Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat transfer tube inspection device and an inspection method capable of monitoring a thinning state of a heat transfer tube over time.
For example, when a heat transfer tube of a heat exchanger such as a gas gas heater that exchanges heat of exhaust gas from a boiler facility or the like is operated for a long period of time, the pipe diameter changes.
For example, in a heat exchanger for a desulfurization apparatus, there is a problem that corrosion due to adhesion of sulfides generated in the desulfurization process to the heat transfer tube and wear due to dust occur.
For this reason, conventionally, there has been a proposal to inspect the corrosion state using an ultrasonic sensor, a flaw detection sensor using high-frequency eddy current, or the like (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
However, the proposals in the above-mentioned patent documents have the following problems.
In the proposals of Patent Documents 1 and 2, information on defects and corrosion in the piping member can be obtained, but there is a problem that it is difficult to acquire surface position information.
In addition, the sensor part must be pressure-bonded to the wall surface for each measurement.
In addition, there is a problem that it is impossible to grasp the change state of the surface position related to the thinning due to wear of the circulating cooling water as in the heat exchanger.
In the proposal of Patent Document 3, information on defects and corrosion in the piping member can be obtained, but there is a problem that the position information of the surface cannot be grasped because eddy currents are distributed over the entire inner wall surface.
The degree of corrosion and wear was evaluated by measuring the thickness of the heat transfer tube tube one point at a fixed point observation point using an ultrasonic thickness meter (UT meter).
However, since only one point is measured, it is difficult to grasp the shape and evaluate the thinning tendency. As a result, it is difficult to evaluate the tendency in the longitudinal direction of the heat transfer tube. is there.
In addition, if unevenness or the like due to corrosion or wear occurs at the measurement location, measurement with a contact type flaw detector is impossible, so it is necessary to finish the unevenness smoothly and perform measurement before the measurement. There is a problem that it takes time.
Furthermore, depending on the level of proficiency of the measurer who performs the measurement, there is a concern that the measurement position (circumferential position etc.) may be slightly shifted, and it is impossible to accurately grasp the tendency of the thinning state of the heat transfer tube over time. There is a problem.
This invention makes it a subject to provide the inspection apparatus and inspection method of a heat exchanger tube which can monitor the thinning state of the time-dependent change of a heat exchanger tube in view of the said problem.

In addition, constituent elements in the following embodiments include those that can be easily assumed by those skilled in the art or those that are substantially the same.

In order to confirm aging deterioration, when measuring the secular change using a heat transfer tube inspection device, it is necessary to check at the same position, so the fixed point observation position is based on the reference mark 52 as follows. Confirm the measurement range.
FIGS. 2-1 to 2-3 and FIGS. 3-1 to 3-3 are diagrams illustrating examples of reference marks provided on the heat transfer tubes.

FIG. 2-3 shows a
According to the measurement as in the present embodiment, unlike the

Thereby, it becomes possible to evaluate the thinning tendency of the heat transfer tube based on the reference mark.

The heat transfer tube is not limited to the shape, and the thinned state of the heat transfer tube in the shell and tube type heat exchanger can be inspected.
In this embodiment, an inspection device described below is used to inspect the thinned state of the heat transfer tube.
Next, the contents of the inspection apparatus will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
