Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shell and tube heat exchanger. In particular, the present invention relates to a shell-and-tube heat exchanger that can arrange a large number of tubes accommodated in a narrow space even when manufactured using a thin tube heat transfer tube that is difficult to weld, and can efficiently exchange heat.
Conventionally, as shown in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, a plurality of tubes through which the first heat exchange fluid flows, and the second heat exchange fluid including the plurality of tubes and passing outside the plurality of tubes. And a shell and tube heat exchanger configured to include
There are a plurality of baffle plates inside the shell. The baffle plate has a shape that closes a substantially semicircular portion of a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shell, and the plurality of baffle plates have appropriate shapes in the longitudinal direction of the shell so as to alternately close the semicircular portions. Arranged and fixed through a gap.
Therefore, the first heat exchange fluid flows in each of the plurality of tubes. On the other hand, the second heat exchange fluid flows between the plurality of tubes in a zigzag manner by the plurality of baffle plates in the shell. At this time, heat is exchanged between the first heat exchange fluid and the second heat exchange fluid.
The shell and tube type heat exchanger described above is made of a metal whose tube is made of an alloy such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, or copper. Further, the plurality of tubes, the plurality of baffle plates, the shell, and the like are assembled by, for example, welding or brazing.
In a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, a thin tube with a small diameter is sometimes used for the heat transfer tube (tube) in order to reduce the size and improve the heat exchange efficiency. This is because an increase in the heat transfer area and an improvement in the heat transfer coefficient can be achieved while maintaining the overall dimensions by using a large number of thin tube heat transfer tubes.
On the other hand, the use of a large number of capillaries also causes problems. The first is an increase in manufacturing cost due to an increase in welding or brazing locations, and the second is a decrease in corrosion resistance due to a small corrosion margin of thin thin tubes.
In addition, when the primary side heat exchange fluid and the secondary side heat exchange fluid are pure water or ultrapure water, the third problem is that metal ions are eluted from the heat transfer tube, shell surface, and brazing brazing material. As a result, the purity level is lowered. In particular, metal ion elution from the brazing material is large.
Therefore, in order to solve the second and third problems, a method of manufacturing and welding a shell and a heat transfer tube with a titanium material has been taken.
Titanium heat transfer tubes can solve the problem of deterioration of pure water purity caused by corrosion and metal ion elution. However, it is a metal material that is difficult to process and weld, and it is difficult to assemble a large number of thin tubes by welding, which requires man-hours and processing time. Therefore, it is difficult to increase the number of tubes in a small-diameter shell, and it is difficult to improve the heat exchange efficiency.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the purity of pure water or ultrapure water does not decrease, and in order to prevent corrosion, even if it is manufactured using a titanium material, the cross section in the shell per unit area It is possible to increase the number of tubes. In particular, an object of the present invention is to provide a shell-and-tube heat exchanger that can improve the heat exchange efficiency even in a small-diameter shell.

(Glossary)
The “inorganic glass-based sealing agent” contains at least an alkoxysilane compound or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof and a curing catalyst. The present inventor has found that it is solventless, has extremely low viscosity and surface tension in the monomer state, and can penetrate even fine pores and cracks of about 1 μm. In the permeation process, the inorganic polymer is formed and cured, so that each component can be fixed without welding.

As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, each

Next, the inorganic glass-based
In this embodiment, the inorganic glass-based
In general, the inorganic glass-based
There are many micron-order micropores on the surface of materials such as metals. That is, there are many microscopic holes on the surface of the target member to be bonded and fixed. When the inorganic glass-based
In addition, inorganic polymers do not elute in water. Further, since the inorganic glass-based
If the gap between the target members to be bonded and fixed is S, the gap S may be larger than 5 μm and smaller than 500 μm in order to obtain an appropriate adhesive force by the inorganic glass-based
For example, when the outer dimension of the
From the above, the
However, since the bonding and fixing method using the inorganic glass-based
Note that the end of each of the
However, by inserting the
The plurality of
As shown in FIG. 1, both ends of the
Accordingly, the
In addition, the both ends of the shell
Next, the
From the above, in the shell-and-
As a result, since the dimensional accuracy of the plurality of

Moreover, since the manufacturing and fixing method of the adhesive fixing method using the inorganic glass-based
For example, the shell and
When the inner diameter Dc of the
In the above case, the number of
Further, when the inner diameter cross-sectional area of the
Therefore, regardless of the inner diameter dimension of the
As described above, since the number of
In the example described above, the maximum number of
For the above reason, even if the
In the present embodiment, the titanium material means a material containing pure titanium and a titanium alloy. For example, pure titanium is JIS type 1 and JIS type 2. On the other hand, titanium alloys include high-strength
Moreover, the
Note that ultrapure water has an electrical resistivity of 18 MΩcm or an electrical conductivity of 0.055 μS / cm. Since ultrapure water ionizes and elutes stainless steel, it is required to be made of pure titanium. Moreover, pure water (high level) has an electrical resistivity of 2 to 10 MΩcm or an electrical conductivity of 0.1 μS / cm. Has the ability to elute copper and nickel brazing material. Pure water (low level) has an electrical resistivity of 1 to 2 MΩcm, or an electrical conductivity of 0.5 μS / cm, and is also referred to as distilled water.
