Description

The present invention uses a flat knitting machine to knit a knitted fabric having a pattern formed based on a difference in appearance between a first knitting yarn and a second knitting yarn having a different appearance from the first knitting yarn. The present invention relates to a knitting method of a knitted fabric and a knitted fabric having a portion knitted by applying the knitting method.

Conventionally, a lace-like knitted fabric is knitted using a warp knitting machine (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In the lace-like knitted fabric, there is a knitted fabric in which a colored second knitting yarn is entangled in a part of a base knitted fabric portion made of a transparent or translucent first knitting yarn (FIG. 1). 4 and FIG. In such a lace-like knitted fabric, a lace-like pattern is formed by the difference in appearance between the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn.

While a method for knitting a lace-like knitted fabric using the warp knitting machine has been proposed, a method for knitting a lace-like knitted fabric using a flat knitting machine has not been proposed. Needless to say, the knitting method of the warp knitting machine cannot be applied to the flat knitting machine as it is because the direction in which the stitches are formed is different between the warp knitting machine and the flat knitting machine.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and one of the purposes thereof is typically the difference in appearance between the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn, like a lace-like knitted fabric. An object of the present invention is to provide a knitting method of a knitted fabric in which a knitted fabric formed with a base pattern is knitted using a flat knitting machine, and a knitted fabric having a portion knitted by applying the method.

The knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention is a knitting method of a knitted fabric using a flat knitting machine that includes at least a pair of front and back needle beds and can transfer stitches between the front and back needle beds. Repeat ~ C.
[Step A] A base stitch row is knitted using the first knitting yarn.
[Step B] One or more target stitches are selected from the base stitch row knitted in step A, and a second knitting yarn having a different appearance from the first knitting yarn is selected for each selected target stitch. Use to form a split eye.
[Step C] The target stitch selected in Step B is overlapped with the additional stitch formed for the target stitch.
In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, a pattern based on the difference in appearance between the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn is formed by re-selecting the target stitch to be selected in step A during the repetition. To do.

Here, “split increase” means, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-73245, a stitch locked to one of the front and back needle beds (target stitch) is the other needle bed facing the other. In this knitting operation, a new stitch (additional stitch) is formed on the knitting needle of one needle bed so as to be pulled out from the stitch while transferring to the knitting needle. At this time, the split stitch is locked to the knitting needle in which the target stitch was originally locked. In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the split stitch is overlapped with the target stitch by forming the split stitch with respect to the target stitch and then returning the target stitch to the knitting needle to which the split stitch is locked. It is matched. For example, if the target stitch is locked to the knitting needle X on the front needle bed, the target stitch is transferred to the knitting needle Y (knitting needle opposite to the knitting needle X) on the rear needle bed, and an additional stitch is added to the knitting needle X. Then, the target stitch is returned from the knitting needle Y to the knitting needle X. By doing so, the additional stitches are superimposed on the front side of the target stitch as viewed from the front needle bed.

The first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn in the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention may be different from each other. For example, the first knitting yarn constituting the base stitch row may be a transparent or translucent knitting yarn, and the second knitting yarn may be a colored, particularly colored, opaque knitting yarn. Further, the second knitting yarn thicker than the first knitting yarn may be used, the first knitting yarn is a transparent or translucent knitting yarn, and the second knitting yarn is thicker than the first knitting yarn. It is also good. In addition, both the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn may be knitting yarns of different colors.

As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, it is preferable that at least one of the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn is a heat fusion yarn. Of course, both the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn may be heat-sealed yarns.

On the other hand, the knitted fabric of the present invention is a knitted fabric knitted using a flat knitting machine that includes at least a pair of front and back needle beds and can transfer stitches between the front and back needle beds. The knitted base stitch row and the first knitting yarn are knitted with a second knitting yarn that is different in appearance, and the knitting is composed of one or more knitting stitches overlapped with some stitches of the base stitch row. A stitch row. The knitted fabric of the present invention is characterized by having a pattern based on the difference in appearance between the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn.

According to the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the additional stitches knitted with the second knitting yarn are superimposed on a part of the base stitch row knitted with the first knitting yarn, and the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn are overlapped. The knitted fabric of the present invention in which a pattern based on the difference in appearance from the yarn is formed can be knitted. At this time, for example, if the first knitting yarn constituting the base stitch row is a transparent or translucent knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn is a colored and opaque knitting yarn, as shown in FIG. A lace-like knitted fabric that looks like two knitting yarns can be knitted. Further, even if the second knitting yarn thicker than the first knitting yarn is used, a lace-like knitted fabric in which the second knitting yarn appears to be lifted can be knitted. In addition, when both the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn are knitting yarns of different colors, as shown in FIG. 4 of the embodiment, the difference in color between the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn described later is caused. A base pattern is formed.

In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, if a heat-sealing yarn is used as the first knitting yarn, the shape of the base stitch row formed by the first knitting yarn can be fixed, and as a result, the shape of the entire knitted fabric Can be maintained. Further, in the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, if a heat-sealing yarn is used for the second knitting yarn, the shape of the split stitch formed by the second knitting yarn can be fixed. Since the split stitch is only overlapped with a part of the base stitch row, the split stitch shape may collapse when the knitted fabric is pulled strongly. Such a problem does not occur if the split stitches are heat-sealed and the shape of the split stitches is fixed by heat-treating the knitted fabric after knitting.

FIG. 3 is a knitting process diagram schematically showing the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention shown in the first embodiment. It is a loop diagram of the knitted fabric knitted according to the knitting process of FIG. It is a figure which shows the partial enlarged photograph of the knitted fabric knitted by the knitting method of Embodiment 1. It is a figure which shows the partial enlarged photograph of the knitted fabric knitted by the knitting method of Embodiment 2. FIG.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Each knitting described in each embodiment includes at least a pair of needle beds of a front needle bed (hereinafter referred to as FB) and a rear needle bed (hereinafter referred to as BB), and transfers stitches between the front and back needle beds. An example of knitting using a two-bed flat knitting machine capable of performing the above will be described. Further, the knitting needle provided in the needle bed of the flat knitting machine is a latch needle having a latch. The flat knitting machine to be used may be a two-bed flat knitting machine equipped with a transfer jack bed or a four-bed flat knitting machine. The knitting needle to be used may also be a compound needle including a needle body having a hook and a slider for opening and closing the hook.

<Embodiment 1>
In the present embodiment, an example in which the knitting method of the present invention is applied to knitting a lace-like knitted fabric will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 1 is a knitting process diagram schematically showing a knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention. “S + number” in the figure indicates the number of the knitting process, black dots indicate the knitting needles provided in the FB and BB, and arrows indicate the direction of stitch transfer.

First, in S1, the base stitch row 10 is knitted on the knitting needles A to I of the FB using a transparent non-heat fusion yarn (first knitting yarn: indicated by a thin line). Of the stitches constituting the base stitch row 10, the stitch to be increased in the next S2 is selected as the target stitch 1 (the remaining is the non-target stitch 0). Which stitch is to be selected as the target stitch 1 may be appropriately determined depending on what pattern is to be formed on the knitted fabric.

Next, in S2, the target stitch 1 is increased by using a white heat-sealing yarn (second knitting yarn: indicated by a thick line) that is thicker than the first knitting yarn. The additional stitch is formed by transferring the target stitch 1 from the knitting needle of the FB to the knitting needle of the BB and pulling out the second knitting yarn from the target stitch 1 to be transferred, thereby forming a new stitch (split increasing stitch 2). Done. For example, when the target stitch 1 locked on the knitting needle A of the FB is increased, the target stitch 1 is transferred to the knitting needle A of the BB, and the split stitch 2 is formed on the knitting needle A of the FB. . With this S2, a split stitch row 20 composed of a plurality of split stitches 2 knitted with a series of second knitting yarns is formed.

In the next S3, the target stitch 1 transferred to the BB knitting needle at the time of the increase of S2 is returned to the FB knitting needle locked in S1. For example, the target stitch 1 that is locked to the knitting needle A of the FB in S1 is returned to the knitting needle A of the FB in S3. By this S3, the base stitch row 10 and the extra stitch row 20 are overlapped. At that time, the split stitch 2 is superimposed on the front side of the target stitch 1 of the base stitch row 10.

Thereafter, the knitting of S1 to S3 is repeated. At that time, according to the pattern to be formed on the knitted fabric to be knitted, it is only necessary to reselect which stitch is selected as the target stitch 1 in the base stitch row 10. Of course, as a result of reselection, the target stitches selected before and after repetition may be the same. For reference, the state of the overlapped target stitch 1 and split stitch 2 is shown in the loop diagram of FIG.

FIG. 3 shows a partially enlarged photograph of the knitted fabric actually knitted. As shown in FIG. 3, according to the knitting process of FIG. 1, the white second knitting yarn is entangled with the knitted fabric which is the base knitted with the colorless and transparent first knitting yarn. Thus, a lace-like knitted fabric can be knitted in which the portion made of the white second knitting yarn appears to float up from the knitted fabric as a base.

According to the knitting method of the first embodiment described above, interior accessories such as tapestry-like wall hangings, coasters, center crosses, curtains, and the like can be knitted.

<Embodiment 2>
In the second embodiment, an example will be described in which the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn are both non-thermally fused yarns having different colors, and the knitted fabric is knitted according to the knitting process diagram shown in FIG.

FIG. 4 is a view showing a partially enlarged photograph of the knitted fabric. As shown in FIG. 4, in the knitted fabric of the second embodiment, a pattern is formed on the knitted fabric based on the color difference between the first knitting yarn and the second knitting yarn. As with the first embodiment, what pattern is formed on the knitted fabric varies depending on which stitch in the base stitch row 10 is selected as the target stitch 1 in S1 and S2 in FIG.

The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the knitting shown in the embodiment may be performed using a compound needle (for example, see Japanese Patent No. 2917146) composed of a needle body and two sliders. In that case, the split stitches in the finished knitted fabric have a slightly different shape from the loop diagram referring to FIG. 2, but are formed by splitting if the locus of the split stitches is traced. This can be easily understood by those skilled in the art. Further, the second knitting yarn to be used may be changed during the knitting of the knitted fabric. In addition, various knitted fabrics can be knitted by combining the knitting method of the present invention and intarsia knitting.
