周面に、ねじれ溝を螺旋形成し、前記ねじれ溝は、前記ドリル刃の前端から前記シャンクに螺旋延伸し、且つ、前記ドリル刃の前端は弦形ブレードを形成し、前記弦形ブレードの外縁は、刃先縁と支持縁を有し、前記支持縁の両端部がそれぞれ前記回転軸線と連接して構成される角度は180度以上であることを特徴とする、前記一枚刃のドリルビット構造。 - 前記刃先縁は、前記ねじれ溝の壁面の前縁であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一枚刃のドリルビット構造。
- 前記弦形ブレードの面積は、前記ドリル刃の最大円断面の半分の面積により大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の一枚刃のドリルビット構造。
