Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filter device used in a dust collector, specifically, in a filter device used in a pulse jet type dust collector, compressed air is blown into a plurality of filters arranged in parallel. The present invention relates to a filter device having a dust removing function for removing dust attached to a filter and a charge removing function for preventing charging of the filter.
In a dust collector, static electricity is accumulated in a filter that collects dust-containing air containing powder and dust that are easily charged. In the worst case, a dust explosion or fire is caused by the occurrence of sparks due to static electricity. Therefore, there is a problem that a great deal of damage including human damage occurs. In order to prevent these problems, conventional filters are generally provided with measures for releasing static electricity and for preventing static electricity from accumulating during dust collection.
For example, examples of the powder that is easily charged include starch, wheat flour, and toner used in a copying machine. As the physical properties of starch and wheat flour, it has the property of being easily charged and easily adhering to the front side of the filter, and as the physical properties of the toner, it has a property of being easily charged and having a very fine particle size. .
Therefore, when collecting dust-containing air containing powder that is easily charged, for example, as seen in
According to
In addition, although not described in the above-mentioned
For this reason, every time the dust collection operation and the dust removal operation by the pulse jet are repeated, the contact portion with the horizontal bar is rubbed and the air-permeable filter medium is damaged and damaged, and in the worst case, the collected dust is collected. Instead, there was a risk of leakage from the damaged portion to the outside of the dust collector.
In addition, when collecting dust that has a charging property such as toner and contains very fine powder in dust-containing air, air-permeable filtration that collects these dusts On the front side (filter surface) of the material, a high-performance filter material represented by a porous tetrafluoroethylene membrane described later capable of collecting these powders is joined.
In addition, as a method for forming a conductive layer on the air-permeable filter material generally constituting the filter device, a conductive material containing a metal filler or the like is applied to the surface side (filter surface side) of the air-permeable filter material. Since the air permeability of this air permeable filter material is impaired by the application of the conductive material, the differential pressure (pressure loss) of the filter constituting the air permeable filter material is increased, and the period of using the filter is shortened. Or a problem occurs that a load is applied to a blower as a suction source.
Furthermore, the filter constituting the air-permeable filter material needs to have a static elimination performance that allows static electricity to escape outside without charging the static electricity to itself. In this case, it is necessary to give the filter conductivity, for example, when a high performance filter medium is bonded to the front side of the air-permeable filter medium, and a conductive filter medium having further conductivity is bonded, The filter differential pressure (pressure loss) increases by the amount of the conductive filter medium, resulting in a problem that the period during which the filter is used is shortened or a load is applied to a power source such as a blower.
In addition, when a metal substance (such as stainless steel) having conductivity is deposited on the filter surface side (filter surface side) by a vacuum deposition method, which will be described later, the above-described high-performance filter material, the tetrafluoroethylene porous membrane, is used. The front side has a small friction coefficient, is smooth, and has good peelability and lubricity, so that the deposited metal substance cannot adhere.
Moreover, after vapor-depositing a metallic substance on the front side (filtration surface side) of the air-permeable filter material, when the tetrafluoroethylene porous membrane, which is a high-performance filter material, is bonded to this, the deposited metallic substance is pointed ( Since it is in a pointed state, there is a risk that the tetrafluoroethylene porous membrane may be damaged and damaged. There were various problems.
Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is that when a high-performance filter material is used as a filter and dust-containing air containing powder and dust having a charging property is collected, static electricity generated in the filter is collected. It has a static elimination performance that allows the filter to escape to the outside, ensures the air permeability of the filter device without impairing the filtration performance (collection performance) of the filter, and even if the dust collection operation and the dust removal operation by the pulse jet are repeated, An object of the present invention is to provide a filter device for a pulse jet dust collector in which the air-permeable filter material is devised so as not to be damaged by friction with a cage as a reinforcing member.
(1) In order to solve the above technical problem, the filter device for a pulse jet dust collector according to
The filter is configured using a breathable filter material that is an aggregate of a filter medium for collecting dust contained in the air, and the air-permeable filter material captures the surface side of the breathable filter material. A high-performance filter material capable of collecting dust that is difficult to collect is bonded, and a conductive substance such as metal is attached to the back side of the air-permeable filter material.
(2) Further, the filter device for a pulse jet dust collector according to
(3) Moreover, the filter apparatus for pulse jet type dust collectors according to
(4) Moreover, the filter apparatus for pulse jet dust collectors according to claim 4 of the present invention is characterized in that the conductive substance is formed of a stainless material.
(5) Further, the filter device for a pulse jet dust collector according to claim 5 of the present invention is characterized in that a discharge path for releasing static electricity is formed between the filter and the grounding portion.
(6) The filter device for a pulse jet dust collector according to claim 6 of the present invention is characterized in that a grounding member having conductivity is attached to a plate of one end member of the filter.
(7) Further, in the filter device for a pulse jet dust collector according to claim 7 of the present invention, a ground member having conductivity is attached to the plate of the one end member of the filter, and the ground member is It is characterized in that it is conductively connected to a cage provided inside.
According to the means according to
Further, according to the means according to
In addition, according to the means according to
Further, according to the means according to
According to the means according to
According to the means according to
According to the means according to claim 4 described in the above (4), the use of stainless steel as the conductive material is low in cost compared to conductive materials such as gold, silver, and aluminum, and wear resistance. Is expensive. Therefore, stainless steel with excellent wear resistance adheres as a thin film to the fiber surface of the air-permeable filter medium by vapor deposition. Therefore, even if the dust collection operation and the dust removal operation by the pulse jet are repeated, the air-permeable filter medium remains in the cage. This eliminates the problem of being damaged by the friction, and can maintain static electricity removal performance while protecting the air-permeable filter material.
According to the means according to claim 5 described in (5) above, static electricity is not accumulated in the filter, and static electricity can be discharged to the ground via the discharge path. The occurrence of damage such as fire can be prevented.
According to the means according to claim 6 described in (6) above, the static electricity of the filter can be surely released to the ground via the ground member provided in the filter.
According to the means according to claim 7 described in the above (7), the grounding member and the cage are provided on the inner side of the filter (on the side opposite to the filtration surface side). It is possible to surely discharge the static electricity of the filter to the ground without affecting it.
As described above, according to the filter device for a pulse jet dust collector according to the present invention, the filter device has a static elimination performance for escaping static electricity generated in the filter to the outside, and without impairing the filtration performance (collection performance) of the filter. In addition to ensuring the air permeability of the filter device, the pulse jet is designed to prevent the air-permeable filter material from being damaged by friction with the cage as a reinforcing member even when dust collection operation and dust removal operation by pulse jet are repeated. A filter device for a type dust collector can be provided.

The vacuum deposition method described above is a method of coating a film forming material such as aluminum, silver, gold, copper, tin, and stainless steel on a material such as metal, glass, or plastic, and physical vapor deposition using a vacuum. One of the technologies. Further, the above-described sputtering method is a method of evaporating and evaporating stainless steel or the like, and in the present invention, a cutting plate made of stainless steel or the like, which becomes a thin film material for forming the
Further, as a result of adjusting the deposition conditions such as temperature and time, the deposited metal vapor (stainless steel, etc.) is formed about 40 μm from the front side of the nonwoven fabric as the air-permeable filter medium 10H as shown in FIG. When the average fiber diameter was about 14 μm, about 3 (third layer) from the front side of the nonwoven fabric were vacuum-deposited with a metal vapor such as stainless steel. In addition, as a result of measuring the deposited plating thickness, it was found that it was less than 1 micron, so that it hardly affected the filtration performance (collection performance) of the

With the configuration as described above, by forming a
In addition, the vapor deposited metal vapor (stainless steel, etc.) forms a thin film on the fiber surface of the air-

As a result, since the conductive material made of stainless steel or the like is attached and protected as the

On the other hand, static electricity generated in the

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the
The
Further, the
