Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic linear valve that includes a plunger and a housing in which the plunger is movable in the axial direction thereof, and opens and closes the valve by moving the plunger.
In the electromagnetic linear valve, (a) a compartment having a through hole that divides the inside into a first liquid chamber and a second liquid chamber and penetrates the first liquid chamber and the second liquid chamber. And a housing having a core made of a ferromagnetic material and constituting an end on the first liquid chamber side, and (b) a main body made of a ferromagnetic material, the main body facing the core In addition, there is an electromagnetic linear valve that is provided in the first liquid chamber so as to be movable in the axial direction, and that has one end that functions as a valve body and a plunger that sits on an opening of a through hole that functions as a valve seat. An electromagnetic linear valve equipped with such a plunger and housing prohibits the flow of hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic fluid passage on the high pressure side to the hydraulic fluid passage on the low pressure side when the valve element is seated on the valve seat. In the state where the valve body is away from the valve seat, the flow of the hydraulic fluid from the high-pressure side hydraulic fluid passage to the low-pressure side hydraulic fluid passage is permitted. Furthermore, an elastic body that urges the plunger in one of an approach direction in which the valve body approaches the valve seat and a separation direction that is away from the valve seat, and a direction in which the elastic body urges the plunger Includes a coil that forms a magnetic field for moving the plunger in the opposite direction, and by controlling the amount of current supplied to the coil, the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic fluid path on the high-pressure side (hereinafter, “ The differential pressure between the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the low-pressure side hydraulic fluid passage (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “low-pressure hydraulic fluid pressure”) is changed to be controllable. It is possible. The following patent document describes an example of an electromagnetic linear valve having a structure capable of controlling a differential pressure between a high-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure and a low-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure.
In the electromagnetic linear valve having the above structure, the magnetic flux flows through the housing, plunger, etc. as the magnetic field is formed by the coil, so that the plunger is moved in the axial direction. By properly allowing the magnetic flux to flow, it is possible to appropriately control the differential pressure between the high-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure and the low-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure. In addition, in order to reduce the cost and simplify the manufacturing process, it is desirable to simplify the structure of the electromagnetic linear valve. However, the structure of the electromagnetic linear valve is simplified in consideration of the flow of magnetic flux. Should be promoted. From this point of view, the practicality of the electromagnetic linear valve can be improved by devising the flow of magnetic flux. This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, and makes it a subject to provide an electromagnetic linear valve with high practicality.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the electromagnetic linear valve of the present invention is made of a ferromagnetic material that is fixed to the outer periphery of the housing so as to surround the coil, and forms a magnetic path in itself as the magnetic field is formed by the coil. The electromagnetic linear valve has a coil case, and the elastic body urges the plunger in the approaching direction and the coil forms a magnetic field for moving the plunger against the urging force of the elastic body in the separating direction. The core has a bottomed hole that opens to the first liquid chamber, and the plunger extends from the main body portion toward the core and is inserted into the bottomed hole, and the tip end portion contacts the bottom of the bottomed hole. It has a stopper part that prohibits the main body part from coming into contact with the core, and the stopper part and at least the part of the main body part where the stopper part extends are integrated from a single material made of a ferromagnetic material. Molded or In position in the axial direction, the bottom of the blind hole of the core is configured from the end side of the separating direction of the coil case, located further side of the separation direction.
In the electromagnetic linear valve, the magnetic flux flows between the plunger and the core as the magnetic field is formed by the coil, so that the plunger moves in the axial direction. When the core and the plunger come into contact with the movement of the plunger, the core and the plunger are brought into magnetic contact with each other. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a stopper that prohibits the contact between the core and the plunger. On the other hand, it is desired to reduce the number of parts of the electromagnetic linear valve in order to reduce the cost and simplify the manufacturing process. Therefore, it is conceivable to reduce the number of parts by integrally forming the plunger and the stopper from a single material and causing a part of the plunger to function as the stopper. However, if the plunger and the stopper are simply formed integrally from a single material, there is a possibility that the portion functioning as the stopper of the plunger is magnetically adhered to the core.
In the electromagnetic linear valve of the present invention, the plunger and the stopper are integrally formed from a single material so that a part of the plunger functions as a stopper, and the portion where the plunger and the core abut is in the axial direction. In the position, the coil case is positioned further on the side in the separation direction than the end on the separation direction side of the coil case. That is, it is difficult for the magnetic flux to flow in the vicinity of a portion where the plunger having a function as a stopper contacts the core. For this reason, even if the plunger and the stopper are integrally formed from a single material, it is possible to suppress magnetic contact between the integrally formed plunger and the core. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve of the present invention, the number of parts of the electromagnetic linear valve can be reduced, the cost can be reduced and the manufacturing process can be simplified. It becomes possible to provide.

(1) The electromagnetic linear valve
The elastic body urges the plunger in the approaching direction, and the coil is configured to form a magnetic field for moving the plunger against the urging force of the elastic body in the separating direction.
The core has a bottomed hole that opens into the first liquid chamber;
The plunger is
The main body portion extends toward the core and is inserted into the bottomed hole of the core, and the tip portion abuts the bottom of the bottomed hole, thereby preventing the main body portion from contacting the core. Having a stopper part to
The stopper portion and at least the portion of the main body portion from which the stopper portion extends are integrally formed from a single material made of a ferromagnetic material, and at the position in the axial direction, The electromagnetic linear valve according to item (0), wherein the bottom of the bottomed hole is configured to be located further on the side in the separation direction than the end on the separation direction side of the coil case.
It is necessary to provide a stopper between the plunger and the core in order to prohibit contact between the core and the plunger.
In view of the above, in the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the plunger and the stopper are integrally formed from a single material so that a part of the plunger functions as a stopper and the magnetic field generated by the coil. With the formation, the integrally formed plunger and the core are brought into contact with each other in the direction opposite to the direction in which the magnetic flux flows from the coil case to the plunger via the core. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the number of parts of the electromagnetic linear valve can be reduced, the cost can be reduced, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the like. A valve can be provided.
The “stopper portion” described in this section may be any one in which the tip end abuts the bottom of the bottomed hole before the plunger main body abuts the core, and the axial length is the bottomed hole. (2) The stopper portion is

According to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to reduce the area of the contact point between the plunger and the core, and to more effectively suppress the magnetic contact between the plunger and the core. Become. The “stopper portion” described in this section may have a stepped shape in which the distal end portion has a smaller diameter than the proximal end portion, or may have a shape in which the outer diameter gradually decreases from the proximal end portion toward the distal end portion. Good.

(3) The elastic body is
The coil spring is disposed in the bottomed hole of the core in a compressed state, and is configured to urge the plunger in the approaching direction by pushing the main body portion of the plunger (1) Item 2. Electromagnetic linear valve according to item (2).
(4) The electromagnetic linear valve according to (3), wherein the stopper portion is inserted into the coil spring.

Further, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in the latter section, the stopper portion can function as a guide for the coil spring.

(5) The main body is
(a) has a large-diameter portion located on the side in the separation direction, and (b) a small-diameter portion located on the side in the approaching direction continuously to the large-diameter portion, and has a stepped shape. ,
The housing comprises:
(c) The large-diameter portion is inserted in a state having a clearance, and (d) a first inner diameter portion made of a ferromagnetic material, and (d) continuous to the first inner diameter portion and smaller than the inner diameter of the first inner diameter portion. An inner diameter, the small diameter portion is inserted with a clearance, and a second inner diameter portion made of a ferromagnetic material,
The electromagnetic type according to any one of (1) to (4), wherein a clearance between the small diameter portion and the second inner diameter portion is smaller than a clearance between the large diameter portion and the first inner diameter portion. Linear valve.
In the electromagnetic linear valve, since the plunger is supported by an elastic body in the housing, there is a possibility that self-excited vibration may occur as the valve opens and closes. Generation of self-excited vibration is not desirable, and various methods for suppressing self-excited vibration have been conventionally considered. For example, a method of suppressing self-excited vibration by increasing the frictional force generated between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing can be considered. If the frictional force between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing is increased, self-excited vibration can be suppressed, but if such a frictional force increases, the high-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure and the low-pressure side hydraulic fluid pressure There is a risk that the control of the differential pressure with respect to cannot be performed properly.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the plunger is stepped and the inner peripheral surface of the housing that holds the plunger is also stepped. Further, the clearance between the small diameter portion and the second inner diameter portion is made smaller than the clearance between the large diameter portion and the first inner diameter portion. With such a structure, when the plunger moves, the small diameter portion and the second inner diameter portion are in sliding contact with each other, but the large diameter portion and the first inner diameter portion are not in sliding contact with each other. Moreover, since the cross-sectional area of the plunger changes suddenly between the large-diameter portion and the small-diameter portion of the plunger, the amount of magnetic flux flowing through the contact portion between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing due to magnetic saturation at the small-diameter portion of the plunger is , Less than the amount of all magnetic flux flowing in the plunger. That is, even if a certain amount of magnetic flux flows through the plunger, it is possible to reduce the amount of magnetic flux flowing through the contact portion between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing.
The amount of magnetic flux flowing in the contact portion between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing will be described in detail later, but is largely related to the frictional force generated between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing. As the amount increases, the frictional force also increases. On the other hand, the amount of magnetic flux flowing in the plunger, which will be described in detail later, is largely related to the electromotive force that relies on electromagnetic induction that occurs when the plunger moves, and if the amount of magnetic flux flowing in the plunger increases, The electromotive force also increases. The electromotive force is generated in a direction that prevents movement of the plunger. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to reduce the frictional force between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing while generating a somewhat large electromotive force. That is, the self-excited vibration of the plunger can be suppressed without generating a large frictional force between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing.
(6) The electromagnetic linear valve
When the plunger moves in the housing, the large diameter portion and the first inner diameter portion are not in sliding contact with each other, and the small diameter portion and the second inner diameter portion are in sliding contact with each other (Item 5). The electromagnetic linear valve described in 1.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is clarified that when the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing are in contact, only the small diameter portion and the second inner diameter portion are in contact.
(7) The electromagnetic linear valve according to (5) or (6), wherein the small-diameter portion has a constricted portion at a portion continuous with the large-diameter portion.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the cross-sectional area of the plunger can be further abruptly changed between the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion of the plunger. In other words, a certain amount of magnetic flux is allowed to flow through the plunger, and the amount of magnetic flux flowing through the contact portion between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing can be considerably reduced. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to considerably reduce the frictional force generated between the plunger and the inner peripheral surface of the housing, and to suppress the self-excited vibration of the plunger.
(8) The electromagnetic linear valve
The step length between the large-diameter portion and the small-diameter portion in a state where the length of the constricted portion in the axial direction is in a state where the tip portion of the stopper portion is in contact with the bottom of the bottomed hole of the core. The electromagnetic linear valve according to item (7), wherein the electromagnetic linear valve is configured to be longer than a distance in the axial direction between the stepped surface between the first inner diameter portion and the second inner diameter portion.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the axial length of the constricted portion in the state where the valve body and the valve seat are farthest from each other is the size of the gap formed between the two step surfaces. It is configured to be longer. That is, the step surface between the first inner diameter portion and the second inner diameter portion, that is, the end of the second inner diameter portion on the separation direction side in the state where the plunger is located in the most separation direction is the axial direction. In the position, it is comprised so that it may be located in the intermediate part of a constriction part. For this reason, even if the plunger moves in the axial direction, the small diameter portion is prevented from slidingly contacting the end of the second inner diameter portion in the separating direction, and the magnetic flux flowing from the small diameter portion of the plunger to the second inner diameter portion. Flows to some extent by flowing to a position away from the end of the second inner diameter portion in the approaching direction in the approaching direction. On the other hand, when the small diameter portion is in sliding contact with the end of the second inner diameter portion in the separation direction, the magnetic flux flows from the small diameter portion to the end of the second inner diameter portion in the separation direction. That is, the magnetic flux flows in a locally concentrated manner. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to suppress the magnetic flux flowing from the small diameter portion to the second inner diameter portion from being concentrated locally.

(9) The plunger is
(a) a cylindrical member integrally formed from a single material made of a ferromagnetic material; and (b) a cylindrical member integrally formed from a single other material made of a ferromagnetic material, and both ends of the cylindrical member. A rod-like member fixedly fitted to the cylindrical member in a state of extending from
The cylindrical member constitutes the large-diameter portion, and a portion of the rod-shaped member extending from one end portion of the cylindrical member extends the stopper portion from the other end portion of the cylindrical member of the rod-shaped member. The electromagnetic linear valve according to any one of items (5) to (8), wherein each of the portions constitutes the small diameter portion.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the structure of the plunger is specifically limited. The “rod-shaped member” described in this section may have an end in the approaching direction functioning as a valve body, and a shaft functioning as a valve body is fixedly attached to the end in the approaching direction. May be used.
(10) The electromagnetic linear valve according to (9), wherein the rod-shaped member is configured such that an end portion on the side in the approach direction is seated in the opening.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is clarified that the plunger is formed by combining two members, a cylindrical member and a rod-shaped member.
(11) The rod-shaped member is
The electromagnetic linear valve according to (9) or (10), wherein the carbon content per unit mass is formed from a material having a larger amount than the material from which the cylindrical member is formed.
The hardness of a material made of a ferromagnetic material generally increases as the carbon content increases, but the magnetic permeability decreases as the carbon content increases. That is, the higher the carbon content, the harder the material made of the ferromagnetic material, but the more difficult the magnetic flux flows through the material. In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the rod-shaped member that constitutes the stopper portion that contacts the bottom of the bottomed hole and that forms the small-diameter portion that slidably contacts the second inner diameter portion has a strong carbon content. It is possible to mold with a material made of a magnetic material, and on the other hand, a cylindrical member constituting a large-diameter portion through which a magnetic flux flows between the core and the core is molded with a material made of a ferromagnetic material having a low carbon content. Is possible. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to increase the hardness of a portion in contact with another member and increase the permeability of a portion where a large amount of magnetic flux flows.

(12) The plunger is
The electromagnetic linear valve according to any one of items (1) to (8), wherein all parts are integrally formed from a single material made of a ferromagnetic material.
In the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is clarified that the plunger is not formed by combining a plurality of members but formed from one material. According to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, it is possible to omit the process of combining a plurality of members, and it is possible to further reduce the cost and simplify the manufacturing process.

(13) The main body has a stepped shape in which a convex portion is formed at an end on the side in the separation direction and an outer diameter of the end on the side in the separation direction is small.
The core is formed on the end surface on the side in the approaching direction, and a first concave portion into which a portion continuing to the convex portion of the main body portion is inserted, and the convex portion is formed in the bottom surface of the first concave portion. A second recessed portion,
The bottomed hole opens in a bottom surface of the second recess, and
The electromagnetic linear valve according to any one of (1) to (12), wherein the stopper portion extends from the convex portion in the separation direction.
In the conventional electromagnetic linear valve, a concave portion is formed on the end surface of the core in the approaching direction, and the convex portion of the main body portion is inserted into the concave portion. For this reason, the magnetic flux flowing between the core and the plunger flows between the outer edge of the concave portion and the convex portion, as will be described in detail later. On the other hand, in the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, a stepped recess is formed in the end surface on the side in the approaching direction of the core, and the second that forms the bottom surface of the recess as the plunger moves. The convex portion of the main body portion of the plunger is inserted into the concave portion, and a part of the main body portion continuous with the convex portion is inserted into the first concave portion constituting the outer edge of the concave portion. For this reason, the magnetic flux flowing between the core and the plunger will be described in detail later. However, the magnetic flux flowing between the outer edge of the first recess and the part of the main body continuous to the protrusion, and the outer edge and the protrusion of the second recess. It flows both between and between parts. Therefore, according to the electromagnetic linear valve described in this section, the amount of magnetic flux flowing between the core and the plunger can be increased, and the magnetic force generated between the core and the plunger can be increased. It becomes.

<Configuration of electromagnetic linear valve>
FIG. 1 shows an electromagnetic
As shown in FIG. 1, the electromagnetic
The
The
The
The second
The lower end of the
Further, the

More specifically, when no current is supplied to the

With the structure described above, the electromagnetic
More specifically, in the electromagnetic
On the other hand, the lines of magnetic force when the
Therefore, when the same amount of magnetic flux flows from the core to the plunger, the electromagnetic
Further, in the electromagnetic
Further, the force that prevents the plunger from moving may be generated in addition to the frictional force. When the conductor moves in a state where a magnetic flux flows, a force for preventing the movement of the conductor, that is, an electromotive force is generated due to the electromagnetic induction effect. The electromotive force generated by electromagnetic induction increases as the moving speed of the conductor increases, and does not occur when the conductor is stopped. That is, even in the electromagnetic linear valve, the electromotive force is generated if the plunger moves while the magnetic flux is flowing through the plunger, the housing, etc. when the coil is energized. However, since the electromotive force generated by electromagnetic induction is not generated when the plunger is stopped, and becomes considerably small when the plunger moves at a low speed, it can be considered that the influence on the control of the differential pressure is small.
The electromagnetic linear valve has a problem of self-excited vibration when the differential pressure is controlled. In the self-excited vibration, the plunger vibrates at a specific frequency that depends on the spring constant of the coil spring that urges the plunger. Such vibration is undesirable. That is, it is desirable to suppress self-excited vibration, in other words, to attenuate, and to apply a large damping force to the self-excited vibration. Since the electromotive force generated by the electromagnetic induction increases as the moving speed of the plunger increases, self-excited vibration can be suitably damped. The electromotive force generated by electromagnetic induction depends on the moving speed of the plunger, but also depends on the amount of magnetic flux flowing through the plunger. That is, if the moving speed of the plunger is the same, the electromotive force increases as the amount of magnetic flux flowing through the plunger increases. Since the amount of magnetic flux flowing through the
Further, in the electromagnetic
When the
Further, when the core attracts the plunger along with the formation of the magnetic field by the coil, the attracting force F of the core increases as the plunger approaches the core. That is, the core suction force F increases as the stroke amount L upward of the plunger from the state in which the plunger is seated in the
In the electromagnetic
Magnetic flux flowing from the core in the axial direction of the plunger greatly contributes to the attractive force of the core, but magnetic flux flowing from the core in the radial direction of the plunger hardly contributes to the attractive force of the core. For this reason, even if the amount of magnetic flux flowing from the core in the radial direction of the plunger increases, the attractive force of the core does not increase so much. That is, in the electromagnetic
Further, in the electromagnetic
However, if the stopper and the plunger are simply formed integrally in order to reduce the number of parts of the electromagnetic linear valve, the stopper as well as the plunger has ferromagnetism, and there is a possibility that the differential pressure control cannot be performed properly. Specifically, in the electromagnetic

FIG. 9 shows an electromagnetic
A
A portion of the rod-shaped member 156 extending upward from the
