Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic linear valve that includes a plunger and a housing in which the plunger is movable in the axial direction thereof, and opens and closes the valve by moving the plunger.
The electromagnetic linear valve has (a) a cylindrical housing cylinder part, a core part that closes one end of the cylindrical housing part, and the interior is divided into a first liquid chamber and a second liquid chamber, and penetrates itself. And a housing having a partition portion in which a through hole is formed for communicating the first liquid chamber and the second liquid chamber, and (b) one end portion facing the core portion and the other end portion facing the opening of the through hole. There is an electromagnetic linear valve provided with a plunger that is disposed in the first liquid chamber so as to be movable in the axial direction in such a state and that can be seated in the opening at the other end. An electromagnetic linear valve equipped with such a plunger and housing prohibits the flow of hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic fluid passage on the high pressure side to the hydraulic fluid passage on the low pressure side when the valve element is seated on the valve seat. In the state where the valve body is away from the valve seat, the flow of the hydraulic fluid from the high-pressure side hydraulic fluid passage to the low-pressure side hydraulic fluid passage is permitted. Furthermore, the elastic body that biases the plunger in one of the direction in which the valve body approaches the valve seat and the direction in which the valve body moves away from the valve seat, and the plunger moves in a direction opposite to the direction in which the elastic body biases the plunger. And a coil that forms a magnetic field for controlling the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic fluid passage on the high-pressure side (hereinafter referred to as “high-pressure hydraulic fluid pressure”) by controlling the amount of current supplied to the coil. The differential pressure between the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the low-pressure side hydraulic fluid passage (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “low-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure”) can be changed in a controllable manner. The following patent document describes an example of an electromagnetic linear valve having a structure capable of controlling a differential pressure between a high-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure and a low-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure.
In the electromagnetic linear valve having the above structure, since the plunger is supported by the elastic body in the housing, there is a possibility that self-excited vibration may occur with the opening and closing of the valve. As a method of suppressing the self-excited vibration of the plunger, a method of suppressing the self-excited vibration by increasing the frictional force generated between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing can be considered. If the frictional force between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing is increased, self-excited vibration can be suppressed. However, when controlling the differential pressure between the high-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure and the low-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure, the amount of friction is increased because the amount of current applied to the coil is controlled to control the force acting on the plunger. In this case, there is a possibility that the control of the differential pressure between the high-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure and the low-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure cannot be properly executed. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides an electromagnetic linear valve capable of ensuring execution of appropriate differential pressure control and suppressing self-excited vibration by a frictional force. Is an issue.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the electromagnetic linear valve of the present invention is an end (hereinafter referred to as “core”) that is located closest to the core portion among the portions of the outer peripheral surface of the plunger that are in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylindrical portion. The friction coefficient of the portion of the inner peripheral surface of the housing tube portion that is in sliding contact with the plunger when the plunger moves is determined so that the plunger moves from the seated state where the plunger is seated in the opening toward the core portion. It is configured to be larger than the seated state in a state where it has moved a specific distance.
In order to solve the above problems, the electromagnetic linear valve according to the present invention has a difference between the outer diameter of the sliding contact end on the core side and the inner diameter of the housing cylindrical portion on which the sliding contact end on the core side is in sliding contact. The plunger is configured so as to become smaller as the plunger moves in the direction approaching the core portion from the seated state where the plunger is seated in the opening.
In the former electromagnetic linear valve of the present invention, for example, when the amount of movement of the plunger from the seating state is small, the friction coefficient is reduced, and when the amount of movement of the plunger from the seating state is large, It is possible to increase the friction coefficient. Further, in the latter electromagnetic linear valve of the present invention, the larger the amount of movement of the plunger from the seated state, the smaller the difference between the outer diameter of the sliding contact end of the plunger on the core side and the inner diameter of the housing cylindrical portion, Magnetic flux easily flows between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing. For this reason, as the amount of movement of the plunger from the seated state increases, the suction force generated between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing increases. Therefore, in both of the electromagnetic linear valves of the present invention, the frictional force generated between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing is reduced in the amount of movement when the plunger is moved from the seated state. It is possible to make it larger compared to a small state.
In differential pressure control with an electromagnetic linear valve, as will be described in detail later, the amount of movement of the plunger from the seated state is usually relatively small. On the other hand, when self-excited vibration occurs, the plunger may vibrate with a relatively large amplitude. Therefore, according to both of the electromagnetic linear valves of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the frictional force when the differential pressure control is being executed, and when the self-excited vibration is generated, the frictional force is increased. It is possible to suppress self-excited vibration. That is, it is possible to ensure execution of appropriate differential pressure control and to suppress self-excited vibration by the frictional force.

The aspect described in this section is an aspect that constitutes a premise of the claimable invention, and is an aspect in which basic components of the electromagnetic linear valve of the claimable invention are listed. The outer diameter of the plunger is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the housing cylinder, and smooth movement of the plunger within the housing is ensured. However, the plunger normally moves while being in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylindrical portion, and a frictional force is generated between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylindrical portion.
(1) Among the portions of the outer peripheral surface of the plunger that are in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylinder portion, the core portion side sliding contact end that is the end positioned closest to the core portion is in sliding contact with the plunger. The friction coefficient of the inner peripheral surface portion of the housing cylindrical portion is larger than that in the seated state in a state where the plunger has moved a specific distance from the seated state in which the plunger is seated in the opening toward the core portion. The electromagnetic linear valve described in (0).
In the electromagnetic linear valve, since the plunger is supported by an elastic body in the housing, there is a possibility that self-excited vibration may occur as the valve opens and closes. Generation of self-excited vibration is not desirable, and various methods for suppressing self-excited vibration have been conventionally considered. For example, a method of suppressing self-excited vibration by increasing the frictional force generated between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylindrical portion is conceivable. If the frictional force between the plunger and the housing cylinder is increased, self-excited vibration can be suppressed. However, if such a frictional force increases, the high pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure and the low pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure There is a possibility that the control of the differential pressure cannot be performed properly.
In view of the above, in the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, among the portions of the outer peripheral surface of the plunger that are in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylindrical portion, the end (hereinafter referred to as the core portion) is located. The friction coefficient of the portion of the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylinder part that is in sliding contact with the plunger when the plunger is moved is a state in which the plunger has moved a specific distance from the seated state toward the core part. In FIG. 4, the seating state is larger. That is, the friction force in a state where the plunger has moved a specific distance toward the core portion is made larger than the friction force in the seated state. For this reason, for example, when the movement amount of the plunger from the seating state is small, the frictional force can be reduced, and when the movement amount of the plunger from the seating state is large, the frictional force can be increased. It has become.
The electromagnetic linear valve is a force that urges the plunger toward the opening (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “approaching direction”) and a direction that separates the plunger from the opening (hereinafter referred to as “separating direction”) during differential pressure control. In other words, the plunger is not greatly separated from the opening. That is, during normal differential pressure control, the amount of plunger movement from the seated state hardly increases. On the other hand, when the self-excited vibration of the plunger occurs, the amplitude of the plunger may become relatively large, and the plunger may move beyond the amount of movement of the plunger during normal differential pressure control. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, when differential pressure control is being performed, the frictional force is reduced, and when self-excited vibration is generated, Excited vibration can be suppressed, and appropriate execution of differential pressure control and suppression of self-excited vibration can both be achieved.
The “friction coefficient” described in this section only needs to be larger than the seating state when the plunger is moved a specific distance in the separation direction, and for example, gradually increases as the plunger moves from the seating direction to the separation direction. Alternatively, it may increase rapidly when the plunger moves a specific distance from the seated state. Further, in a state where the plunger has moved beyond the specific distance in the separation direction, the plunger may be set to the seating state or less, or may be made larger than the seating state. Furthermore, when the plunger is moved beyond a specific distance from the seating state, if it is made larger than the seating state, the plunger may be made larger than the seating state until it reaches the state closest to the core part. Well, before reaching the state in which the plunger is closest to the core portion, the seating state or less may be set.
(2) The friction coefficient is
The electromagnetic linear valve according to item (1), wherein the plunger is the same as the seating state in a state where the plunger does not move up to the specific distance from the seating state toward the core portion.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the friction coefficient does not change until the plunger moves a specific distance from the seated state, and increases when the specific distance moves from the seated state. . Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to suitably reduce the frictional force until the plunger moves a specific distance from the seated state. For example, differential pressure control can be performed in a state where the frictional force is low. It becomes possible to execute.
(3) The friction coefficient is
In the state where the plunger has moved beyond the specific distance from the seating state, the electromagnetic wave according to the item (1) or (2), which is larger than the seating state until reaching the state closest to the core portion. Type linear valve.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, even if the plunger moves beyond a specific distance and comes closest to the core portion, the friction coefficient does not become lower than the seating state. That is, as the plunger moves beyond the specific distance, the sliding contact portion of the outer peripheral surface of the plunger with the portion having a higher friction coefficient increases, and the frictional force can be increased. Thereby, it becomes possible to suppress self-excited vibration suitably.
(4) The specific distance is not less than 1/3 and not more than 2/3 of the movement distance of the plunger from the seated state to the state where the plunger is closest to the core. The electromagnetic linear valve according to any one of (3).
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the range in which the frictional force can be reduced is specifically limited. During the differential pressure control, the plunger usually moves within a range of 1/3 to 2/3 of the movable distance in the plunger housing. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to appropriately reduce the frictional force during the differential pressure control.
(5) Outer diameter of the core portion side sliding contact end which is the end positioned closest to the core portion among the portions of the outer peripheral surface of the plunger which are in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylindrical portion, and the core portion side The difference from the inner diameter of the housing tube portion with which the sliding contact end is in sliding contact is reduced as the plunger moves from the seating state in which the plunger is seated in the opening toward the core portion. The electromagnetic linear valve described in (0).
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the frictional force between them is changed by changing the suction force generated between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing. More specifically, when the difference between the outer diameter of the plunger and the inner diameter of the housing cylinder portion becomes smaller, the magnetic flux easily flows between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing, and the attractive force generated between them increases. Become. Then, the frictional force generated depending on the suction force is increased. For this reason, in the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the frictional force generated between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing increases as the amount of movement of the plunger from the seated state increases. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to minimize the frictional force when the plunger starts to move from the seated state, and to reduce the frictional force during the differential pressure control to some extent. Further, as the self-excited vibration of the plunger increases, the frictional force can be increased, and the self-excited vibration can be suitably suppressed. Thus, also in the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to achieve both the execution of appropriate differential pressure control and the suppression of self-excited vibration.

(6) The portion of the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylindrical portion where the plunger is slidably contacted,
The difference between the outer diameter of the sliding contact portion on the core portion side and the inner diameter of the housing tubular portion is the taper-shaped surface whose inner diameter decreases toward the end portion on the core portion side. The electromagnetic linear valve according to item (5), which is made smaller as the plunger moves from the state in a direction approaching the core portion.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, by making the inner peripheral surface of the housing in sliding contact with the tapered surface, it is possible to easily change the above difference and ensure smooth movement of the plunger. It is said that.

The electromagnetic linear valve described in this section is limited to a normally closed electromagnetic linear valve. It is known that the frequency of occurrence of self-excited vibration of the plunger is generally higher in the normally closed electromagnetic linear valve than in the normally open electromagnetic linear valve. Therefore, in the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the effect of suppressing the self-excited vibration of the plunger is sufficiently utilized.

<Configuration of electromagnetic linear valve>
FIG. 1 shows an electromagnetic
As shown in FIG. 1, the electromagnetic
The covered

The
Further, the first
Further, the

<Operation of electromagnetic linear valve>
With the above-described structure, the electromagnetic
More specifically, when no current is supplied to the
On the other hand, when a current is supplied to the
The working fluid of high pressure that flows into the
As described above, in the electromagnetic
On the other hand, the electromagnetic linear valve has a problem of self-excited vibration of the plunger, and friction force generated between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing is effective to suppress the self-excited vibration. It is known. For this reason, if the frictional force generated between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing is uniformly reduced, it may be difficult to suppress the self-excited vibration of the plunger. Therefore, in the electromagnetic
More specifically, the electromagnetic
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2A, in a state where the
As described above, the frictional force generated between the outer peripheral surface of the
Thus, in the electromagnetic
The electromagnetic

In addition, the
The inclination of the taper on the outer peripheral surface of the
Also in the electromagnetic

As can be seen from the figure, the difference between the inner
